Stay in a single room, not very large, especially the bathroom. Quiet and welcoming.

Quite small rooms but very nice place and extremely friendly staff.

Rooms were a Bit small but clean. Shower was very small. Great location everything available by feet. Breakfast ok.

The hotel has a good location and a nice breakfast. At 15mn on foot from the North station and close to good news and the great Rex, it moves at night (many bars). Ideal in Paris.

Constant noise from the air con even if it’s off. Breakfast is meagre and the room facilities are minimal. Do not stay here.

Stay of 4 nights the hotel is small but cared for in the details, the breakfast good not plentiful, but there is everything you need to start the day. The area is very lively full of brasserie restaurants and supermarkets. Great Metro stop just outside the hotel on the left. The only drawback maybe the bathroom a few little something to replace, but overall it's fine. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stop a reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast not too bad, but keep the yanks away if they are not prepared to pay too. Taking advantage of the good will of staff and those who pay just pisses me off. Clean, and nicely furnished room. Great to have a set of electric blinds at each window.

A little cosy hotel served by few employees who work as receptionists and perform all other duties like preparing breakfast and helping with carrying luggage. They are helpful and provide excellent support when inquired about anything. It is clean with good housekeeping and reasonably maintained. Our room was at the sixth floor where the elevator reaches only the fifth floor so we had to use the stairs from the fifth to the sixth floor. The hotel location is convenient and close to two metro stations and good number of stores.

Fantastic! This cozy little hotel is just off one of the major streets but close enough to a Metro stop, bus stop and a Hop on — Hop off stop! Just a perfect location for sightseeing and just generally enjoying Paris. The rooms, while smaller than the typical US hotel room at the same price point, are quite comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet (European) and there is an… ELEVATOR! But, without a doubt, the receptionist Samiri (☆☆☆☆☆) makes such a positive difference! She was very helpful, informative and pleasant. Most times she was working alone at the desk, answering calls and helping clients — — all the while transforming the hotel stay to more of a 'Bed & Breakfast' atmosphere. I'll definitely stay here on my next visit.

The service here is over the top in a good way. I was able to check in early and with great attitudes from the staff! Room was clean and the bed is comfortable.

We were English speakers who didn't know much French at all. Room was small but doable and the infrastructure in general, including the very small elevator that didn't go to all floors, was a bit lacking. Overall though the experience was very nice. Most importantly, the receptionist was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The breakfast was good and the rates were reasonable.

I loved this hotel! I was travelling on my own and found the location and facilities just perfect. The decor of the rooms is stylish, elegant and modern with the added bonus of an in-room safe and small refrigerator. The bathrooms are compact but fitted to make the best use of the limited space. I was made to feel incredibly welcome upon my check-in and throughout my stay all staff were friendly, cheerful and approachable. The continental buffet breakfast was amazing — fresh, plentiful and great value. There are a number of excellent places to eat right on your doorstep so the lack of a restuarant at the hotel is not a problem. My only regret is that I did not stay longer and will return at the earliest opportunity.

Near the grand Rex, the Chamonix is a small hotel set back from the boulevard Bonne Nouvelle. So it's pretty quiet but well located, surrounded by restaurant and Café. The room is comfortable AC works, the shower is relatively large and the bed is huge.
In addition there's a duvet (and not one of these blankets scratching! ).
The only downside is the free Wi — Fi.
And the better management of the hotel, I've met is that adorable, smiling and helpful people!
