A fantastic hotel, well located, the staff very friendly, the room was very clean and comfortable. I will repeat and recommend it.

Helpful staff great decor close to shops.

Air conditioner is faulty in August. Set thermostat to 5 degrees celcius/max power for three hours and room is not cool. Notified front desk. They came to room and also acknowledged problem. However, there was no room available to move us into and no technician available on site. Employee changed setting to medium power and less cooler temp. As that produced more air flow vs. The setting we had before. Told us to leave it at this setting for 30 minutes to check if room cooled down. Unfortunately, no. Our situation has been put in the “system” and the “manager” is going to be notified of the problem. It is what it is at this point (22:00). Will see what solution they have to offer tomorrow morning.

Always very good welcomes on arrival, staff smiling, available and attentive, comfortable and quiet room. And very nice, that's why I always stay true to this Hotel.

Do not book their "conference room". It has no walls and the staff is noisy outside of it (vacuum cleaning and talking loudly). We tried to tell the receptionist to tell the staff to be quiet but she refused because the manager was not there (what? ). This was an important part of our visit in Paris and we payed a lot of money for that "room". Not ok at all.

Very good hotel. Especially renewed in black. Bathroom was super nice, which is not a matter of course. Every day very clean gebuzt and aufgereumt. Very big praise that the cleaning staff does not bother. They only come when you're outside, even if it's already at noon. Which is also not self-evident. Unfortunately we had booked a Supperior deluxe room. Was unfortunately not like in the photos. It's enough. The view from the hotel is very good.

Very nice decor. I only took one cafe alas a thousand times alas. He was powdered. How a 4-star can propose this. The person has the welcome more than charming.

Great hotel in very good area of Paris. Next to the metro Grand Boulevards. In 15 minutes walk you are at the opera house, the Louvre… Very good customer service. Rooms comfortable and breakfast rich.

Ideally located on the grand boulevards, the hotel surprises at the entrance. Solid wood furniture, large sofas and club armchairs… we want to stay in the lobby to make the most of it.
The room we had, although a little small (like everywhere in Paris) had 2 cupboards, a very comfortable bedding, a bathroom with a large shower… and above all gave in the back on a day well, which ensured us a very appreciable calm in Full Paris.
Breakfast very full, sweet and salty, all tastes are satisfied.
A maximum of good points for the staff really nice, smiling and available. Complimentary Mention for the future stylist and her smile foolproof.

Nice hotel with clean and well organised/finished rooms. Lifts look a bit tired but overall I would recommend. The room I had at the back was very quiet. Breakfast served in the morning is also very good with wide range of sweet and savoury options.

We were very disappointed with this hotel and the 200th double room per night of 10m2 hardly! The scenery is horrible, everything is black and small, it is better not to be claustrophobic!
The rooms are small, dark and cold, especially for the price… The industrial steel bedside tables are atrocious, noisy and stinky.
The acoustic insulation to review, we can hear the sounds of the pumps resonate throughout the building…
Not to mention the parking which is not at all in the hotel, but in a horrible underground garage and 500m or more on foot…
The only clear point is the breakfast, but served in a cellar, cold and black…

Really enjoyed our stay in this place and will most definitely stay again! Staff were very welcoming — the location was superb and literally the only mild criticism is that the superior room did not come with a bath. We didn't complain though as to be honest, we loved the styling and everything else, but it would have made life easier with our 2 year old. 100% recommended!

Very nice modern cosy decor, nice room and shower room for standard.

Great location 15minute walk for Gare Du Nord near local metro stations and plenty of bars and restaurants. Room was good size, comfortable and clean. Liked the nice touch of welcome cookies and complimentary water. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and replenished regularly. Would definitely stay here again.

In my opinion the location of this hotel is one big advantage! The service was also absolutely nice and helpful The room has everything you need for a confortable stay despite it's rather small size. Anyway the washroom is definitely big enough and quite luxury. I liked the ambient of the hotel which was kind of retro style.

Great hotel well located. Unimpeachable staff. Perfect breakfast. Look quite to our liking. Room super quiet and nice. It just lacks a mirror in the room to be able to get ready when someone takes a shower as bathroom a fair bit. Otherwise flawless.

Nice boutique hotel, friendly staff, close to many nice restaurants, quite central. Free Wi-Fi. Room are quite small though.

Wifey and I loved the place. The place smelled good. Our room was clean and ac worked well. There are bars nearby and some places to eat as well. Its also close to the metro. If you're planning to do a hop in/hop out bus tour, choose the bus tour with the green color, cant remember the name (l'tour something), the yellow line passes near the hotel. Stops at grand boulevard.

Hotel atmosphere and ambient are impresive, simulating an old library where Pulitzers pass their time. Rooms are good decorated with modern urban style. Bed is VERY confortable and room is abolutely silent: you will have problema to wake up on time for breakfast. Breakfast products are great, and service is very pleasant. Zone is live every day with good ambient at night. Good neighborhood very well comunicated. Just at 25 minutes to Roland Garros by metropolitan in the same line. Don't doub, Pulitzer is great, not cheap but fits the price.

Nice common area to enjoy a glass of wine. Kind treatment. And good location for shopping in lafayette.
