There are no pluses! Almost solid cons! They settled in a room where the ceiling in the bathroom was half-collapsed and overgrown with several kinds of mold. Moved to another on request, now with the room is all right, and with the bathroom too, BUT the refrigerator almost does not freeze, no free waifai (promised) no, it almost does not work, the fan is also not:) I was in the last room. Maybe they have fans only in rooms with fungus provided? :) ) ) )

Twin room booked, on arrival told that all the twins are booked. 2 single blokes so 1ended up on the floor, staff very unhelpful with a “tough luck” attitude.

Excellent location, close to train stations and metro, small room, door closed badly, bathroom with sink uncomfortable for its small size, shower with curtain, breakfast acceptable.

The hotel is pleasant, good staff. Breakfasts, as elsewhere, are a croissant, baguette, coffee, butter, jam. Half an hour's walk to the center, 10 minutes to the subway. There are plenty of shops and mini markets with fruit, cafes and restaurants. The only thing that blew out of the window at night, had to be stuck tights (7 degrees at night in January).

Good hotel for unpretentious people. Great staff. Close to the shops and restaurants. The location is very close to the metro station.

This hotel is a great deal. The bathroom/shower was very small, but for the price and location you can't complain. I think they have breakfast too, but I had to leave early so I'm not sure.

The lack of cleanliness was not acceptable even at low prices. I still put 2 stars because staff was very nice.

Good customer service and welcome but very expensive for what they offer. Small rooms and no taste, it smells a lot like lye but you don't see the room clean.

Bathroom shower with traces of the previous customer: dirty, toilet flush not drawn, blocked curtains that do not close with a direct screw of 2 meters and too hot, breakfast at €6 in a sad cellar with an orange juice, hot chocolate and a bakery no FRU Its no yogurt and no deli at this level is theft.

My experience was very enjoyable. Although they did not handle Spanish as a language, we entendiamos, already guese in English or Italian. We didn't spend any cold, the rooms hot and the bed comfortable and the breakfast very rich. The hotel was very nice and the location was very good.

While it does the job, I was a little disappointed that the toilet flush button stayed broken during my 3-day stay after 3 prompts to 3 different people at the reception desk. I would have also preferred better noise isolation and room odour.

PESIMO! The staff were very friendly and the room was very close to the hotel. 30 (since our flight was nocturnal) when the Lord arrived (to give him a name) he told us that we had no room, because according to the era late, the hotel knew the time of our arrival since the reservation was confirmed more than 2 months ago. Turns out this guy had rented our room to other visitors. He sent us to another hotel, (it was more than midnight, it was raining and we were loaded with suitcases). Once in this hotel, the guy tells us we have to pay the room… In short, the deal is lousy, you are not treated with respect or respect your reservations. I don't recommend it at all, you better look for other options. Greetings.

If you are looking for a cheap and safe place as a tourist then you can stop here. It has small square rooms with Juliet balcony. The hotel is close to metro/ bus stations. Around the hotel there are many restaurants and grocery stores. You have to choose and spend wisely for the foods. My room was clean and to me staffs were well behaved! They have small size lift in the hotel, which I don't like. I hope that they will fix it soon.

Very bad soundproof, very noisy street, White Night assured. We slept at 3 in 2 single beds, the child bed being completely stoned. Bathroom door that does not hold closed and shower that fills way bathtub.

Stay away from this place! should give them — 5 stars! horrible place to stay, made a huge mistake picking this place! misleading, terrible room, lying and rude service! don't trust their photos online, the room I stayed is totally different! noisy, smells, dirty… totally a nightmare!

What is worthwhile is for the otherwise very shabby heating. I have been to other hotels with 2 stars, same has this and much better. The rooms were fatal, the mattresses sunk that you could not sleep and the bathroom without tiles and the water was out. We didn't like it at all. We're not going to repeat. Feeling of dirt and no dryer had. No shower towels only. Too bad.

STAY AWAY! When arriving here we were told our room wasn't available due to water damage. We were redirected to a complete, stinking dump without any facilities that was probably not even 20% of the amount we payed without the offer of a refund. When we threatened with bad reviews possible police action our room was magically available. Obviously a scheme to fill ultra cheap rooms by redirecting guests.

The hotel is like a hostel. The rooms doesn't have air conditioner and the bathrooms smell "like a teen spirit"… It's a good place if you only need a place for sleep the night.

It's a good place to stay. And the breakfasts are great. Especially croissants and baguette!

Very close to tube stations and bus stops, no luxury hotel but very comfortable tidy and clean, nice breakfast in nice basement. The receptionist Elena is a lovely girl, I and my partner had problems with our booking cause of the low cost agency and she was a great help and support, we felt we could become friends with her, she is one of the few people speaking English in Paris. We'll go back to this hotel and hope to be welcomed by Elena.

Very nice! A hotel that has been renovated with taste. There's still some work to do note the impressive transformation of premises in front, in the image of the will without limit of the staff to make you feel at home.

The rooms are fine and comfortable, clean as well. However, as with many complaints on tripadvisor, there is one particular gentleman, who appears to sit at the desk during the evening to morning hours, that is entirely rude and in fact confrontational. I had thought that the past reviewers were simply exaggerating, however any communication with the member of staff renders the entire stay charmless. I am currently still staying here, end Jan 2016, and am strongly considering leaving for another hotel.

We had a very good time with my wife, the walls are still trembling.

Great Hotel close to everything and the owners are very welcoming and sympathiqued.

Location: near Vosočnyj station is underground, bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. A bit crowded in the room, but there are tv, high-speed Wi-fi, always hot water. The staff was amazing! Provide free maps of the city. Plaid, hairdryer. On the street buzz is a minus. But in General, I recommend.

The owner of this hotel is incredibly nice. He goes the extra mile. Great price/value. I lived on this street for two years. It is an excellent location. I've stayed here two times. Once was a double on the 3rd floor, newly renovated and great. Second time I was on the 2nd floor, not newly renovated and less nice. But it sill seemed worthwhile. Breakfast included and as I say, really nice people.
