They bill themselves as a high end hotel. Not our experience. After a long international flight we could not check in until 1600. No apology or anything. Just the typical Parisian attitude. We finally get in the room to find the shower does not drain. So everytime you take a shower it floods the bathroom floor. Brought this up repeatedly to the staff over several days. Yet it was never fixed. The desk staff with a few exceptions was rude and uncaring. If you are paying this much service should be exceptional. We highly recommend going somewhere you will be valued as a customer. Geraldine I have read your reply. Certainly wish you had shown that level of concern when we were there. We travel a lot for business and have never had this poor level of service in a "High End" hotel. Definately not what we paid for. We will be back in Paris for business in a few months and will not be staying with you.

Just super high end. They don't miss anything. Great location… Literally around the corner from everything. Pricey but worth it!

Cadre: Superbe hôtel remis à neuf, chambre spacieuse, richement décorées, insonorisées, décoration contemporaine. Le spa est propre, accueillant, peu fréquenté, spacieux et bien agencé. Quelques petites améliorations tout de même mais mineure (traces d'éponge dans la douche, manque de poubelle dans la salle de bain, renouvellement des cafés durant le service du soir…) rien de bien grave Produits: Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est frais, des produits de très bonne qualité, diversifiés. I really loved my stay there. The location and the serves in the hotel is amazing.

Nice terrace very popular with cigar lovers, the staff is small onions, and you eat very well. Count between 100 and 250 euros for two, according to a simple aperitif or lunch, dinner. I recommend for a little break away from the tumult of the Champs-Elysées.

A mythical place in Paris that personally I adore, the service of hot chocolate for the afternoons of winter (open to the non guest of the hotel) is absolutely delicious! It is on the first floor of the hotel…

A magical place… A nice spa… A discreet and efficient team.

Chic with nice lobby and few steps from the champs elysee. Nice large rooms and free mini bar. Staff are friendly and professional.

Nb: I only tested breakfast in the first floor lounges.
Certainly the setting is chic, but for the rest, everything is disappointing: the products are the same as in a Novotel lambda, and the service is horribly soft. Prices are monstrous, especially considering the quality and service.
In short, it is a place for people for whom 100 or 20 euros, bah, finally, it is the same price.
As they are not many, it explains why this place is rather empty…

A 31/12 wasted on Joy!
Booking for 4 on the evening of the 1st of the year, we take the aperItif on the terrace and then I ask a server if we can go to the table.
Well no the restaurant is closed the cook is gone he replies.
In the end, we still managed to eat by being alone in the restaurant and with dishes that arrived too quickly.
To apologize the management offered us champagne by promising to remind me the next day to explain to me what the malfunction was.
I had to write to the headquarters to get an answer…
Too bad because I was a devout fan of fence.

Beautiful place but service not to the standing of the frame.

One of the best spots in Paris! Rooms are flawless customer service is great. The only thing needs to be done is close the closet as it gets messy and not pretty to watch.

The location is great, the amenities are even better and the staff couldn't be nicer.

Superior location on the champs Elysees however very quiet. Old design. Although expensive room service and breakfast are average.

In work until early July 2017, I spent many moments there. The valet are obnoxious and fortunately they stay out … the interior year 30 and padded, good service, excellent cuisine. Curious to discover at the re-opening.

Good French restaurant. The staff was nice, joyful and helpful. Food was brasserie kind of food but good ones and tasty. We all enjoyed what we order and spent a lovely night in this typical French environment. From starter to desserts, it is as good as it looks like in the posted pictures on social networks ;)

Stayed there only one night but loved it. It was cold and rainy outside but so nice and cosy and luxurious inside. Service was great as expected for a luxury hotel. Booked a premiere room which was spacious and had everything you expect. Even a TV in the bathroom… You are right in central paris 50 yards from champs elysees So yes its expensive but really worth it!

Amazing. Great location on the Champs Elysees. Went above and beyond any expectations to accommodate our every wish. Never said no but always found a way to get it done. The concierge staff was unbelievably helpful in planning our trip and making all our reservations from before we even got there and continued to work with us throughout our stay to modify things and help us whenever needed. Breakfast buffet was delicious and will also get you whatever you ask for in addition to the buffet. Spa very relaxing. In a word, you really get pampered and spoiled here while enjoying a beautiful Paris trip from a great location (walked everywhere from here).

I ate a chili con carne there low it was fabulous!

A wonderful car service is available as well. Some of my friends have stayed at other hotels in Paris, but in my opinion they don't compare. This is the place to be, just gorgeous!

This is the fourth weekly Barriere hotel! He is the best, as well as maintenance and service! Highly recommend!

Got a junior suite. They put me on the 2nd floor next to the lift. Never saw or heard from the Butler. The gym has no rules. People not in gym attire and wearing flip flops allowed. Outsiders with their instructors using it. Over crowded and dangerous. Over priced for this sort of limited exclusivity.

Location, decoration, professionalism of the staff, the food, beverages, rooms, almost all from start to finish was perfect! I have been to Paris a few times, but will find that this hotel is the best. Fantastic journey outside London, will come again!

I went there chicken Valentine brunch. Very nice place, lots of choices for the meal: pastries, entries (Lebanese, sushi, fatty liver, fish, salmon caviar, smoked), flat (scrambled eggs, Bacon, vegetables… stuffed), Grill, dessert and crepe shop. It's expensive, but it is exceptional!

This hotel is the best hotel in Paris! This hotel is charming and shows French hospitality, this is rare. Here is definitely France one of the best hotels, is located in the city centre, here is simply wonderful.

The beauty of the outside is already beautiful. The food is very good. And the hotel is quiet, all is own hat.

Hotel Fouquet’s Barrière has a special part in my heart. Trendy interior, comfy rooms, good restaurant. But the thing that impressed me most is the view … oh that stunning view of the Eiffel Tower.

Impeccable service, a pleasant welcome, comfort and security to the maximum of what you'd expect. Everything is set up to make you love your stay and especially thank you to have paid as much for a suite, the only problem of the hotel is its price. Apart from this detail, all is well.

Having stayed at the nearby Four Seasons Georges V hotel, I really thought that I had seen the best of the French hospitality sector: I was wrong. The staff at the Hotel Fouquet Barriere is simply unique: incredible attention to detail, immediate knowledge of the customer's preferences and a smile on every face. The decoration of the hotel is the only area that I did not identify myself with but the rest was a unique experience. Thank you everyone for a wonderful stay. Looking forward to another visit.

I have a bad memory there. Being younger we refuse to serve as a line of water to a friend of mine. Apart from this negative point non-negligible it is indeed a beautiful place, or one is in your care. Yet I find not only that vale really the price.

Our stay was from 23 to 28 December 2009.
All of our expectations were fulfilled with more than, the staff at all times, the wonderful hotel. Super spa, breakfast a person who spoke the friendly, attentive and helpful espeanol for anything, everything in its place, clean, in the end, well I better not talk friendly, I recommend it, certainly. Thank you very much for making us so nice, also the location was now in Christmas Super for enjoy the lighting of Paris
