Although it’s ok if you’re on a budget I’d stay elsewhere next time. I had to put recommend because most people would like it — Rooms are super tiny which I know most rooms are in Paris but next time I’ll look at room size — bathroom has a shower curtain as a door and water was all over bathroom after showers — you can’t get more towels until the next day they won’t give you any if you need more until then. You can’t call down for anything as phone doesn’t dial front desk so you have to go down for anything. Breakfast was odd. The milk for the cereal and the yogurt was room temperature which is weird to me maybe not to parisians. The cafe latte was good but their coffee is too strong for me. Elevator only fit two people and made me cloister phobic and it freaked me out every time. Beds were pretty comfy but view from room was not pretty. Staff was nice tho and free snacks and mini bar were nice but again I think I’d rather stay at a Hilton or Marriott. It was ok for a first time in Paris. Staff tried hard to speak English for us which was nice.

Nice location between Mulen Rouge and Opera. Close to Trinity Church from one side and Pigal Square from other side. I think room is a bit tiny per American point of view. Our special appreciation to AnnaRita, who is always at Service Desk and ready to explain and to guide your Paris experience. Free non-alcohol bars in the room and in the lobby are very convenient. Hotel stuff is very friendly and nice.

The hotel is quiet and well staffed. I like the room and bath. Perfect for a single traveler. Unfortunately the air conditioning is a little noisy, but I'm grateful to have it. I would stay here again.

Well above its 3 star classification. Spacious rooms. Very clean. Efficient air conditioning. Free drinks is a boon. Free access to other Astotels for drinks and snacks.

Had a great stay here. Clean rooms, helpful staff and some friendly characters to serve you breakfast! They did knock on our door at 10am on Saturday morning asking to clean the room. We were about to leave but I can imagine that may be problematic if you like a long sleep in on the weekend! My only feedback to improve the experience is to fix that small problem!

Well-located 3 star hotel in a quiet street in the otherwise bustling South Pigalle area. Attentive staff, clean rooms and well decorated. Although I didn’t use it (cause why would you want to stay in your hotel when there’s so much to do in Paris), the open bar is a great incentive for thirsty or hungry travellers.

I had a marvelous time at Hotel Joyce. The staff was friendly especially Bruno. He was helpful and informative. He even song happy birthday in french to my fiancée. The rooms were very tidy with the standard space that you get in Paris. I felt like a local the entire time as it was close to 2 subway stations and a bus that goes right down the street. Its in walking distances from several good restaurants and markets. I would definitely stay there again.

Wow… that's how I would discribe this place. My wow goes more on the service, the personel was amazingly friendly. Breakfast was definitely a big plus, snacks and coffee were available all day and night long. Room was nice and clean. The most amazing thing about this place is that it stands within one mile of everything and rite next to the Trenitry Church.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, motivated and welcoming. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. I can recommend it to anyone!

Hotel Joyce is a nicely decorated and well located three star hotel in Paris. It offers good value for money basically, with comfy rooms and beds. We appreciated the free use of the mini bar (non alcoholic beverages), friendly staff, and the opportunity to enjoy a late breakfast (until 11 during weekends) so you can sleep in.

Great location, the metro station is very close. Breakfast was OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has free drinks, in the breakfast area, that are appreciated after a day of visits. The right room for two people given the characteristics of the classic building in which there is. I have a good memory of the stay.

Cool, simple but cosy hotel in the heart of Paris. Free Wi-Fi, clean bathroom, TV, coffee, tea, minibar in the room. Everything you need.

It's an ok hotel. Unfortunately I got the room that wasn't great, small and right next to the lift and overlooking the restaurant therefore I could hear the juicer at 6am. It was clean and safe as the reception must buzz you in when returning at night, the drinks in the room are free and replenished daily. The breakfast is a slightly disappointing too, cold meats, small croissants, small pain au chocolat and one must boil the kettle for hot water.

The rooms are delicately decorated. In general the decoration of this establishment is very nice. The breakfast room under the canopy with service at will is the most of this establishment. Close to the Metro Pigalle, it is also well located.

Wonderful Experience, cozy, comfortable and clean. The location is very convenient as it is in the city center and close to metro. Also the breakfast and complimentary snacks were delicious. Thanks Joyce-Astotel for the complimentary Mini bar in the room. We really enjoyed the stay. Totally worth the price!

Great hotel, very good connection to the Metro. Everything is easily accessible from here. Moulin Rouge, Montmartre and Sacre coeur walking distance.
The rooms are small but cozy and not so sterile/impersonal. Very clean.
The breakfast is very good. Toast, baguette, croissants, chocolate buns, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, cocoa, the choice is huge.
The staff is very friendly, glad to help with questions about Metro etc.
Soft drinks and small snacks can be picked up for free and even in the other Astotel hotels.
We are thrilled and happy to come back!

Excellent location, the area is full of restaurants and bars and is close to different metro stations so it is easy to navigate. Reception staff very friendly and attentive, highly recommend it!

My wife and I had the great opportunity to vacation to Paris for three days. I found Hotel Joyce online, and after reading some great reviews of this affordable hotel, I took a risk and booked all three nights there. We arrived after a long travel day to find Samuel at the front desk. His positive energy re-invigorated us. He was so friendly and helpful that the (lie) of Paris and Parisians being hostile to Americans quickly vanished and was replaced by its true milieu — happy — helpful — warm and inviting. We were astonished at the free breakfast provided every day, the room's small refrigerator stocked daily with a couple of waters, orange juice and soda. This alone saved us at least 12E a day and when added to the breakfast, at least another 20E. The room was decent size and smelled wonderful — very clean and modern. The bathroom was sparkling and looking like it had be refreshed not long ago. My wife loved the bed. Firm, but also soft and she slept the best she has for a long time. The A/C was perfect — and you could make it ice cold if so desired (the way I like it). For the price, Hotel Joyce cannot be beat! Five STARS!

Tried to call them to ask about wheelchair accessibility, the receptionist hung up on me three times right after I said good evening. He then explained in a rude way that "I should be understanding because some teenagers prank called them". I'm not sure how friendly they might be in real life, but the receptionist sounds really rude and condescending.

It's all right, but the breakfast is very good. A pleasant moment is a free Sneek bar with 13:00 throughout the Astotel network in Paris. There was no liquid soap and dishes for solid soap, and the water poured in the bathroom floor. The room is very clean and the black table, the chair. The doors are very difficult to open/close, or to clap or cling to a carpet. It's a beautiful ladder, a tiny elevator, uncomfortable tables at a cocktail buffet, not going, sitting low.

Great location, very good and plentiful breakfast and excellent coffee, having a minibar with free of charge water and soda is unique, being able to go to any of their other hotels in Paris for a quick coffee is very convenient too, the people here are very helpful and nice too. Pricing is rare to find for this value. All in all, a hotel to highly recommend!

The hotel is piece of heaven. It's a beautiful place that is well decorated. There are great little extras that make the stay excellent. You have a mini bar in your room with non-alcoholic beverages for free, fabulous variety of breakfast foods daily, and snack in from about 1:00 in the afternoon until about 2:00 am. The even offer room service. The staff is polite and appear to want you to be in their hotel. I loved it, security is pretty tight as well.

Great hotel at a great price — Really liked that you could go to any of their other hotels that are scattered all over Paris and take advantage of the wine and cheese bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Love the design and location.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Joyce. We were able to check in early and our rooms were ready within 20 minutes. The free breakfast was adequate (included eggs, potatoes, cheese, yogurt cereal, juice, bread, coffee). I appreciated that the reception had umbrellas and a wine bottle opener for us to borrow. Front desk was always helpful and willing to make restaurant reservations or call a cab for us. Area is nice and walking distance to metro and public transportation.

Great hotel! Very awesome interiors it looks like they use some retro comfy airplane seats for the common area along with some traditional French modern furniture. The staff was extremely friendly and offer you a drink as soon as you arrive. The snack bar is open to all. The elevator to get up is very tiny so expect to only fit 2 people with your luggage. I had a room on the 6th floor and it was awesome! Great views if you're on that floor! I enjoyed my stay and the staff was a core part to that enjoyment! When I come back to Paris I'll be sure to be back here if not I'll try their sister hotel across the street.

Stayed in room 103, overlooking the street, very quiet here, but when we lived there, on November 13 to the 15th when the attacks happened. Easy access to Metro and some good restaurants, Moulin Rouge is also within walking distance. We will stay at this hotel again next time to. To all France people's sympathy, especially those that affected people. Vive la France!

As a frequent business travellers, the hotel's atmosphere becomes very important-Joyce Hotel is a good place, friendly, warm and comfortable, trendy fashion, does not make a person feel nervous. No bar or restaurant might need when traveling alone, but next to a variety of bars and restaurants, so there's no reason not to move to Joyce!

This small hotel was great, we stayed here for two nights, location is central, the Sacre Coeur and the Moulin Rouge only need to walk a few steps to the. Here waiter is great, they have a table of recommended local restaurants, we went to one House, very good restaurant, the price is reasonable.

This hotel is a great find for me because it is well placed for an affordable price and with a staff always smiling and efficient.
I recommend it without problem.

Have stayed a night in couple on 06 November 2015. Very nice, well located, clean and very quiet. Deco Belle. The smiling, friendly staff. Upgraded without asking because we were celebrating our anniversary, we had a suite and champagne that we had brought us cool on our arrival. Breakfast quality in a frame friendly and served with a smile. Thank you and bravo. We recommend it around us.

We originally had plans to stay at the sister hotel across the street which is owned by the same company, but they had a scheduling mix-up. They instead had us stay across the street at the Joyce Hotel, to which they already had our room prepared. No inconveniences at all even though there was a mix-up. The hotel staff were so sweet and very helpful with our sightseeing plans for our trip. It was just my Mom and I and we had never been to France before. The staff made us feel very welcome and helped made our trip to Paris one we will never forget. The rooms were quirky and so adorable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is close to the subway, and is close to many delicious restaurants. It is easy to navigate from the hotel to many of the sights in Paris. It was such a comfortable stay and at such a good price. Next time I am in Paris, I will be staying at the Hotel Joyce.

It is difficult to review a Hotel where we had a great time without falling into banality. I will just point out the location in which it is located, 5 minutes walk to metro 12 that is connected to the main stations and allows you to reach all of Paris with extreme ease and speed; the staff (of various nationalities, 10 and praise to this foresight) friendly and polite that he catered to our every request, from reservations of restaurants, shuttle service to CDG early recommendations just arrived; the rooms large and as described, always clean and spotless. Breakfast delicious and varied; the chance after 14.00 (2 p. M. ) to drink coffee and drinks and eat snacks in complete tranquillity in the morning is the breakfast room (a treat with the leather seats of old Land Rover) ; Finally, the possibility of having a daily bottle of mineral water free of charge. The trip to Paris was beautiful in everyway and this hotel has definitely helped.

I stayed in this hotel several time. The room are nicely decorated and the bathroom is good. The hotel is not on a main road, thus it is not noisy. If there is a spot, this is always my first choice in Paris.

Modern, newly renovated hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Some higher rooms offer views over the roofs of Paris and you can see the Opera and Montparnasse.

We had best room (504) in the house with a beautiful balcony onto street and they gave us comp champagne for our honeymoon. The dining room is really cool. Very cozy hotel, I'd like to come back again.

We have passed the bridge of the Immaculate in this hotel.
It has modern design, but little practical.
The rooms and beds are small. Just as the elevator.
Fatal, breakfast the first day only had bread with butter and coffee.
The other days after complaining we were offered smiled, but there was for all customers.
Breakfast service very bad, many tables were dirty and very slow.
