➜ Hotel that is to be used to launder money this is not possible otherwise we arrived the weekend of the marathon with three rooms reserved on our arrival at 3.30 pm we are notified that a room is not ready and will be within 45 minutes it will be finaleme NT at 6:30 am ashamed for a hotel to be said of this standing no element inside the hotel is called novelist but rather hotel Chateaubriand the rooms were dirty, with stains everywhere and painting ' that Ecaillent (Photo available on request Or on the TripAdvisor site) I was taken also after 15 out of a room while the rooms were settled the hotel acknowledged it's fault but they did reimburse the receptionist face to face and not directly! You imagine, I had to send my rib to the receptionist who reimbursed me in her own name! And this after a month of waiting and trading while I have emails and messages that prove that they admit their wrong and apologize!
In short except the location this hotel is a real scam.

I stayed at there with my family. It has an exceptional decoration. Their stuff (Especially Eric) is amazing attentive. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but they have that option, as well. The hotel is just 3 mins away from Champs Elysee with walk.

A total misunderstanding of the tariff and of the relationship with this hotel
We arrived the weekend of the marathon with three rooms reserved
On our arrival at 15: 30 we are informed that a room is not ready and will be here in 45 minutes it will eventually at 18h30 shameful for a hotel supposedly of this standing
No element in the interior of the hotel is called a novelist, but rather hotel chateaubriand
The rooms were dirty, with spots everywhere and the paint that ecaillent (Photo available upon request or on the website tripadvisor), even the carpet is poorly glued and the floor is pleated across
I was taken also at the end of 15 days of a room while the three bedrooms have been resolved to our arrival on the day. The hotel has admitted his fault, but they did refund the receptionist face-to-face and not directly! As you can imagine, I had to send my bank details to the receptionist that I was refunded in its own name through bank transfer! And this after almost a month of waiting and negotiating, while I have the mails to prove that they admit their wrong and apologize! In short apart from the location this hotel is a true scam.
