This was our first time at an ApartHotel and the concept was fairly new to us. We were in Paris for a 10 day holiday to celebrate our 10th Wedding Anniversary and stayed 3 nights at Orion Haussmann during the shopping phase of our trip as the location is simply fantastic, walking distance to all the popular malls, whether Printemps or GLF, 3 metro stations, twice as many metro lines, couldn't have asked for a better place. The room was huge, by Paris standards, nice and comfy bed, (no safe though;) had a nice kitchenette with basic utensils, hot plate & microwave ; bathroom had a big tub and it would be serviced/cleaned daily like any hotel. We arrived around 11am and the lady at the reception was very polite, helped us with the Wi-Fi (good enough texts/pics, not so much for vids) and gave us an early check-in. We had got a good early bird deal from the hotel website. On the day of checkout we kept our bags in the breakfast room, which probably doubles up as a luggage room, while we indulged in one of our many gastronomic experiences, and returned by 2pm to leave for our next destination. Obviously, did not spend major part of the day in the hotel, but we enjoyed getting the local products from intermarche/monoprix and having late dinners in our room while enjoying views of GLF Coupole nicely lit up for the night. Truly a memorable part of our trip. Will definitely stay again, should the opportunity knock twice!
I have asked for a cot twice… never recieved I have asked to clean a room… no crew available No one has removed rubbish from the room during my 3 days stay No one has vacuum either a room or a main corridor Mold around shower cabin Dirty means dark yellow of shower curtain In overall I'm not recommending to stay at the Orion Paris Haussmann Hotel to anyone.
