Great location in Saint Michel district. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Room was sparse with a noisy air con. But hotel being renovated so may improve in the future. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in the heart of the 5th district (Latin Quarter) is in a lively street so if you like the party this is your place… there's everything there: beach bars. Fast food restaurants pretty well priced, souvenirs etc. I personally loved this area. The hotel is ok, the room was perfect the bathroom right all clean and nice to the view. I recommend it. What I liked the most was that it didn't feel a shred of street noise. I guess because he gave the back of the hotel our room which we thought was perfect. To get around Paris there is a very interesting option the Batobus (a boat that takes you to all the tourist spots by the Seine) is worth 17 euros and you can go up and down as many times as you want and it lasts 24 hours from the hour q buy it until the next day to the same time. I recommend it as everything is quite far away. The bus t is worth two or three euros less but it is not by far as beautiful the experience as with the boat. See what else I can tell you the Eifel tower is worth 25 climb up with the elevator and 19 climb walking two floors and from there take the essential elevator to go and see it at night as well. The cathedral visiting it is free but climbing up is worth 10 euros. Worth the views are breathtaking and climbing the stairs is not so much there are some machines outside where you can take your turn and schedule.

Love this hotel for its location location location! Right in the heart of Latin Quarter with tons of restaurants, cafes and places to see within a stone's throw! Room was basic but clean and with all necessary amenities. Loved the restaurant downstairs that doubles as breakfast room in the morning! Will definitely return!

Very clean rooms and very friendly staff.

The best thing is the location. The rooms are small but they are in very good condition. Very clean and the reception is good. They have breakfast at 10 euros per person but do not probe it.

It is a great place to stay, very centrally located close to the Notre Dame Cathedral. The facilities were very clean and the staff were very helpful Highly recommended. Ofrcen a rich buffet breakfast for €10

We spent two nights at this hotel. They put us in "attic", a small room, but to sleep only is fine, with the window facing the street, you could also see the tip of the Eiffel. Convenient to the Metro.

No soundproofing. I would not advise this hotel.

Friendly staff. Rooms are small. You might not sleep well because of the noise of the crowd in the street. But you are in a premium location in Paris. 1 min away from metro.

Very basic and cheap Hotel. They feel very much the elevator noises from the rooms, which are really basic. Possibility to add a breakfast. Very convenient the proximity to Notredame and the Metro.

Room just got new painted so still can smells. Other than that is good.

Worst hotel ever. Stayed there for one night — thank god only one. The room was damn cold because the windows were opened when we arrived. The room was cold and the heating did not really work. The windows were not close-fitting so the air of a cold february night blowed inside the room. The aeration in the bathroom did not work too so the room was not only cold but wet and stinky as hell. The water pressure in the shower was so low that only some drops of water dropped put. After I tried to wash my hair I had to walk around with shampoo in my hair all day — thanks for that wonderful day in paris! The walls were so thin that we heard every move of the elevator which was next to our room and we were able to hear every step and move from the persons in the room above us. So because of check ins in the middle of the night and the early morning we slept only a few hours in that 117 euro room. Never ever again. (The one star stands for the location, nothing else deserves a star).

Small, large-sized hotel located in a great location: in the Latin Quarter, a stone's throw from Notre Dame, the Sorbonne, and the metro station. The rooms do not have a good soundproofing from the outside.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean and friendly staff. It is located in a very friendly street so you can disturb the noise.

We stayed here for 2 nights. First of all, the rooms are kind of pricey for what you get, the only justifiable thing for that price is the location, which is great. For this money you'll get a pretty small room, but everything is clean. Doesn't matter how long you stay, you'll get fresh sheets and fresh towels everyday. It's still too much to ask for a room this small though.

Great location, you got restaurants and bars just outside, but that makes the rooms quite noisy. We stayed there 2 nights with my boyfriend and we had a room with two separate beds because there were no doubles available. The room was small and really boring. Looked nothing like the rooms in the photos that I saw when I booked it. Disappointed but it was affordable with great location. I would come back but I would make sure that I have a better room.

Hotel Du Mont Blanc is located on a semi-busy, mostly pedestrian street only a block away from Notre Dame and right near main metro (RER B, RER C, etc) and bus stops. Very convenient! Tons of restaurants, bars, creperies, and tourist gift shops on this street. They have around the clock front desk service as you need to check your key in/out as you come and go. We stayed for a couple of nights on either end of our trip and got a different room each time. Our first room was which is in the back of the first floor (2nd floor by US standards). The window opens to other building windows so it was very quiet but the room was tiny and outdated with a very inefficient, tiny bathroom layout. We expected this to an extent since it's located in an old building. The second time we stayed we were in on the same floor but in the front of the building overlooking the pedestrian street. If we had slept with our window open or without the AC unit on the nightlife would have been LOUD as there are several popular bars with loud music right below. However, this room was more updated and nicer with a much better (though still tiny) bathroom. The AC units are big freestanding units that sit on the floor and connect outside via a dryer hose in the wall so you can't move them. They take up a significant amount of floor space in the tiny rooms but work really well. The Wi-Fi is shotty at best and cannot be accessed in all rooms.

Located in center of paris near many public transport metro line 4 the RER B and C, so many restaurant in the area.

It's a budget hotel in a central location, but noisy and the rooms (supposedly non-smoking) smell of smoke and the AC unit makes the smell worse.

It's a 2 star hotel, by more akin to a hostel (and a poor one at that). Has a stupid small lift that makes endless noise because people seem to be able to use it until 2am. The single room does not have an En Suite, because the toilet and shower are in your room! And no chance for a desk. It was my mistake for letting my work book the hotel, but never staying there again.

Amazing location to be in Paris! This is the hotel to go if you want to be right in the Latin quarter. Rooms are kind of small and a bit noisy but the hotel is perfectly located. So that compensates it all! It is priceless to be so perfectly located in such an amazing place like Paris and with lots to do!

Actually is not expensive for being Paris and it's on the center. But it's very bad. They didn't even close my room after cleaning it. The Wi-Fi is always not working. Thin walls a lot of night noise. Small bed. May be an option if you want a hotel near Notre darme that is not expensive.

Aside from the rooms being not even close to the size or quality that they show on the website, and aside from the restaurant being quite bad, they had the most rude, condescending staff I've ever encountered in any service situation. I had a friend up to my room for 15 minutes as I was getting ready to go out and I received a phone call from the front desk telling me that guests weren't allowed in the rooms. When I explained that my friend wasn't staying the night and had his own hotel room across town the employee told me he would call the police if he wasn't out of my room immediately. He then showed up knocking at the door and again threatened to phone the police. He proceeded to give me a lecture on "respect" and issue various other insults. What I found out later is that this particular night staff was the son of the owners which explained how such an unbelievably rude and aggressive service industry worker could keep his job. I would never stay here again and would recommend that anybody else avoid it at all cost.
