Fantastic stay with friends. Warm and friendly staff who are always happy to help. Breakfast was lovely — just ask if you need anything.

We were there in the beginning of July. We live the hotel. Very nice and friendly front desk. We will come back again.

I like it! ❤️ I stayed several times there. I love the street (rue lepic). Very near to Molin Rouge. You have to take a room with a little balcony. The breakfast and especially the breakfast room with a perfect view are so nice. Be aware of the little elevator. The last time we stayed therein for approx. Half an hour behause it stopped between the floors. … But I love the hotel.

Hot room unbearably. An oven without spare.
Good services. Perfect welcome. Great cleaning. Great mattress great pillows. All invalidated by the terrible heat of the room. A small fan absolutely insufficient. I'm sorry but everything is useless when guests are sick of the heat. You have to provide and put air conditioners on.

We had a family room with my 3 kids under the ages of 5 so one of my child drop tea on a pillow they don’t say anything to us until we’re checking out they have taken €50 and the toilet smells, we asked to speak to the manager they say the managers are on holiday nobody to speak to us so before you book into their hotel check everything very well because.

Good value for the price, charming location in Montmartre! No air-conditioning, so can get hot in the summer, and the front rooms are a bit noisy. But the room was clean and reception was friendly.

For the neighborhood: very good value for money.
For only one night: c is very good and the street is very quiet (no car at night and early morning).
If several nights: it is wood so creaking when we get in the room.

Very small and hot room. Bathrom door not closing as the lights switch was blocking it. Very clean room. Breakfast was tasty eventhough basic. Excellent location with nice bars & restaurants al around.

A star for the places, horrible night because of the outside noise as well as room neighbors who turned on TV at 00:30 we slept, we even thought they were in our room. Minimum breakfast for a 3-star, frozen pastries industrial orange Juice Brief I pass other reviews because too long to write to flee!

Cozy place in a decent area of Paris the rooms are very small and internet is slow. Oh and the a/c doesn't really work well.

The main attraction of Hotel 29 LEPIC is also the main issue — set in the lively quartier of Montmartre, just 15 minutes' climb to the glorious Sacre Coeur, it is well placed to enjoy the Bohemian, artistic delights of this area. But it is also very noisy at night, and the hotel has a bar, which is well supported and which was right under our window… however, you have to take the rough with the smooth, and Hôtel 29 LEPIC was good value for the reduced summer rate: decent bathroom, lots of extras and very, very comfy beds. Breakfast is €17 (or €7 for just a very basic breakfast), which is part for the course in Paris. But it's all about location, and this hotel has it in spades!

Comfortable bed, decent shower. We were "upgraded", so not sure what the original room was like. Twin beds, not double, as requested, which is quite common. No aircon, just a small fan. Not possible to sleep with the windows open over the main street, as it's very lively — great location, though. Worst thing was that the room was right beside the illuminated sign and there are no shutters, so no chance of dark.

Awful hotel, i'm a french person and to all the tourist who want to try this hotel. This is a basic tourist trap. I've never had such a bad experience in an hotel, so bad that I wanted to wake up the earliest possible so that I could leave. We had NO electrecity in the room, the night staff (because we arrived in the room at 9pm) was unfriendly and useless, they didn't want us to talk to a manager or change our room. The room was really noisy (you could hear even whispers through the door because of a large hole there is under it), the bathroom was ridiculously small, same thing with the entire room in fact.

Has been all we expected it to be. Rooms are somewhat small, but very nice and clean. Great location as it is in the city and very close to a metro stop. The service and clerks were also very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend for those looking for a good value hotel relatively close to big Paris attractions.

To explore sweet Hotel in a fantastic location of Paris. Great gastronomy in the immediate vicinity. Good connection to the public transport network. There is only a none drawback — the rooms are tiny.

A very nice address in one of the most typical streets of Montmartre: the Lepic Street with its many shops of mouths and restaurants, the famous coffee Mills 2 and of course the inevitable Moulin Rouge!
Bed was comfortable, room clean and staff friendly, all in a warm and colourful atmosphere. I recommend the rooms on the street side and height to enjoy a great view over the rooftops of Paris!

First of all, the hotel is situated in a lovely street with tourists everything Montmartre has to offer: brasserie, bakeries, various types of restaurants, fromagerie, fish, fresh fruits and vegetables, souvenir shops. Therefore, the choice of via is perfect for going out at night, it is very lively and upbeat. As for the hotel itself, though, unfortunately we think first of all the three star rating largely exaggerated. We just got back and our stay lasted 5 days, from 4 to 9 July last. Arrived at the hotel, we just asked for a room with air conditioning, but the Concierge told us that there were none available. The room was small, but cozy, the reasonable bathroom, the inside temperature was very high. In the absence of air conditioning, we asked for a fan, but it lacked, so the first expense was a removable fan in Indian store. Cleanliness has left to be desired: the towels that we left, as required by a sign in the bathroom, the bathtub, were often simply folded and riappoggiati in their place. The tub was dirty. The window was left open if not facing the suitcase and, because of the heat, we were supposed to leave it open completely, resulting in complete lack of privacy. The television you couldn't hear because the volume was kept very low default and, in view of the busy streets, you couldn't hear anything. Breakfast plentiful but pricey (12 euros each! ), staff, especially male, not so friendly and helpful.

Hotel 29 lepic is such an amazing hotel with very good location and easy access to every thing we need as visitors. many thanks to front desk people, especially kadija, narjes and Phillip, they are a wonderful team. I recommend that hotel to every one need to visit Paris with no hotel problems.

I particularly recommend this hotel, very well located for those who love Montmartre, has very comfortable rooms; the breakfast is excellent and all the staff showed a lot of kindness and dedication. The price is also right.
