Clean hotel in a very good location.

Great small hotel located in the heart of Saint-Michel. Clean, modern rooms and a simple breakfast available. No parking but very close to the public car park on Rue Francisque Gay.

Central strategic location. Functional and clean modern rooms. Bathroom ok. Reception open 24 h. I bought an offer with breakfast included, however 12 euros for breakfast are too much for what is served.

Clean and tidy. And location is perfect.

Very good, excellent location, comfortable and reliable with lovely staff… and if you want a Hilton, then contract with your costs, a Hilton.

3 star hotel not far from St Michel. Rather interesting quality-price ratio. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, the equipment is functional. Pleasant stays.

A normal room disaster. The bathroom practically does not exist, there is a small toilet to a person of more than 80 kg. It does not fit where it is put. Also in the shower you can not bend. There is a cupboard but is to hang a SAC and nothing else. A real disaster.

The staff gave excellent advice and service. Clean place, small room, nice but not narrow.

I stayed at the Eugenie Hotel in August for 5 days, the room for three people was really small without a balcony and with a really microscopic bathroom. The cleanliness was non existent, in practice were remade the beds without changing the sheets and the bathroom I do not think was clean but only dried. Breakfast quite good but the waitresses were really pushy and rude… Also at the front desk they did not speak in Italian while on booking it was written that they spoke my language.

Love it, great location, 2mins from St Michel and 5 mins from Notre Dame. Clearly just been done up recently as rooms were great, simple and super clean. We stayed there early August and so really appreciated the air con. Beds were really comfy and I slept incredibly well. Get a room that overlooks the courtyard as we did — was really quiet which is incredible given the location. Great breakfast! I recommend it…

Not suitable for rest with children and luggage. Small elevator or winding staircase.

Loved that it was right near everything. A real nice taste of Paris.

My first stay was 14 years ago and it remains the only place I like to stay when I visit Paris.

Clean but tiny room, recently remodeled, bathroom was very small as well, towels were clean but old and needed replacement. Good location but the hotel itself doesn't have a Parisian charm. Compared to other hotels we stayed at this was more of a 2 star feel than a place where you like to spend more time than necessary. Communal areas also outdated. I regret not spending 20% more to have a better vacation experience. Doable for no more than 2 nights, but that's just my personal impression.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Clean room facing quiet inner court. Very comfortable beds. Recently remodeled bathroom. Friendly staff. Unbeatable price in the area (reserved online 4 months ahead). 5 min walking distance to Notre Dame. Two large luggage stools. Room is smallish but who cares when one is only there to sleep?

We stayed for one night at the Hotel Eugenie. Very friendly service, the room was basic but very clean. We booked by Groupon. Everything worked well. We love to come back!

Hotel in the Centre of the world, really very, very good for both staff and location to location. Excellent.

In my 30 trips to Paris, the Eugenie is my favorite small hotel. No, it's not the Plaza. If it's luxury and spaciousness you seek, stay away. But if you want the best location, clean and comfortable accommodations, and a helpful, albeit minimal, staff, you just can't beat it. I've stayed there many times and have sent many of my friends and clients there. All have been quite pleased.
