Lack of listening staff. After computer bug? Bad booking. Request an extra bed immediately after the observation. Because I was losing 60eu. This bed I had to claim four times before I get it. The staff seems disappointed. Too bad the hotel is well located. Attention no parking and not easy to find parking.
The restaurant is small. Special couscous. Hearty. Just a pity that no offer for children. And we are not trying to offer you to adapt to the child. Even if the hotel is not family.

Our reservation was cancelled a few days of our weekend, without apologies, without alternative solutions… I find that deplorable. It's a lack of professionalism.

Catastrophic reservation not taken into account. So we were forced to look for another hotel a week near our weekend… And we have not been warned…

Faulty reservation management system, no commercial sense, we had to find a last minute accommodation solution with my wife and my two month old baby. Unacceptable!

If you have to book in this property, consider checking several times that your reservation has been registered if you do not want to find yourself on the street!
This is what happened to us this weekend…

Management of deplorable reservations. The manager told us a few days before our arrival that finally our reservation had not been registered properly, while we had received a confirmation email. We had to find an alternative by ourselves. An apology would have been welcome. Establishment to flee.

Very nice hotel at a reasonable price located in a very nice area.

Very good reception. I go back my eyes close despite some small defect in the room but for the price it is ample enough.

Nice Cartier, cons hotel to avoid very expensive and noisy.

Nice room, small but clear.

This Hotel was not clean and there were a lot of small details that made my parents' holidays a bit rough. The door in the room couldn't be closed. Someone was painting the walls while they were having breakfast and the tables were not cleaned during breakfast for the next customer. I would not recommend it.

Pretty much what you would expect for that Proceedings but the back terrace is really beautifull and the staff absolutely friendly! It has just seen better years I guess. Still you can't complain for that price!
