Hard to access ròom. No lifts and elevator to reach 5th floor.

Very well located. Good welcome. It lacks a bit of space.

The person at the reception was very warm and pleasant.

Flee! Even if its price is not high it does not deserve it. Worn and dirty bedding, like the rest of the hotel. Cardboard walls. You live with your neighbor!

It is alright to havw a shower and sleep and good central location. Friendly staff and clean beddings. But then the floor was absolutely dirty, looked like it hasnt been moped for years no tea coffee facilities, not even a cup in your room.

It is pretty basic everything, it is good location, but in relation price quality is not good in my opinion.

Cheap enough for Paris, only one shower that you have to hold and toilets are cramped.

Good attention. Cleaning OK. Near subway station, supermarket. From there you can walk to Notre dame (take 20 min)

Pitiful! Cold and unpleasant welcome! Access to the rooms is through a staircase room and cluttered with sacks of plasters and other construction business. Arriving in front of the room, we discover a patched door that was visibly sunk! When entering the room, a foul smell is emitted, and obviously the housekeeping has not been done for a while: Sal sink (hairs, toothpaste etc…), mirror full of traces, sheep under the bed, suspicious stains above the bed and to top it all An old shaky cupboard full of pusher to tidy up his belongings… really not top!
The toilets are on the landing, they could be clean but that's not the case! The shower as well as the toilets are really disgusting! And I have not spoken to you about Velux which are in fact only traps in the roof… So not isolated…
In summary, cheap establishment but fled!

Hotel Small but comfortable, perfect for just spending the night. The price allows you to buy a good lunch outside.

The only good point of the hotel is that it is well placed.
I arrived in the room and I was shocked by the dirt of it and the smell of enclosed it was releasing, there were small holes in the "duvet"… I had a terrible night because the heating was not working. Showers don't look like showers, there were not even locks or lights, I had to hang my towel on the windowsill, the toilets do not talk about it, they were really disgusting… water on the floor and pretty brown traces At the bottom of the bowl… Anyway, next time I prefer to pay more for a hotel and have the comfort than to go into this thing that I don't qualify as a hotel.

Hotel rooms are a bit small but well fitting for the price and requirement. No ac in rooms but fans.

Nice Service and affordable prices. The area is excellent in the center with everything nearby.

Our room is quite nice, although furniture is in a heavily used condition. But it's okay for sleeping :)

Nice apartment. Location is OK. Getting there better not by car.

Avoid this hotel at all costs! I was obliged to leave the jungles of insects that are unknown to science. Small and large things red-brown.
I hope I'm out pretty quickly, because these things worked on my skin as the army on 14 July.
I strongly recommend!
We reimbursed me only ~ 40% of the sum, even if I'm out of this m * at 3 in the morning.
Hotel 75003 Paris fountains.

No STAIRS! The rooms are on the 3rd floor and above. Definitely not my kind of hotel.

Nice place metro has two room not clean room nice friendly staff.

Door was closed at midnight, and bathroom was too small. But still remember girl from next floor.
