Good hotel. Nice breakfast.

Friendly personal, but the rooms could be much cleaner. Shower is too small, TOO HOT ROOMS! No refrigerator.

Clean, close to Metro, near supermarket, bakery.

Location of the norms. Close to all attractions. But! No Tapachek and bathrobes. No mini bar, no mini fridge). No balcony. No air conditioning. In the room a small kettle and odnor glasses. There is no water drinking. It is necessary to buy, but near a supermarket, works till 22.00. Small neat number.

Staff very friendly and always ready to answer our questions. Very convenient location, close to two meters of which one (Republique) served by several lines. Only flaw, was the room's exaggeratedly high temperature. There was no way to lower it, even holding the window open (in early January)

The rooms are rather narrow tower like the size of the hotel in general, but the location of the hotel is strategic, cleanliness is impeccable and the staff (day) is super well qualified.

Not great, poor decor. Wallpaper falling from walls and ceiling. Generally fairly dirty, and tired. Poor, poor and more.

Good place close to 2 metros, the employees were really nice. The only problem is that internet ain't reach the bedroom. And btw the breakfast is 12€ includes everything that is on the table if you don't want to look for a place to it in the morning.

Nice location near place de la République. The room was correct. The furnitures are quite old, but the bed was really good : finally this is what I expect in an hotel.

Good location quite near metro stations in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Rooms are clean. No frills in this hotel, but nice.

This place is okay for the price. Can't expect much for a lower-end budget hotel within central Paris. The room is clean but bathroom is a bit small, and the shower drain does not drain fast. Can hear neighbors' noise. It would be great if they offer free breakfast. Very close to most of the popular attractions though.

This is not the first time I've been to this Hotel a stone's throw from Place de la Republic. In a great location for walking or by the Metro at two steps. The Hotel is served by bakeries, ovens with hot bread, supermarkets and pharmacies. There are restaurants, pizzerias with Italian, Asian and kebabs to stay hungry. I declare myself a sure customer of this Hotel, great quality price…

We came from the jura and we arrived quite late. The staff was really friendly and attentive. The owner stayed fifteen minutes with us to introduce us to the hotel (rooms redone this summer) and told us the things to do in Paris giving us little tips (thank you bcp).
Our room was fine for two — very clean, bed was comfortable (actually we hear a little subway pass but we in Paris, it seems normal and it does not bother us).
For it's location in the heart of Paris and its attentive staff recommend this hotel.

Home any and noisy room supposed to. Avoid.

Simple, inexpensive, functional, without Schnick Schnack. Who must be much in the room and expected little from the hotel except the accommodation comes at his own expense.

The hotel is less than mediocre! You could almost follow the conversation of neighbors… Other than that the room is clean.

ATTENTION calm but not entirely!
I read some reviews that say it's quiet but beware! The street is quiet but the hotel less. In the room where we were that overlooked the street of Malta, we heard the subway and felt the vibrations of it every five minutes.
More insulation between rooms is rather bad, we could hear the toilets in the room next door, as well as the movement of the people etc…
Didn't us bother because with fatigue, difficulty sleeping but some will perhaps not in the same way that we live.
Cleanliness of the room nothing to say, more rooms seem to have been renovated there has little time so pleasantly surprised at the opening of the House.
There is a Wi — Fi access, for my part I was on the first floor, it worked pretty well except for a few cuts.
The staff was nice, we easily responded to our queries even at late hours.
Regarding the small lunch, to avoid. The price is excessive. A little tip, there is a bakery at the corner of the street, a croissant with coffee and you were doing for a lot cheaper.
