Simple hotel, good location, nice staff.

The room was nice, great shower and has air-conditioning. However had issues when we arrived. We booked online the 'cozy room' thinking it just meant small and we were trying to save a little cash on our trip. However once arriving to find out that it was a room for a single guest and not allowed two guest in the room. We had the room booked for 3 nights, to switch rooms we had to pay double for two of the nights and the third night were there was only one vacancy it was almost triple. They would not let us refund our money. The breakfast also cost 12€ which was not worth the cost. The hotel is close to alot of the attractions which was nice.

Good location, convenient for Gare du Nord and central Paris. Easy acces to Metro. Rooms are small, beds ok, cleanliness in room just okay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I have been at least 15 times in this hotel, although quality price in general is fine, when a problem appeared they did not respond at all as expected. I made a mistake when booking two rooms and they charged them completely. All I asked for was some kind of gesture on their side, a discount of any kind, a free breakfast or anything would have been appreciated, given that me and my colleagues came frequently to this hotel. They offered nothing.

Metro ND de la Lorette. Good location, friendly and lively area. Clean and air-conditioned room. Full breakfast. Perfect as a starting point for climbing in Montmartre.

Great location But the rooms are a bit dated… Surely the carpet should be removed too old and dirty… Friendly staff. Available… And some speak in Italian… Let's say that for the price is better!

Really nice boutique hotel. There is a great restaurant around the corner serving all food with truffles.

Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Nice, quiet hotel. Convenient location, close to Metro, M12. Friendly staff. Free-WLAN must be logged in after 6 hours. Only the Klospüler takes a long time until it is filled with water. Everything else was great.

11 nights past: very well located (M12 and M7) nice area, excellent breakfast, room without Reproach.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room was tiny, the shower head was not good, the breakfast was average (if you arrived within the first 90min of the 3 hour breakfast slot), and the staff are not that friendly. The issue with breakfast is that they have a limited amount of breakfast, so if you don’t get down early enough to get any, you’re just told “it’s finished”. On my next trip to Paris, I’ll be staying at a different hotel.

Hotel not bad, and well positioned with an attractive price, but nothing really transcendent.

Experience bad, good location, in fact, has a star. Air conditioning not working for 5 days in the hotel. Bathroom with a loss, and after the reports have not done anything.

Excellent location, good service, but the noise insulation leaves something to desire for. Paris is a loud city with sirens of ambulances and police cars being heard multiple times during the nights. Not the nicest to wake up to. Location is ideal for walks around the better neighbourhoods of Paris, with decent bakeries and restaurants nearby.

The Hotel is clean, the rooms nice, the beds comfortable hard. Room and Elevator very small. Breakfast exclusive.

Well placed and good value for money.

We canceled when we arrived because the receptionist was so rude. Now we are dealing with the cancellation fee which he didn't even mention.

Pretty rooms, we slept well, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Small weak point however perhaps: the price a bit high, but then I'm not an expert in the field.

Stayed here for two nights and it was great. An old hotel situated in Montmartre which has been recently renovated. Friendly staff and great rooms fitted with traditional french windows and shutters. The lift is great but not so much if you get claustrophobic.

I'm not a expert of it even though I can attest that this last held by a great mixologist bar is worth a visit. First specialized in whiskey and bourbons map is also full of excellent cocktails that it will be possible to deal with different range of alcohol. The martini is to die for example and drink water.

A bit cold in the room, need to ask twice to reception to fix the temperature control module.

Small, but nice hotel not far from Montmartre. Within walking distance of Louvre and a metro station just around the corner. Currently being renovated (August 2011). Elevator is not for the faint-hearted (very small and claustrophobic). Internet connection is served by a phone company and is not cheap. NB! Do not use the so-called shuttle service to the airport, unless you want to drive with the cousin of the concierge.

The hotel staff were very polite, helpful and friendly. The rooms were cosy (but with enoug storage space for a few large bags if that is what you will have) and the place overall compact. It suited my girlfriend and I fine for 5 nights, and there was no element of suprise in this, simply because I checked it out before-hand online! It was great to have breakfast each morning; accomodating as they were by fetching fresh pastries from a nearby shop when we strolled down to breakfast at about five to 10, and they would have otherwise run out. What more could one ask for, in a moderately-priced 3 star hotel.
