It is a very quaint hotel, very well located, rich breakfast, but they take everything out right away and do not replenish (regular in that) clean and spacious rooms.

Spacious room. Rather quiet but you can hear the subway in some rooms, you have to be accustomed. Nice decor. Faded washbasins. Missing a light bulb on the stairs. Tiny elevator. We leave his keys at the front desk open h24.

Don't ever take rooms on right side like 21, 31. They is something wrong with the sewers there and the smell is not nasty. The traffic is quite loud especjally subway, it can be annoying at night. Breakfasts in the ceiling. Not much place in there. Food is tasty but a penny for those who can cook egs! Staff is helpfull, good localization.

Good location near the grands boulevards. The room is comfortable.

I really love the balcony and the areas to go anywhere easily.

Poor predisposition to solve host problems, Omar could be more kind.

Frist stay with my family during our visit to Paris. Small and narrow corridor but really attractive. Small room also but you have almost everything. We love there breakfast but if you come late you will miss some items.

We stayed here for 2 nights. All staff of the reception was very kind and helpfull. They also spoke English, which isn't always the case for French hotels. The room was large enough to be comfortable to be able to move around. The bed was decent, the room didn't show a lot of wear marks. The bathroom on the other hand left much to be desired. There was mold between the bathroom tiles, some of the tiles were missing and the warm and cold water had to be mixed. The breakfast had a nice variation and had fresh products, but it wasn't as strictly refilled as I would have liked. E. G. There were no scrambled eggs left and they weren't refilled the entire time we were eating. The elevator and hallways were tight (not unusual for hotels in the middle of a city). There was no mini bar in the room. You can't keep your own drinks cooled and to buy items it had to come from the fridge in the reception area. Lastly, the temperature was a problem for us. The AC didn't heat up the room, even when it was put on max and left on for over an hour. Maybe this is because of the insulation, you could feel a cold draft coming from the windows.

Do not book this hotel through Booking. I did a reservation with them for August and they have just stolen 211 euros from my debit card today, 7 months before the actual stay.

Very nice hotel, with a team listening and attentive to the needs of the clients. Close to everything.

Room clean but dark bathroom and smell strong moisture. Lack of renovation (shower head that does not, worn sink, …).
No mini bar — fridge
The breakfast is very basic. The slice of ham and cheese are cut into 4. The Manager just refill the dropper with small Tupperware. Certainly that the client eat less.
No fresh baguette. No fruit. Disappointing! Add a welcome to this breakfast of ice by a woman overwhelmed by the presence of 3 customers, it discourages you hotel.

After waiting for more than a week, still no reply on our reservation request. Not a way to make a name in a big city like.

Just for a 3 stars. The room is clean but finishes are coarse. The room was perfect.

Not sure if I just had a fluke compared to the other reviewers, but they made me move rooms twice in a two night stay (three rooms total), they force you to leave your key with the front desk when you leave (suuuuuper odd and makes me feel unsafe), and they were very odd about checkout (making me run my credit card again). I'll be tracking statement for a possible double charge. All that being said, the rooms are a little embellished in the picture, but are good. Comfy beds, great showers, etc. All in all, solid, but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again.

4.5 stars, great rooms, friendly staff, balcony, breakfast was good and we were able to walk to most places. I wo uld definitely come back.
