Lovely hotel in a very quiet area close to many shops and restaurants. The rooms are large as the bathroom with separate toilets. The perfect bedding and beds are great and the housekeeping is fine. Really nice. Breakfast is simple but there are for everyone.

Small but clean and comfortable room, friendly welcome, nothing to redir.

The hotel is very close to the exit of the subway, ideal to breathe close to the Parisian atmosphere by its situation, the breakfast type buffet compensates as it is rich and very varied, the treatment of the staff a marvel, especially the girl of the mornings, lovely and friendly, the room although not very large had all the amenities, even hairdryer, and everything in perfect condition, we will be back safe.

I can't recommend this place, personally, it is budget centric but of poor quality.

Staff are friendly, can speak good English. All types of food available (indian, african, turkish, english, french, italian, American burgers and halal) at the walking distance. 2 metro station nearby. Very good place to stay at night.

Bathroom a little old, room correct but dark.

Worst service imaginable, slept to sounds of rats in the walls. Nothing like the description.

I am shocked, SHOCKED, this place gets such high reviews, especially for the awful staff member, Bacci. We booked online for a two-night stay around Christmas. We reserved one room for 3 people, but were given 2 rooms instead. We explained very kindly that this wouldn't work for us as we had a 5 year old who shouldn't be sleeping in a separate hotel room by herself. The staff said they couldn't do anything and said that we had to take it for at least the night and they would try to fix it tomorrow. We were very upset, but trusted them to resolve the problem in the morning. That night we ran into another upset patron; unsure what the issue was, but we thought it a fluke at the time. That night, our daughter's room was okay, but our room smelled… well like an animal had died in the walls, or possibly a sewage pipe had a slow leak from the bathroom. Even with the fan on the air wasn't clearing, so we kept the door closed and mostly left our hotel to explore Paris. The next morning we asked for the room to fit 3 individuals as promised us last night, but we were dealing with a different staff member that day, Bacci. He was the most incipient, worthless with customer service, disgrace to the French people, little man that I have ever EVER met. He was extremely rude and kept lying to us that there were no other rooms available, but as we pressed him his answer kept changing. He left several times in the middle of our conversation without a word — just left!

Hotel very well kept, quiet but dated and old style including the day receptionist which is a bit peculiar.

Good, low cost hotel in the middle of popular Montmartre. Short walk to subway. They do have an elevator (albeit the tinniest one you would ever get to use. Fits only 2 people! ). But overall a pretty decent deal!

Traditional and well located. … a little bright neighbors do not allow me to put 5 stars but it is a problem of individuals no hotel.

Average hotel. Good for 1 or 2 nights. There are no cooling in the rooms, and you cannot open your window because of street noise. Beds are comfortable, decent breakfast.

Very nice hotel, breakfast for 8, €50 is really worth paying for, it is very plentiful and there are many options. The location is very good and the staff is very friendly. The only one against, the rooms too small.

Good place to stay some days in paris. The hotel is not perfect but has a good price, the rooms are ok and its not far from the metro station.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good. Only big downside, I had the joy of hearing the metros go looping … Making downright flicker the furniture … The nights were very short.

A nice place, not very fancy, or up scale, but cosy and intimate. A good choice for budget travellers and for the ones who stay somewhere off touristic areas.

Hotel in a comfortable position, but with various flaws, starting from the room Lillupuziana, from the bathroom uncomfortable with the shower that floods the rest of the bath, the absence of air conditioning that makes the sauna, lack of parking agreement (you have to move The car in the morning or pay the street parking steep which however can not last for the whole day having the maximum limit of hours bookabili…). The Wi-Fi wasn't too much!

Staff very friendly and very warm, hot drinks available in the hall. Staff to meet the customer's expectations. Courtyard rooms very silent and very spacious. Good location, very clean bathroom. The hotel is perfect for families. Downside: very small lift. Very close to the metro. Recommend.

The room and the bathroom are larger than Paris standard. The location is convenient to explore Montmartre, but also close to two metro stations. The neighbourhood offers many restaurants and bars. Good quality/price ratio. We didn't try the breakfast because expensive and there is good offer of bars nearby.

Is a good hotel with good location, value for money, it's clean and all are very friendly and helpful. We will be back.

Great place, very cozy and his very friendly staff.

This was the sweetest, kindest and most comfortable hotel! We were able to walk all over from this location and we took the Metro and met wonderful people. We had the best breads and pastries and saw the area as if we were locals and not tourists (well, except at the Eiffel Tower! ) :-) I would go back to this Hotel in a minute; it was clean and friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a real taste of Paris, go here!

We were in January 2011. It is good hotel, staff very friendly and respectful. Very acceptable cleaning and is just a few metres from the metro Jules Jofrin, so that in 20 minutes you are in ile de the Cité. Very good choice in how much value for money.
