Amazing location. You really can't beat the 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the train station being right outside our door made it so easy to get around the city and see everything we wanted even though we were only there for 5 days. We worried the train being right outside would be loud and disturb us but the city sound was very quiet, almost silent. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are a bit small but when you're in Paris who is going to stay in their room long enough to care anyway? Everything was cleaned everyday and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location right next to the metro. Very friendly and English-speaking staff. The rooms are good as well.

Standard check in for everyone was 2pm, no exception. Our room was on first floor behind the reception area, decent size but shower leaks into floor. They had free fresh croissants and chocolatines in reception. Not close anything but across the street from metro.

Excellent quality at a very low price, close to the metro and the Eiffel tower, I will definitely return.

This hotel is in a perfect location, near many restaurants, patisseries, shops, and just across the street from the metro station… best of all, it's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower! with that said, those things are what you're paying for because the rooms themselves are quite basic and even a little run down. The bed was a little uncomfortable, but the ac worked great and that was most important to us!

Excellent. When the receptionist arrives he was very friendly and although he did not speak French/English he had a lot of patience for me. Comfortable room. Good breakfast, what you need. I recommend it 100%

The staff (latisha? ) was really polite. Subway is across the street, and Eiffel tower is about 15min walking. Hotel was a bit small, but has all features as other hotels do. And I had no issue small room since I did not stay in the room except when I sleep. I wouldn't mind booking again for the next trip to Paris.

The Rooms are well equipped. We have a Double Room overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Bath is adequate and with Bath And Shower. Breakfast was delicious and you have enough Choice. The Hotel is central and the Eiffel Tower Is 10 to 15 Minutes away. A lovely little Hotel.

Although not all the employees speak Spanish they are made to understand very well, they are friendly, the hotel is just opposite the metro which allows you to go to several points of Paris.

Excellent hotel with very nice view of Eiffel Tower. The satff are so friendly and helpful. The room is very clean. Compeared with the price it's fabulous. Very near to the hotel there's the metro station from there can reach to all Paris …

We rented the meeting room or breakfast room in normal time. The reception was very good and the agent was helpful and attentive.

Hotel conveniently located, the subway is opposite. At the reception a extremely girl, kind and ready to help makes you feel at home. The room was not spotless, the breakfast good but the service average.

I found this place very well it is well located close to the Effeil tower the room is clean I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The location is fantastic. A short walking distance to many great cafes and restaurants. There's a nice quick simple takeout sushi place next door. There's also a great shopping centre just across the street from the hotel. Fr store is my phone, there's a McDonalds right next door and if you want coffee there's a Starbucks across the street. The rooms are cosy. The people are friendly. I would definitely come back.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Easy check-in and easy check-out. I was late to wake up on time of checkout. The receptionist gave me extra time to vacate the room. Location is very good. The area that the hotel is in can seem a bit dingy at night. The Metro station is right infront of the hotel which is convenient but has a bit of a crowd that causes some littering in the area and the overhead tracks give it an unsophisticated industrial look. There are two excellent restaurants by Google reviews in close walking distance. However, I was unable to try them because they were both closed on Jan 3 and 4. I did not try their buffet breakfast so can't comment on that. My room had a view of the courtyard and other rooms across but I believe some rooms might have a city view. These were booked up.

Service is great. Receptionist was very nice and accommodating. Room is small but overall nice. Bathroom design is very questionable. There is no curtain for the bathtub, just an awkward class pane that only covers half the bathtub. Bathtub itself is awkwardly tall so when you get in and out you tend to stumble from lifting your leg really high. Location is good. Not too far from the Eiffel tower and there is a good bakery right across from the hotel.

Metro stop in front of the hotel. Helpful staff. But I had few problems during my stay: double room is small for 2 persons, problems with hot water, bad room cleaning, dirty additional pillows, no central heating, only by air conditioner. Seems expensive for such quality.

This is a very affordable good option to stay in Paris, the location is amazing, near Eiffel tower and in front of a subway station which helps to get everywhere in the city.

Very dirty flooring. Breakfast very poor. Everyday the same standard. Everyday some surprises lack of tea or baguettes or coffee. Not recommendation.

I absolutely love this hotel! I come back twice a year always feeling like I'm home! Their smiles and welcome are so heart warming, everything is always perfectly organized for my arrival and after a long day touring I know exactly how my bed and pillow will feel… like heaven. I love the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies. It's a beautiful experience and recommend this hotel highly and the location is beyond perfect! If you don't have a great experience here I will only wonder what you are bring to the hotel… I love you all at the ART and will see you again soon.

The staff were very rude and were not prepared to take responsibility for a mistake on their part. An item of clothing was taken from my room on the first day of my stay. The item was quite an expensive piece of clothing, but more importantly it was very special to me being a gift. I had used the safe in the room for items such as passports and money but its impossible to put clothes in there! I called reception the same day and they told me that they were not responsible, and to call back the following day for the supervisor. I called the following day and spoke to a different person who also told me that they were not responsible, were NOT the supervisor, and to call back the next day (which was my check out date). I went to reception the following day for check out and spoke to the supposed supervisor who told me she was not the supervisor and to email the following day in order to reach the supervisor. She promised me that someone would call me or respond to my email and I expressed my concern/ lack of trust but clearly they have no compassion. Unfortunately I am now back in London and have emailed with absolutely no response. If something like this happens all you really hope is that the hotel gives their best effort to take responsibility and to at least be accomodating in conversation and not be so rude to just dismiss you and lie to you.

This is a small hotel, 5 small rooms to each floor. It is located directly opposite the Motte-Picquet-Grenelle metro stop and so very conveniently located for a quick ride to Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur Basilica or a 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. It is perhaps a 40 minutes walk to the Louvre and nearly an hour to Notre Dame — but all these walks can be done following a variety of attractive routes, either along the Seine or via side streets. The typical buffet breakfast served in a basement dining room. The Wi-Fi in the room is very spotty and is the greatest disappointment of our stay. Apart from that, I am happy to recommend this hotel.

Rooms are old and requires maintenance. Door knobs not working, taps and shower have problems. AWash basin sink only hot water is coming. Wait for maintenance staff is forever. Front desk is not friendly and co-operative. GM of the hotel is not available to look into client problems. Would not recommend. Please stay away from this hotel.

Nice hotel 10 min walk to the eiffel tower right next to a mcdonalds and grocery store. The rooms were very small which wasn't a big problem. The breakfast was very bad… I do not recommed paying the extra 12 euros to eat breakfast there.

Breakfast was sub par for what was expected in France. AC doesn't work very well and the rooms are very small. Depending on your room you have either a beautiful view or a very boring one.

No issues whatsoever on our stay there. Great location, not too far from the tower and right across the train station. You'll find a lot of restaurants nearby. Oh and get the room with the view!

Absolutely the worst Hotel I have ever stayed at in my life! Room was robbed and laptop and tablet stolen along with some money and a backpack. Absolutely no help from the staff. I asked to see the manager but the attendant said she wouldn't come down for something this small. No attempts to help me file a police report or willingness to put me in a different room. We pushed the bed up against the door for the final night and just wanted our time at the place to be over. I always thought that if you rent a room the hotel is responsible for items if they were stolen. But it turns out they can just give you the finger and not be responsible for their flawed security. Door wasn't busted so either their security system is ridiculously easy to infiltrate or someone on the inside helped out. This place made me feel vulnerable and alone and made Paris a not very good experience.
