Perfect Hotel & Hostel Hostel

The hotel has wonderful location — near metro and near Sacre Coeur. The room was very tidy and they cleaned it every single day perfectly. The service was on point, everybody was so nice and friendly! I hardly recommend this hotel if you are going on vacation in Paris! :) )

Wonderful balcony, great location.

Really was the perfect stay for a five day stay in Paris! Absolutely longing to return. We had a private room with own shower/ toilet. Warm, clean and safe.

Loved it good location, metro not far, the best croissants in Paris… nice small one for breakfast and buttery, the lovely lady from the congo was very helpful. Its clean has a lift and value for money, plus they honoured my request of not being on the top floor. Nice restaurants and a Franprix just across the road… a safe area for a single traveler… there is a nice small park just up the road near trafgic light…

Clean and big rooms. The communal bathrooms are very small and there are not so many bathrooms or showers. Also you have to wash your hands in your room as there are no sinks in the bathrooms.

Not bad! Nice service. They placed me in a room with 3 other girls. Got a free show :p.

To bad they don't keep their promises. On Booking dot com I searched for a hotel with parking. This hotel was offered on that site. When I arrived there was no parking at all offered by the hotel. So I had to go to some parkinggarage and pay for it and have to walk with my luggage for 15 min to get at the hotel. Further they have got a problem with creditcards and pay back. I have to confirm by creditcard 106 euro that I would come and stay. I did. Finally arrived, I paid the full sum at the desk again. With the assurance that the money on my creditcard would be booked back in 48 hours. Tree days later there is no money back. I mailed them about this and told them I kept my part of the deal so where is their part? They don't answer. At this point I wait with speaking about the hotel itself. I presume they read the mails or this message today so they will reply. And send my money back today. They are quick enough with getting the money from me, so it must me no problem to send it back to me a. S. A. P. A real dissapointment of what should be a beautiful stay in Paris.

The location is so French and within walking distance from 2 metro stations. It's in a quiet neighbourhood but there are so many inexpensive eating places.

Perfect. It's a hostel. Share a bathroom. Clean rooms. Breakfast. Close to the metro. Friendly enough, and not expensive comparatively. Perfect for a trip to Paris were you want to spend your money on other things.

I stayed 3 days 2 nights and the truth all very well considering that I speak only Spanish and the French staff and a bit of English, for the price or you can ask a lot… They include breakfast but it is something very simple, coffee, orange juice, a piece of bread and a Neapolitan, all clean and pleasant, the only thing I do not like is that the day I should arrive at the hotel I have discounted the card €68 and when I get to the hotel tell me I must pay the total value of the stay and that those €68 I would be returned in 5 days which took almost 10…

Absolutely not recommended, what is written on the internet does not correspond to the truth, very small rooms without wardrobe and bedside table, the bathroom is on a different floor and I had booked a room with bathroom in the room. Very rude and incompetent staff.

It was a good place to crash for a night. Pillows leave you wanting more.

Fairly central hostel, the nearest metro stop is a 10 minute walk away. Located practically "below" The Sacre Cœur, Montmartre area. 20 minutes walk to Galleries Lafayette. Although small has a canteen area with kitchen and several tables. Breakfast included with baguette butter and jam, a chocolate bundle, coffee and milk, juice. Small rooms with a sink, bathroom to share. Clean place though stale. Right price for what it offers. Friendly staff.

The location is very good, from the 20-minute walk away from the Lafayette, the nearby 50 meters have supermarkets and snack bars, especially convenient ~ only slightly small room, a little noisy, bathroom shared bathroom, but also particularly small, breakfast is very simple, the picture is a two-person breakfast ~

Ideal If you want to spend a few days in Paris, it is cheap next to the subway and in the Monmatre area!

Staff member was incredibly rude. Refused to let me stay indoors away from the cold whilst waiting for my friend who made the booking. When he finally came after me waiting 30 mins plus in the cold she began to justify her reasons for not even letting me stay in the reception area as according to her “how did she know my friend had made a booking” — the real question is what exactly did she think I was going to be doing whilst sitting across from her waiting for my friend? She repeatedly insulted me, asking my friend what country he is from, hearing his reply and then pointing at me and stating “I don’t think this one has a country” referring to me. I don’t expect for paying customers to be treated like this. To have a better description of who the woman is — she was middle aged, with glasses of African descent. I’m not sure why she felt the need to target me on this occasion but I warn all future customers when dealing with this woman as you may catch her on a day like the one I did.

Far too noisy impossible to sleep. Breakfast not top.

Very good place for quality price we were a couple and the hotel is very central where you can take the Metro or tour Paris walking. The breakfast was a little minimarket and the food was very clean.

Falls into ruins, three showers for the whole hotel only and really dirty. And the breakfast consists of a coffee powder and raci bread. Horrible Experience.

WARNING: beware of the ‘POWDERMAN’. He is a man who lives in the hostel on the second floor. We had to share a room with him. We came into the room and caught him deeply snoring. He walks around shirtless and pokes his belly into the lower bunk beds. He continuously sings and plays guitar. One night he came in and out the room 5 times during the night! Early in the morning he comes out into the balcony and sings songs and sits in his sleeping bag. He tried to make us all sing and handed us the sheet music. He insists that all females are his sister. Every morning he puts on half cut socks and powders his feet. He leaves this trial that goes from the room to the bathroom of white powder. He is the POWDERMAN!

Clean and spacious room.

Terrible hostel, on the whole floor one single toilet, one single shower (and then on our floor did not work), beds creak, if someone at night wants to get up, wake everyone up. Definitely not like it!

This was a relatively small hostel, definitely very old and rather worn down, but still popular. A 10 minute walk from the metro, and there was free breakfast available (a piece of baguette with butter and jam, a chocolate piece of bread, packaged, a cup of orange juice, and your choice of coffee, tea or hot chocolate). Something I didn't like was the fact that there was 1 toilet on each floor, but that didn't have a sink. Instead, after you used the restroom, you had to go back to your room to wash your hands at the sink in there. Rather unsanitary :/ The showers were also not the best. There were 2 on each floor. They were very small, with no room for maneuvering in them, and they didn't seem like they were cleaned often. The staff were also rather curt.

I tell you the room I was in, Was terrible. The bed has cracked terribly. We would have got a different room but they lied.

I went with my girlfriend to a private room. It was nice, clean and it was good for the price. The only problem was the noises. You would hear absolutely all the noises from the rooms next door and upstairs. Not to get fussy about these issues but I went to a lot of hostels and never happened to hear so much. In summary, its leave aside the noises, this great for the price, the breakfast a bill with chocolate inside + orange juice + half baguette + butter and jam + coffee or tea. I read in the comments that some complained about the breakfast… Not that they wait for the price of the lodging. Now, if we put the issue of noises in the equation, I wouldn't recommend it at all to go. Imagine you walked all day, you got tired to the hostel, you go to sleep and you can not stick an eye of the noises there. Add that at 6 am you get up the top that is arming everything fast because it goes the plane (I clarify that I am not a light sleeper, to get up you have to make a lot of noise). Well, that's what happened to me, I hope it serves some.

Good location. Double beds rather small but comfortable. For breakfast there is only coffee and juice accompanied by bread with jam and a bollito, in my opinion is missing some ham for example and fruit.

An amazing place and the views are wonderful, take into account that they are giving maintenance and the surroundings are fenced.

Good location! The room is quite small and the heater didn't work but there's a comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast is poor.

At this point, I'm sorry to say that breakfast was just disgusting and there was mold on our walls. The staff, however, were quite nice.

Good hotel for a short stay in capital. Room number 100 is any time to avoid as ground floor and next to the elevator. Good value for money.

Hostel and Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Situated near Gare du Nord and Montmarte (Sacrue Cuer) on 85 bus route and the hop on hop off Big Red Bus stops about 3 blocks away. Room had double bed and onsuite bath room most beautiful view of Paris from the balcony. Good eating in the area. Will certainly stay here again.

Great location, poor breakfast, affordable prices.

Location in a perfect location literally from everything: Metro, Gare du Nord, shops and attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A minus one-the same super simple breakfasts every day.

Not bad for the price. Rooms don't have access and no shower toiletries are provided so just plan ahead. The large windows are great to look out and you get a nice cool breeze at night.

A clean room not at all soundproofed with toilet on the landing and a noisy elevator at night is agitated no TV in the rooms a bad value for money an inappropriate name.

Very dated room with a bathroom door that cannot close. The breakfast is so simple, only two bread and two cups of drinks each person. One more star is for the nice staff.

Very cheap, very clean, the bed is very comfortable and the location is great. The bar nearby gets noisy at night though but everything else is perfect.

Nice room and clean bathrooms but that doesn't compensate for the negatives that it has. Very slow and unstable Wi-Fi and unsafe environment. Breakfast was also very unfulfilling and very minimal. Our glass bathroom door broke while my mother was trying to get in, giving her multiple cuts on her arms and legs. We were calm and went down to the the reception desk where I found an unhelpful staff member who seemed like he silently cussed in French since he was frustrated because he didn't understand our problem. After he did see what happened he didn't help us clean it up or send us any equipment for us to clean it up. We had to use the unsanitary bathroom downstairs for our showers and toiletries. We had to sleep with the glass all over the floor which made it a really unpleasant experience.

I have stayed here twice so far while visiting, and will continue coming here every time I'm in Paris. It is simple, but very clean and incredibly economical. It isnt a 5 star hotel, so don't expect complimentary backrubs… but it is the best kept money-saving secret place in Paris!

Walls are very thin, bed and pillow (literally one long body pillow to share) was flat and hard. Wifi is very spotty and the door to go into the hostel is almost always closed so you have to ring for someone to let you in. There's one toilet per floor to share but you do have a sink in the room. The neighborhood is nice and very close to metros. If you're only staying in the room to rest and recharge, and you're only in Paris for a few days then it's fine, otherwise just pay the extra Euros and stay elsewhere. PS Hotel Palm Opera was our favourite! Montmartre is a lovely neighborhood to stay in.

Only 2 showers for 5 floors and if you pass in the last there is no more hot water.
Breakfast more than infects: a pre packaged chocolate bread, a cold coffee and a piece of dry bread with butter, and that's it!
Noisy place also and all for the price of a nice little hotel.

The rooms are fantastic. We were on the 6th floor and it was quite at night. We slept with the windows open in April. Staff is great breakfast was good. But the location… Wow great restaurants and bars of all kinds.

The hotel was pretty clean. For 68€ I had a room to myself. They spoke English at the front desk. Good value for the money but as it is a hostel too imthere were quite a few late check ins.

Located near the Sacred Heart, to get this close to two metro stations and you have supermarket. The breakfast is good, it is a clean place, quite comfortable and according to the price.

I stayed here with a buddy of mine overnight. We were English speakers and the staff accompanied to their best ability in english. The service was great. The rooms were clean and the free breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit paris and is looking for a place to stay!

Excellent attention, even without knowing how to speak English or French, the woman at the front desk was made to understand perfect.

We have come from Friday to Monday, 3 nights + breakfast,
We did not change the towels … not if I hung them on the towel rack or PQ did not leave them on the floor, nor did I say anything, the room is very warm and comfortable bed,
The bathroom very small but the shower spacious.
Everything looks new even if they only make the bed and empty the trash do not clean.
Smells like pipes.
The Wi-Fi goes fatal
Breakfast is a water-watered latte or as ordered, a piece of untoasted baguette with a terrine of jam and butter, an industrial bun and pot juice.

The bed is the only reason I gave 4 stars. It was uncomfortable. Hostel has really bad Wi-Fi unless you stay at first floor (cafeteria). Staffs were not professional but the woman on the desk was extremely great. I guess she made my review more positive. It was a nice stay with free breakfast. They clean room everyday and lock is available for 10 Euros deposit. Location was nice since train station and market is close nearby.

We stayed in a private room with attached bathroom. Room was good and the hygiene was excellent. The bathrooms were clean and fresh towels were provided each day. However the breakfast is really bad. No buffet, minimum option and same each day. For 60 EUR a night, no TV and bad breakfast but over all good for a short trip.

Very noisy, big spotlights shining in the window as there are no curtains or blinds, staff just didn't seem to care would not every stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The staff are friendly here. I have stayed in a few hostels nd this is the first that they actually served us our breakfast.
The staff always seem happy and friendly and have smile for you. They were very helpful telling us what's the best things to see.

Was great! For 2, 3 days Paris it is ideal. The location is great and cheap too. We had a view of a wall but also had a very cheap room. But still very clean and everything is available what you need.

It was near the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart and two blocks from the subway reasonable price and good attention. Optimal cleaning.

The hotel has exactly what you need: a bed and a roof over your head in which to explore the city in the evening. And the next morning a breakfast before you leave the room to yourself again.

Caution Very bad hotel. Booked 3 days. After a day, they said they would place us in another hotel. In other hotels we knew nothing about us and there was no reservation. After we returned to the ' ' Perfect Hotel & Hostel ' ', the woman in the reception said that it is not her problem where we are staying.

Very nice here. Well located. Right on the corner a super clean supermarket with allemöglichen stuff.
Unfortunately only in some rooms bathroom otherwise 2 showers. And 1 bathroom in the hallway. Balcony looks very shaky. Old building.
