I was on the 3rd floor. No lift. The walls don't stop any outside noise at all. You can clearly hear what is happening in the next room. Room and bed linens were clean. Breakfast for an extra fee. Around 3 kms from Arc de Triomph.

The worse hotel I have ever stayed in … not clean at least not according to my standard… the kitchen where they prepare the breakfast is really disgusting (i even had to buy new sponges to clean the dishes) so if you can avoid don't book the breakfast as it is not worth the money … Their fridge has not been cleaned for ages. My room also is old and not tidy, bad smell in the bathroom, stayed 3 weeks and they changed the bedsheets once only, extremely noisy as in front of a bus stop … but the worse is that the hotel is owned by iranians and they really are not very pleasant and the whole set up is amateurish. They don't have a clue about hotel business and be careful with your booking as they do many mistakes. The owner is an Iranian uncle sitting in Germany and checking everything so the staff is agressive… they tried to cheat me for 200 €! we settled for 70 so I got 130 € back after negotiating and making my point … Summa summarum avoid this place and for a few bucks extra trust me you can get much much better. Even in Paris.

Room in a pitiful state. More carpet on the floor. Tasks on the wall. Non-blackout curtains. Tiny and dirty bathroom. Small lunch ok but we had a problem, we had booked on the internet including breakfast and the transmissions to the hotel were not made. We had to show our reservation and almost negotiate. In short I do not recommend at all.

The places are rudimentary and the staff inhospitable. I was ordered at 9pm the day before I left to pick up payment for my stay despite my explanations for not having access to my room. Then later, I got a call from the same person calling me "not smart. " The coffee is heated to the microwave and the croissant had a very amazing shape. I salute the effort of painting in the room I occupied: I could notice it because one of the wall appliques was still surrounded by protective tape. The only thing that was great in my room is the window, in front of the bed, devoid of blackout curtains (sun at 4:30). The sheets are clean.

Nice place… Good elegant staff… very helpful and friendly staff… rooms are quite comfortable if you love limited spaces… all tourist places are nearby within 5 kms… real french place.

Very small rooms and so the Bathrooms. Wi-Fi too slow. Doors don't close. Wornout locks.

A good atmosphere, a little familiar (not necessarily negative here) attention no elevator.

Very good location, rooms okay, helpful reception.

Hotel poorly maintained and room equipped, barely, minimum. Ex: Broken lamp socket, no electrical outlet next to the desk.

Location very average Bruillantt the hot summer housekeeping (the Ĺit not done)

2 nights Resa last minute price broken — very warm welcome — very well placed bus 31 at the door that goes in 5 min to the star — nothing fancy but functional and clean room — perfect for the price and the neighborhood — I keep the address.

Cheap but outdated hotel. Good for a weekend. Friendly receptionists.

Come to spend the weekend in paris we chose this hotel but disappointed we can't get out as we want without the unpleasant guard yesterday then the bathroom door shut even not more we could hear any traffic being on the 3rd floor and poor insulation of the lighting.

From two Bulgarian girls : Dear our lovely hotel. We was in Paris a lot of time and we searched this hotel. We just make a reservation from our phone and after 2 hours we was in hotel. In Paris. 1st August hotels is so expensive but this no. We thinked this is a joked. 52 eu. It's not reality. When we was in reception and guy of reception gave me the keys of room. OH my God. Big bed. Beauty views. And so sweet breakfast! guys from reception was been the best friends. We was in hotel maybe 40 days. Enough! and when we go to Paris again. We want to be in this hotel again! A very good hotel
Modest and unassuming, corresponding to the two star typical Parisian with a staff confirming the cliché friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and quite functional, breakfast was offered to us for five euros and free for my child (gesture of management). The neighborhood is very upscale and Nice, the advantage is especially the metro station.
I blame the lack of space to park and the noise but it does not cause too many problems, etween stay was perfect in this hotel.

We were in this hotel on 22 July up to 25 July 2014, booked the hotel thru Agoda, booking number 52002580. As we checked-in to the Hotel on 22 July 2014, late around 11.30 PM, I left my ipad mini retina on the reception desk and forgot to take back. Once I am in the room and realized that I left my ipad, only within 15 minutes after I left it on the desk, I came back to reception and ask him, whether he saw my ipad, he said no. Now thru the iphone application, Find my iPhone, since the ipad use the same apple ID, I turn on to the lost mode. The message which I get from itunes/icloud was on 6 Aug 2014 and the ipad is still in the same location, in the same address as this hotel. I have a proofed email from itunes/icloud from 6 aug 2014, that the lost ipad is in this address. So it means, the guest after me, as mentioned from the receptionist (a guy), they didn't take my ipad, because I know, the guest after me, stayed only for 1 week — I asked them.

Nice very clean and the price considering the reasonable neighborhood.
