Great little hotel in Paris. We stayed for 3 nights while sightseeing in Paris. Location was good being one block from Pernety metro station. Close to cafes and a Monoprix so we could buy wine and snacks for the room. Rooms very clean and front desk friendly. Exactly what we wanted for a great price!

Small room but clean, front desk staff are very helpful. The neighborhood is charming, low key and not touristy.

Nice, clean room, fairly small but not too bad for only 2 people. Comfortable bed, decent shower. Neighborhood seems ok although not much to look at. Good distance to the metro which is very handy.

Smallish room, bathroom clean and good shower, excellent service and good location, good value for money.

Ideal for young couples. The hotel has recently been renovated but in old style. Breakfast is great and plentiful served both in the room and through buffet. Staff always present (in need) and very friendly. Excellent location in the centre of Montparnasse. Only flaw: Doors little "insulating" (acoustically speaking)

Room very small, not much space PR go in the shower. You can hear the subway past. Breakfast good.

Good location, not so far from the station of the same name, nice welcome, very nice decoration, we are good!

Certainly this hotel well placed, close to the Metro Pernety and the district of Montparnasse and Denfert-Rochereau admittedly the rooms are quite recent design but the account is not there.
The faucet is bumpy, there is no system for the drain. The shower enclosure is not good.
There are plenty of big marks on the walls.
There are stools as a night table the room is small and you can hear the neighbors well the breakfast is just passable short at €150 at night, I hoped much better.

Compact rooms but close to the Metro with plenty of stores on hand. Nice shower too.

Small room. Hard bed. We hear everything that happens in the rooms next door. Tiny bathroom. To enter the shower you have to have a size of wasp and a little contortionist. The room is not new: disjointed parquet blades. But it's clean. The breakfast is basic.

Great stay good breakfast a step from the center, near the metro entrance.

This hotel is not too bad in some ways but the room we got this year had some alarming maintenance issues. I’ve attached photos of the light hanging off the wall over my head as well as the state of the bathroom door handle. We like the location and the staff are friendly. The rooms are small but this is fairly std for Paris.

Beautiful location away from the buzz yet close enough to all amenities. Clean room and the old style makes you feel quite special as its not glossy and over the top. Will visit it again. Metro is right there and all feels of Paris are so close! x.

My friend was stolen on this hotel. It's sad, we know, but could you believe that the hotel's manager said that nothing could be done about this, it's a shame.

Pros: Nice and clean hotel. Friendly stuff. Cons: rooms are very small. The walls are so tiny, that you can hear everything (literally) what's going on in the room next door.

This hotel is very well located near a metro station. A perfect place to enjoy your stay in Paris.

We loved our stay at L'Atelier Montparnasse. The neighbourhood was so charming (go to Pernety Pizza for dinner! ) and the staff here were wonderful. We got an amazing deal via Expedia and the room had wonderful, cold, and consistent Air Conditioning — a must in the summer! Free Wi-Fi worked well, water was hot, and we would stay here again. Room and bathroom were small, but we expected that in Paris. I couldn't sit at the desk to use my laptop because the fridge was underneath it, and we had to sit on the toilet sideways because it was so close to the wall. But small rooms in Paris are the norm, so we didn't have a huge problem with it. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. When you leave the hotel you are suppose to leave your hotel key at the front desk — we learned this right after having a conversation saying "I hope we don't lose the hotel key (as it is a key and not an card). It was a great way to say hello and goodbye, and practice our basic French. The bed was comfortable — we slept well the whole trip. We were less than 3 minute walk from the Pernety metro station (line 13) and about 20-30 minutes from all major Paris sites. We thought this would seem too far away when we booked it, but now are glad to have been away from the tourist center, and in this local neighbourhood. Enjoyed our stay and would definitly stay here again.

I can't say anything about prices, because the room was booked for me by my business partner. As for the rest: A very nice area, easy to reach by Metro and on foot from Montparnasse. All hotel spaces, rooms and lobby, are really small, but tastefully decorated — a very nice ambiance. Room was very clean and quite, matrace was fine. A major weak point is breakfast: Coffee and juice are fine, but all food feels plastic, bread and croissants just as well as poached egg. You can certainly expect sth better from a 3* hotel.

Book here is in a hurry. I can honestly say that it is a quality the nature of small finds. We have visited some places in Europe, feel quite uncomfortable but this area of the hotel is beautiful.

Hotel really interesting in a "renewed industry" style. Nice room with comfortable beds. The rooms facing the street are isolated from the noise.

1 night in suite Havana: perfect! impecable home, conveniently located in a nice area, breakfast complete, in a welcoming room. Choose without hesitation.
A few small details to review. But it does not deserve a star less.

The hotel is ideally located. As a couple, we had the superior room. Very comfortable and very clean room. Too bad that the discussions in the next room getting along. Proper home. Breakfast a bit expensive for what is proposed but OK. All in all, a rather positive review.

The hotel staff was very friendly, polite, and all around created a first class experience. This hotel is quite small — the rooms and bathrooms are quite tight and difficult to relax in. However, the location is steps away from a major metro stop on the 13 and allows convenient access to the rest of the city without the big price tag. The only other downside is the local cafés near the hotel — just not many solid options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel, friendliness of the staff, and convenience in location made this a 4 star experience.

We had a wonderful three night stay at Hotel Atelier Montparnasse, the staff we fantastic, they went out of their way to make our stay a delight. Close to shops, eateries and the subway.
We will say again if we ever make it back to Paris.
