Location: Quite good despite being out of CBD. Good food options (bakery, supermarkets), metro stop and bars/ restaurants near by. And a short walk to Moulin Rougez Room: TINY room with barely any space for suitcases. Bathroom was so small it was barely wide enough to go to the toilet/ shower comfortably. And walls were paper thin… and no fan/ air con. Staff: willing to help most of the time, despite making us feel like nuisances… Overall, we were content because we barely spent any time at the hotel, so all the negatives did not matter. On a plus, the Wi-Fi was exceptional.

Terrible experience.
First of all the hotel very dirty with a tiny room. In the bathroom you do not catch and the bathtub has mushrooms. Besides, they don't even shake the sheets.
Secondly, the elevator very old and the kitchen very small.
To conclude, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

2 stars for the reception! A lovely young lady! On the other hand with respect to room 54… go running! The room itself is correct. But the bathroom. A closet. A horror!

First time to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Welcome to the top night as a day. A bit of noise at night as our room given on the busy street.
We will return with pleasure;)

You get for what you pay for. The hotel is very old and outdated. Bathrooms were too small. Receptionists are friendly which is the only positive in this hotel.

Very good hotel compared to the price. Very well placed, clean, room made every day (51). Very nice reception. I really don't understand the very negative reviews about this hotel. A 10 minute walk from the Sacred Heart.

The service of 10 people very friendly and helped you in every way the 2 receptionist of Dia knew to speak Spanish and more languages, the bed very good and comfortable to rest, but the Wi-Fi was fatal bathroom tiny, the room had humidity throughout the D IA and the carpeting and the floor to the top ugly ahh and air conditioning does not have!

The Fatalisimo mattress, room Nothing spacious, tiny bathroom. Not recommended to spend several days.

The room was very small, the bathroom was very comfortable and the breakfast was very good. I don't recommend it.

Hotel is nothing special but staff and location are making it great place to be. Rooms are small and a little bit noisie because it's old building. Sacré-Cœur and Monmartre is just 5 minutes walking away. 2 metro stations 2 and 7 are just 3 min walk away. Neighborhood is nice with a lot of bars and good restaurants. Probably would choose this hotel again while visiting.

The hotel team was really friendly. There are good food options nearby, including a bakery and supermarkets. The subway station is also just 5-8 min walking down the street. The room was kept clean however the hotel is quite old, which makes the room look not really nice. It did not look exactly like the advertisement pictures… The bathroom is extremely small, I had problems to move myself in there and I am medium size. The room walls are like Drywall, so the room is extremely noisy, you can hear someone else's TV… Therefore I would say the hotel is OK if you want to enjoy Paris and not the Hotel experience itself.

Extremely small bathrooms. Very nice reception.

In itself a good hotel, but in the room, which in itself is already cramped, were many shortcomings such as demolished hair dryer, slate floor etc. But the staff was good and the breakfast too. Good proximity to the city centre and restaurants, Wi-Fi was also available.

Very small room with no lockers, only three hangers, in a little bar. Ridiculously small bathroom. No Internet the two days we were. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. High heating, but the room smelled a pretty intense humidity. It looks more like an older pension than a three star hotel. The only good thing about the location. But in the area there are many more hotels, osea that you know.

The location of this place was good for us as it had great transport links. There's a lovely cafe right outside this place that we used to go to every morning. I would recommend this hotel to students, younger couples as it is cramped and you have to walk up the stairs to get to your rooms. We were in room 15 and there was an odd smell that lingered in the room for the whole stay. The beds were comfy and the room was warm. The toilet/shower room was not great, very tiny, everything was positioned awkwardly. Not great for the elderly or people that need more support.

Excellent hotel, value for money interesting, beautiful location but the most striking thing is the wonderful and warm welcome of all the staff with a special mention for the adorable Hichem and Hamid who are of eexemplaire kindness and helpfulness.

Very nice staff, room is exactly as in the pictures, it is a bit used but it is ok according to the price. No complaints so far, I was concerned reading other reviews but is ok. I reccomand. Very nice location.

Very Bad Experience. 4th Oct we have to check-in, but due to some problem, we reached on 5th Morning. Without any information, they have cancelled our two days booking. I agree that we should inform if we are late, but that should be mutual. If Hotel is cancelling our booking, they should inform us. Lady on reception was so rude. It is difficult to understand, how they can cancel two days booking without informing us, even we have paid full amount. This is the clear case of cheating. So please think before to book such type of hotels.

Centrally located 3*** hotel. Friendly personal. Older hotel which has to be renovated urgently.

3 stars on the front but 2 that correspond to the reality on the brochures in the room. Tiny bathroom hardly usable for a person above more than 1M30 which makes a lot of people. Room corresponding to photos and expectations.

Inferior demoversion. Not recommended. It was good that you were on the road all day and at some point dead falls into bed at night.

Location, friendly staffs. The reactiveness is OK though the floor isn't flat. The terrible thing was this there were power cut several times. Wifi is also slow and sometimes not sharable.
The location is good and the staff can speak English. The disadvantage is that the room is a bit cloudy, the floor is not flat, is tilted to the side, easy to fall. The most annoying is that we stayed there for a few days and stopped electricity several times. The Wi-Fi signal is also bad.

Good location near underground, lot of places to eat, staff is friendly and helpful, some problems with Internet connection during evenings.

Tiny rooms, paper thin walls n no room accessories… The rooms are so small that u can't even open your luggage… The breakfast is pathetic… Nothing really good at all about this place… Please avoid if I don't wanna spoil Ur vacations.

Close to nice shops and restaurants, public transport as well as in walking distance of beautiful Parisian landmarks. Fantastic location, lovely and helpful reception staff and clean, well-maintained rooms. Only complaints would be the thinness of the walls and that the rooms are a little on the small side, but that's nitpicking. Great place to stay in Paris at a great price.

I don't know how ANYONE could give this crap hotel more than one star. It's a VERY old hotel with minuscule rooms that you can't even use the bathroom with the door closed it's that small. I don't even fit in the shower. I can hear the conversation in the next room as if it were in my own. There are mildew stains on the walls and the wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The carpets are horribly stained. The double bed is the tiniest double bed I've ever seen and slopes drastically towards the middle. I could go on. This is near the top of my "worst hotels I've ever been in" list.

The receptionist with awful orange beard was extremely rude. Worst customer service ever. Room was super tiny. The bathroom was so small that I could not close the door when using. Don't stay here!

Cheap hotel! I stayed 5 days the and they have not changed the sheets for even one day during my stay! It's disgusting! There is no Wi — Fi a room, we can't close the bathroom, it is too small, etc. Frankly, I do not recommend it!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was small, but clean and friendly and it was in a good location, with easy access to the metro. I would stay there again.

The room very poor. The hotel smells awful. No wiffi in the rooms. The bathroom so small that you can't sit in the bathroom with the door open. The toilet paper rationed. The breakfast is nice, but so small a space that it is incomodísimo. What good to the situation. Not where they get those pictures that appear on their website.

The rooms stink, mold everywhere, unwashed bedding, never cleaned carpeted floors!
I paid for my room and then didn't even sleep there! THAT IS NOT MENSCHENWÜRDIG!

Great location to visit Paris, very nice staff, helpful polite, spotless room, recommend to everyone nearby there is a restaurant La Luna you eat very well without regretting the Italian cuisine is run by a Sicilian.
