Close to Garde Du Nord train station for our trip to London.

Very convenient and walkable (with baggage) to Gare du Nord. Clean and modern, not bad for a budget.

In my opinion x quality price and good… Clean rooms and new little ones like all those outside but doable… and only 150m from the metro and one of the most connected stations in Paris where there are several lineand and buses. Council!

The staff were very friendly and helpful! Clean rooms though not beautiful. Well-served area. Very close to the metro.

Nice hotel, convenient for Gare du Nord. Restaurants nearby for evening meals. Breakfast standard continental. Room was a reasonable size, had a room safe, nice ensuite.

3 minutes from gare du nord. No noise issues. Staff were friendly. Left luggage facility was superb. Was a great experience.

Very bad experience in this hotel some one enter my room when I was out side and stole my money and valuable things and hotel staff did nothing even they didn't check the CC TV cameras or who used the card to open the door because door open some one who had Master keys and he is sure from staff but they didn't have any inquiry, I am surprised.

The location is great. Price is OK for Paris.

Excellent location, very nice room, very comfy bed. Highly recommended. Good quality breakfast, worth it. 3mins from Gare du Nord and 30mins walk to St Michel etc.

Big Point +: The staff is at the top! Mixed: The location: close to two stations but the area… Nice rooms But if we were to pay them at the officially quoted price, that would be totally irrelevant! Full continental breakfast. Partitions doors for the bathroom: BOF!

A very nice hotel in a good location to get public transport. The service was very good, the staff are very polite. Rooms are up to date but a bit small and no kettle. Definitely one of the best 3 star hotels we have stayed in.

My experience with the hotel is very negative, as the day before by weather conditions the company Aeria suspended the flight. We pusimo in contact with the hotel to try to recover the money, reduce it in half or change the dates because we wanted to go. We showed the comprovantes of the company Aeria as evidence, but the case was 0.
The answer to everything was no, not and not again. We do not recommend for anything reserved hotel here because the level of empathy and understanding is well below what we expected.
If a hotel is not able to manage or help customers in front of a problem like this, as they will welcome you in their residence.

Nice little room well equipped on the 6th floor, pity that the soundproofing is very low (noises elevator and street more than present) good quality breakfast.

Good location near station for access to metro and Eurostar. Room was spacious enough and kept clean.

Kamer netjes maar zeker niet bijzonder. Vriendelijk personeel. Wel redelijk rumoerige buurt maar door ideale locatie tov stations toch aantrekkelijk.

I went out on Saturday the morning for a family event (the only reason I was in Paris) and came back around 10pm to find my bedroom door had been purposely left open by a towel for the whole day! Thankfully both our passports and money was safe however it could have gone the other way (especially as the area is very unsafe and anyone can walk in and go into the lift as there is no security precautions at the door). After reporting this to reception (who didn’t care much) I was told there is no management and asked for the manager’s details to contact him. The morning after (Sunday) we checked out and the receptionist rudely had the nerve to tell me it was not a problem as nothing was stolen. Appalled at how she viewed this situation I informed her it was indeed a problem and should not have happen as if it happened again to someone else it could end very differently. I then asked the receptionist to pass my details to the manager who was not in again and ask them to call me as it will cost me to call them and I want to file a formal complaint. She informed me she was not sure if she can give her manager my details but will try. On Monday, I received no phone call so called the hotel from London, to be told by a different receptionist the manager is busy and I should ring back.

Great affordable accommodation, room was compact but modern with new furnishings, had everything needed and was impeccably clean. Very comfy bed!

The worst hotel ever… Thieves' hotel! At first, you will be amazed by the quality of the rooms but you may quickly change your mind… Indeed, how nice it is to come back one day to your room and realize that someone stole all your cash! 2 weeks of cash budget gone! No one invited in the room, only 1 magnetic card that I always had with me while I was going to work during this business trip. It is quite big doors with magnetic cards devices. There was only me or the hotel staff who could open the door… What was my surprise when I discussed with the hotel owner! He didn't care at all and just wanted one thing : to hang up! He just asked me to go to the police station to fill a complaint and that's it! Even if my cash money was pretty well hidden (in a thin wallet, inside a enveloppe, inside a bag which was inside the suitcase, which was itself closed! ), he didn't care at all because it wasn't in their safe. But someone did opened my suitcase, the ag inside, the enveloppe inside it and the wallet inside it : but who cares?

Very bad customer service, no communication, I would recommend everybody should not book this hotel, I was really disappointed with Appia hotel's services…

The treatment of the equipment is very nice and the rooms comfortable and very clean. What I recommend.

Good hotel near the hub. It is easily accessible from the airport Charles de Gaulle, direct subway line to Cité. By Paris standards. Breakfast is quite edible, though not bleshchet. Especially lovers of all Middle Eastern cuisines around full of institutions of this kind.
Rooms are small, but everything you need is there. For me, it would be possible to retract and Wilder, but underwear has changed regularly.
In my opinion, the main drawback is the lack of its own restaurant.

Loved the hotel — cheap, comfortable rooms, close to the subway. Breakfast — buffet. Recommend.
