Is terrible, the attention of the hotel staff… I am Not a king, but the treatment as a person and a visitor is essential.

Very good Location, however, very small Rooms and only the Basic Equipment.

This hotel is so terrible. There's no elevator and the hygienic conditions into the bathroom are very very very bad and has a water leak. I feel very bad about having booked this hotel. I paid too much to stay in a dump like that. Reality does not match the site's photos! SHAME!

The cleanliness should improve, the same with the deal are rude, not included breakfast, TV is only in French. It's near the train station.

I Put 2 stars to not put 1 only for the proximity to the Metro… On our arrival the night barely we were given the key. Two girls with 2 suitcases and 5 floors OF STAIRS WITHOUT ELEVATOR (unthinkable) really small and visibly dated room. I'm not going To come back.

Good location Near the Eiffel Tower…

One stop from hotel to Eifel. Near by train. Hotel room was clean only the first day. We stayed there 3night, from night 2 and 3 they didn't change the bed sheets. We know that because on the sheet still have mascara from the morning when I did make up in bed. They just make the bed look good but "they didn't change the sheet" In the bathroom also really not clean still some hair left.

Loose. Very loose. Lords of Booking should control what they offer, and do not look bad you. Put a photo very beautiful of this hotel but what I got is very bad. Would not come back more. I should clarify that my bad comment is about the room. The rest of the hotel very well.

Very bad the attention does not tell you good days in Spanish, the bathroom sucks is so small that a big body person I think does not enter the shower, the only redeemable is the place.

This should not be called a hotel, it's worse than a backpackers. We had sewage leaking in the bathroom of one room, sewage leaking in the hotel passage and the central heating could not switch off in room two. The room windows cannot close and it is extremely dirty. Such a shame to have a "hotel" like this operating in Paris. If you are looking for a dirty hostel, this is the place for you.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed. The room was extra small, we were in a 4th floor and there is no elevator, so we had to take our luggage to the room through a small and tight stair. The don’t let you take the key to your own room, so every time you go out you have to leave you key at the door (it has and incredible and ridiculous huge and heavy keychain). The doorman is kinda rude and the bathroom was ridiculously small and the door won’t even close right. Basically… find another place to stay.

Triple room of good size, with acceptable decoration, private living room with electric kettle, microwave, fridge, table and chairs: Very well equipped! Heating by hot water radiators, perfect!
I would only change the mattress (it was sunk in the middle).
To improve: Reception and general decoration.

Totally disappointed. Not only for the comfort, attention and friendliness of the hotel staff but for the deception of the hotel's publicity. We were in February, we will never come back.
Of all the photos published on the network only the entrance, reception and the dining room, by calling it in some way, can be similar to reality. The bedrooms, 2 triple rooms, are like this: nothing advisable.

Nice little hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower at an affordable price. The interior is cozy, clean and at the same time everything is compact.
The room we had was small, but for the stay everything was. Large double bed, bedside tables, TV, table with built-in mini-fridge, soft chair, wardrobe with hangers, stand under the suitcase, lamps, very conveniently made light switches in the back of the bed (! ). The room was very… No balcony.
In the well-groomed white bathroom: Shower with liquid soap 3 in 1, comfortable large sink with mirror in the whole wall and hairdryer, toilet. The room was clean. Everything is white. Always available: T. Paper, paper napkins in boxing, napkins for shoes, solid soap, shower cap, cotton sticks 3pcs in the Indus. Package. The only lack of bathrobe and slippers.
Breakfast in the basement, cozy small room. Buffet with no fruit but with unparalleled croissants!
The group, but the tourist tax paid at check-out.
The hotel is very comfortable. Recommend!

Friendly staff. Fortunately there are no bugs like what I have saw on other reviews (maybe they have tried to spray some insect spray for it) We have a triple bedroom w/ microwave+refrigerator (Very affordable price). It is really hot inside the room but we closed the heater (It is winter so it’s normal). Good place because there’s alot of restaurants nearby (w/ affordable prices too) and pubs. It is also near in a metro station (Dupleix). From here to Eiffel tower it is only a 15 minutes walk so it is a nice place to stay. Breakfast is nice too. We didn’t complain at all. So we recommend this hotel for you if you really want to spend less w/ the hotel and enjoy staying here in Paris. One more thing, the room service is ok too. They change everyday the bed sheets+towels+throw the garbage and make the room nice and clean.

Small nice hotel. P'tit dej correct. Proximity with the metro station Dupleix (line 6) is 200 m away and the metro Charles Michels (line 10) a 7-minute walk.

It was a great experience for me.

The hotel itself was nice, but it was 35°C when we arrived, and there was no air conditioning nor even a fan to move the air in the room. There was no breeze even with the windows open, so sleep was very rough. But it was very close to the Eiffel tower and the Metro line 6.

If you're considering staying at this hotel beware, we recently stayed there and got bitten by bedbugs. The bites are pretty bad, will include pictures. Definitely put a damper on our trip.

I'm Sorry I'm wrong about my stars. Only 2. Lousy the services to the traveler who speaks Spanish. Breakfast more and more stunted. To end With the patience of the guests. The room was very clean. Too Bad The locals are so rude to the tourism itself. Since Paris has a lot of tourism.
