Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms. Towels changed daily. Good breakfast.
Hotel in a busy street with buzzing nightlife.
Easy access to public transportation.

Very hard to find the entrance is in an alley blocked by a gate that gets locked at night. Front desk is rude and the cleaning staff knocks on door every 15minutes to try and clean your room when you havent even checked out yet.

Good hotel, all the essentials are there, a great location.

The place is very small. Claustrophobic. It would be great if the bathroom door fitted the frame to close.

Our stay was just great breakfast very good with a great choice location was real good the room was nice house keeping done a great job thanks to all the staff from my mum and my self from Australia.

Nice little place. Free Wi-Fi. Great breakfast and very well located. Hop on hop off buses stop directly in front of the hotel and the metro is about 50 meters away. Very good for the price.

Location is good, close to 2 different metro stations. Located exactly near Hard Rock Cafe, so Friday night is loud and pretty scary, to be honest. I arrived at my house midnight, so the gates to the gallery hall was locked for security reasons. The guards opened it for me. It was not too bed. Only the horrible thing was that cleaning stuff started cleaning rooms too early with very — very loud noises. I put the sign on my door, do not disturb… And they were making more and more loud noises, like shutting the door like elephants! I was trying to sleep after long flight. Every morning was the same. Seems to be very angry person. And one morning, I started to walk for my breakfast and cleaning lady start cleaning my room, but I came back for my umbrella and I found all my pillows on the floor! She was changing my bed and throw my pillows on the floor… Very unpleasant feeling after this hotel! Also a bit over priced. I would never stay again in this hotel. On front desk the guys were friendly, but next shift, some lady was rude! Really bad experience…

Poor reception, strict minimum… Restaurant not top…

Located inside a gallery, on the second floor. Hard to find at first. Room is small but ok for the price. At night the gallery is locked and we have to ring the reception to open it.

All in all a good hotel. Clean and spacious rooms, good breakfast and central area at decent/good prices. Staff available. Absolutely recommendable.

On the whole, OK! The location is absolutely perfect, you can reach Les Halles on foot and there are also nice cafes in the area. Our room was on the 5th floor. It was hot although it was only 12-17 degrees. Small windows, floor uneven, slightly below average rather. For the price though to bear.

A place to stay overnight. Good breakfast, clean bed. Clean and comfortable. Centrally located near everything, the rooms on the boulevard are very noisy) until 5am screaming, racing and Metro! )

Excellent location
I regret a little (for the price) some missing elements in the rooms.
(Heating that does not work we carried electric radiators a lack of high-end samples in bathroom)
On the other hand a team very available to listen.
You have to think that some tourists save to spend a pleasant stay in Paris and sometimes these kinds of details that may seem futile for hoteliers are important for us holidaymakers.
A hotel or I would go back anyway.

Great location but very noisy on the street with constant traffic noise (to be expected). Limited interaction with staff but everyone we encountered was friendly and courteous. The vicinity around the hotel was lovely and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Home more or less well, it depended on the person we were falling on. The air conditioning was not working and no information to let us know. No soundproofing, we heard very distinctly the conversation of the room next to ours. Correct room for the price.

Decent Hotel for a stopover on the grand boulevards of Paris.

This is a nice friendly hotel well located, breakfast is the best, rooms are cosy, if you have to share no, really liked this place nice friendly staff.

The hotel itself is well located but get searched his bag and steal business in his room and be heard saying that the maid could not do anything because the housekeeper trusts her and do not bring me any solution it is really unacceptable. Hotel to flee incompetent staff!

Boutique Hotel in Paris. Very good location where it is located.

The place is chic, I advise, the rooms are small like everything in Paris.

Rooms are loud, walls are paper thing. Towels are scrawny. Decor is dated, wall treatments in bathroom are peeling.

Nice clean hotel located in a popular and bustling neighborhood. Staff are friendly and bilingual. Rooms are a bit small and entrance/elevator a bit awkward to find.

Medium, some rooms are good but other DS a dirty state. You have to fall. Not too noisy, the elevator is not next to the rooms so good for the noise.

Service is good, rooms are clean and not too hot. In a good area to go out and do things.

This is a perfect Paris hotel. Small room, but clean and comfortable. Friendly staff who speak English perfectly. Location is wonderful to get the feel of Paris, right off Passage Jofery. Just lovely.

This is a small, older hotel in a sweet passage in the Opera section of Paris. The rooms are small, but very clean, and the one we stayed in was bright and sunny. It's noisy, but we liked being close to the action. MANY great restaurants are nearby, as is the metro and bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. Ask for rooms at the front of the building.

Good positioned in the center of Paris. Many places at walking distance. Older (Asian? ) lady working at reception could be friendlier. Never had one good morning or even looking up when we pass by. Seemed rather uninterested. Rather unacceptable when working in a hotel asking such high prices… Had one very friendly middle aged man working at reception offering a coffee while waiting. People working at breakfast were friendly. Cleaning staff also. Satisfied with the room. Breakfast could be a lot better for the high price! Overall, it was ok for us. Would not return though.

Very nice place to stay for a couple. Not the biggest of rooms but has everything that you need. Very clean room with minor points of age but that doesn't take anything away from the room. We had a great view too. The bathroom is small, but has a very good shower. Breakfast was amazing, such a good spread of foods and all very fresh. Service was very friendly and very quick and seamless with check in and out. The location is the big plus, perfect location. Right near a load of restaurants and bars that don't have the super expensive prices. Still in very close proximity to a lot of the main attractions and there is a metro right outside of the hotel door. Of note take a walk down the first street where Marmie Burgers and another restaurant are, both very much recommended. Definitely would recommend as it has everything you need for a very reasonable price.

Central location close to almost all the most important things to visit and transportation then the rooms and the whole structure very clean and important quiet area for rest.

The room was clean but on a very noisy street. Recommend asking for rooms at the back. Little choice at breakfast and lunch was average. The meeting room was OK. Good location, close to the center and the subway.

September live here. From the bedroom window you can see the lovely Church of the sacred heart. Room was good, at the request of we got the tray and kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast a lot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time here, the bathroom could do with abit more room as abit of a squeeze, but a very nice hotel very close to all the restaurants and hard rock café.

The location is good, the staff is friendly enough. The hotel is a little run down, I am not sure if they fixed the steps going down from the lobby to the first floor exit but I advise caution. The rooms are very small and sparse but clean with fairly comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay, The dining area is a little shabby. Hard Rock Paris is right next door, and there are some fairly cool shops in the Passage Jouffroy that sort of goes right through the hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I arrived on the night of 02 April 2015 and it was difficult to find (in a alley/passage way off the main street). The night clerk shouted at me when I asked if the room had Wi-Fi. He told me that I should not ask questions while checking he is checking me in and I need to wait. This was the start of the EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. The rooms are absolutely horrible. I stayed in dumps before, but this place takes the cake. Had to keep curtains closed as outside my window was covered in plastic due to outside being remodeled. So I had no views or sunlight. I came back the next day after walking around Paris and walked into lobby with lady at desk yelling at me and chasing me down. Before I could say anything I was questioned about being a guest, made me verify my room and name and was treated horrible afterwards (I still have no reason why). I went to my room to find out someone was in it (I had do not disturb sign on door handle). It appeared the workers from outside were opening my window to use my bathroom. I was so mad, but hotel didn't care. When I tried to check out, I asked front desk to call me a cab and the guy shouted at me for not calling myself. That was my last straw with these rude individuals. I will never stay at this hotel and If I didn't book through Orbitz travel I would have demanded my money back on the spot. Warning, stay away from this dump!
