I used to stay in this hotel very regular for business but this is the last time that I will stay in this hotel. I always choose this hotel for the location and accepted the other imperfections but now I have reached my limit. The locaties of the hotel is a positive point but that is were it stops. The elevator was not working again for the umpteenth time and also the Wi-Fi is only working around the reception area. My room was on the 5th floor and no Wi-Fi signal available. The problem with the Wi-Fi signal is already going on for some time and it looks as if they do not want to spend any money to improve this. Rooms are old and carpets in the hotel looks very dirty.

Enough vote. I stayed at this hotel from 9 to 13 May 2018, it is in a good location as it is close to the metro and the main places of interest. It is located in a nice area close to restaurants and little shops. The staff are friendly and polite but unfortunately they do not speak Italian, the elevator on the seventh floor does not work and but fortunately we were on the fifth floor, precisely room 514. The room is small but clean and tidy, just as little is the bathroom but everything very clean. The view is not the best, as as soon as I opened the window it entered the room a stench of fried fish, the hotel is attached to 2 seafood restaurants. Also the window overlooked a wall and this made the room dark even with good weather. The breakfast is simple and in my opinion there is little choice for salty, while for dessert there are croissants at will even if all full of butter. In conclusion, if like me you are all day visiting the city and you are simple and unpretentious, this hotel is perfect if you want comfort and you are attentive to the details you choose Other.

Small room OK But right in the center of Paris. Bathroom mirror poorly lit. No broom in the toilet and toilet bezel unscrewed.

It's a good hotel, excellent breakfast and good location. Small rooms clean and neat. Bathroom with shower cabin but too small. My husband and I are on the 7th floor unfortunately until this floor does not work the elevator but overall very well.

Maybe it's because I am from United States, but there is no Iron or Ironing board, no Hand towels or wash cloths. No refrigerator in room. I really don't get how this establishment operates.

Very small room To pass between the bed and the wall there was a minimum space, no place to put the suitcases. In the bathroom you had to be contortionist. We really felt suffocated. After the second night we changed hotel.

It's a nice hotel, however I was very disappointed when they didn't have a bell boy and I needed to carry my 26 kilo bag to the first (reception) floor and then to the second floor, all by myself. If you are a woman and you're travelling alone I would recommend you to call the hotel and ask if they have someone to help you with your things, first. I would not suggest you to travel alone as a woman with heavy bags either, but that's another story…

The elevator is broken, I am announced on the day of my arrival… obliged to type 5 floors every time I go out/enter. It's been two days since I've been there, it's still not restored. They should have warned me before, I would have booked elsewhere… Tiny rooms.

Ok place for a short stay. Can be noisy if room towards the road, ask for a room towards the courtyard. Elevator has been malfunctioning for weeks now. Staff people are nice. Rooms can be pretty small and old. Clean though.

Good hotel, centrally located but expensive. For those interested in shopping, this is a wonderful place to be because it's surrounded by the best departmental stores in Paris, such as Printemps and Galaries Lafayettes, and plenty of other stores selling branded goods.

Just awful. There is no parking therefore they leave you and remove you with the suitcases anywhere, entrance by an elevator on the lower ground floor, which also did not work that day, reception staff "nothing" friendly and "zero Spanish", smaller impossible room (there was nowhere to put the bags and bags! ). I just highlight the location: good. I'm going to recommend to my travel agency to skip it.

Very good location and good value for money.
This hotel does not pay mine. Its interior may even seem austere. But its main asset remains its proximity to the department stores and Gare Saint-Lazare.
The reception is excellent (both at the front desk and in the breakfast room.
The rooms are a little small but still suitable on a business trip.

Bed excellent, important for a good night's sleep, the bad, few towels and very little place for clothes, nor does it have mini-bar, the 3 star rating is very generous.

Good location facing Saint Lazare train station, the hotel itself is very basic, rooms are small and old but clean. Really not a 3 stars hotel standard. I would say 2 stars at best. If you're looking for a convenient place to visit Paris which is not too expensive I think that this hotel can do the job.

Well-located hotel near Gare Saint Lazare. The rooms are spacious. The staff are very welcoming.

Too bad the bathroom too small for me.

Family vacation to tour cities for 2 nights maximum, attractions, and around for dinner and make smaller purchases.

Bad stay. Very good location to visit Paris despite everything quite noisy, but the hotel in itself I do not recommend at all. Very unpleasant reception, dirty common areas, as well as the bathroom. Bad bedding. An obnoxious leader without going into the details. In short, past your path.

The Double superior Room I booked, did not fit at all to the one posted on the site, I was very disappointed with "this better room", the bathroom was not very clean and the bed was a single double bed, no slippers for the guest, nor a safe, room facing the street (Rue Saint Lazare 75008) so very noisy.
I have of course expressed my discontent at the reception but it is either the bad faith of the hotel or the use of non-contractual image on the presentation page of the rooms on the site of the hotel and I find it a pity. Breakfast at 13.5 was borderline.
In short I will not return to this hotel because if the superior room looks like a single double room of a 2 stars, I dare not imagine the others…

Bad experience. Although good location but the Hotel is very old. Slow/weak Wi-Fi connection in my room and no refill of bottled drinking water or coffee if stay more days. The lift door is extremely small causing difficulty to enter with luggage. The Airport transfer reserved thru hotel at 36 Euro for 2 persons did not turn up at last minute. Hotel receptionist then counter offer us a taxi at fixed rate of 50 Euro which promised to arrive in 10 minutes but took more than half an hour. The taxi driver even requested for extra money in the car saying he needs to pay hotel too. End up paying 62 Euro as we were almost miss our flight due to the taxi delayed and no time to argue with the driver.

The job of recepcionist is 100 %. Their behavior, help and good treatment to the clients shall be highly recognized.

I request a room where the Wi-Fi would work. I got the room 706 where the Wi-Fi connection didn't work at all. Also bathroom in the room 706 was a disappointment. Water of the shower was boiling hot or ice cold and you couldn't find the comfortable warm water. Also the electric plug next to the bed didn't work. I said those problems to the reception staff and they promised to check the room. Next day nothing had happened. I said those problems again to the reception and they promised to check the room. In the 2nd day still nothing had happened. I said the problems again to the reception and then I got a new room 705. Room 705 was perfect without any problems. The young boy who gave us the new room was very nice and polite.

Small room, but good setup. Air conditioner worked great, which isn't always guaranteed in Paris and was a pleasant surprise. Comfortable bed and sheets. Plenty of natural light from the interior courtyard. I'd definitely stay again for the price.

YOU NEED TO IMPROVE THE SHOWER, TO MUCH WATER FALLS ON THE FLOOR BECAUSE THE SHOWER SCREEN IS TOTALLY INEFFECTIVE We were well pleased with our choice of hotel in Paris and would encourage other prospective guests to use your Hotel.

Hotel in the city center staff friendliest is very nice spotless and very good breakfast that say I recommend it to everyone.

Very nice hotel. Would deserve a landscaping of the courtyard in "green", even synthetic, to hide the pipes of air-conditioning.
Nice renovation and cleanliness.
Small regret: A room a little small and 2 single beds instead of a double bed.
Great regret: Imperfect soundproofing of the sanitary floors — same floor and from one floor to the other. In sleeping with the plugs balls, I could forget the shower of my neighbor and his flush.

The quadruple room is spacious and clean.
The area is well served by public transport.
The space for breakfast, albeit small, is well organized.
Staff available to speak Italian language.

The hotel is too old, although it seems to have been refurbished and renovated. The main entrance is strange, old, does not give a good first impression of the installations. The lift is extremely small. The room is good, but the bathroom and specially the shower box are terrible. It's impossible to take a comfortable and relaxing bath in such a minimum and confined space.

Not great vs. Price, there must necessarily be a better compromise. Sanitary not practical (shower). Very popular location.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. Very expensive for what it is. Tiny rooms. Barely fit in the shower that leaks all over the floor. Paint pealing of walls, vomit stain on the stairs rug. Breakfast was horrible, coffee undrinkable. Then I decided to move to a hotel closer to the airport a day earlier. Gave 24 hour notice. The night man at the desk told me I would not be charged. The next morning the lady said that I would be charged and that the people that work at night don't know what they are talking about. I made my decision to move based on what their employee said and ended up paying for two hotel rooms. Terrible hotel and they don't stand behind their word. Don't stay there or you will be incredibly disappointed.

The hotel room is very small, especially the bathroom! I am a petite person and could barely move around when I take shower. I went there in the beginning of May and Paris was pretty warm. The hotel turned off the air conditioner! Seriously?! We complaint 3 times to the hotel about the air conditioner not working and we literally were not able to sleep because the room was too hot like a sona. The hotel didn't do anything! The even worse thing was that they didn't clean our room even though we put the "please clean the room" cars outside our door. It was ridiculous! We had to go to the counter and asked the guy to take us to the service room to check whether they have spare clean towels.

I have stayed so many different hotels around the world but never had an experience like this. The hotel itself is small but in a great location. When we entered the hotel, we realized it was not kept very well but we did not care because we just wanted a place to crash. But as soon as we entered the room, we realized the A/C wasnt working. They apparently do not turn on the cooling function until July. It was so warm in the room my wife and I were suffocating. We complained to Hotel staff and they basically asked us endure it. My wife and I were bathing in our own sweat the entire night. Most disgusting experience ever. As though this was not bad enough, they forgot to clean our room and change our towels the next day. Seriously, stay away from this hotel!

Hotel located in paris. It's a personal opinion.

Rooms tiny with no plugs in the bathroom, no fridges or safes in the room the bathroom is super narrow. If you leave luggage on the floor you do not spend you. No one helped us with the suitcases or when we arrive or to get to the room. I would not recommend it.

I will not forgive never the situation so dramatic that we live in 2001 by your fault. Reserved two months in advance, we said that there had been a rollaway bed, we robasteis more than 1000€ in bonuses bancotel and we desviasteis to a hotel your far enough away from the centre without lock, and with a hotel full of criminals. I wish to close as soon as possible or that the employees and the manager of those years are in the most absolute of the ruins. Misery I desire and misery you will find.

They didn't want to give me the room I booked over 4 months ago until I argued with them. Then the room was magically available.? Room was microscopic. Over the 5 days, they cleaned once. The staff said I refused service but that was a LIE. I actually had to take the garbage down to the front desk myself otherwise it would end up piled up on the patio. The times we asked for toilet tissue and towels, I got scolded about the towels. We were 2 girls with long hair and they wanted us to use the same 2 tiny towels the whole time. One of them men in the breakfast room did not want to warm up the oatmeal so them that was a huge ordeal and he got irritated and was slamming things around. The toilet never flushed. They had to call a plumber on day 3 when it got so bad. Location was ok but bums were sleeping out side the front door. I would never stay there again unless it was paid to. We left the hotel early and went back to London to await our flight back to the US. When I was sent a questionnaire by the manager, This is basically what I sent her. She did not believe me and thinks that I am making this up. WHY would I do that? I have a busy life. BUT if you ASK how my stay was, I will be honest about it. I will be honest and say that there were 2 staff members that were very nice. I didn't catch their names though.

We stayed in the first week of October 2010. Excellent location Welcome Service Small room like the bathroom but clean and very Parisian. Good breakfast Will.

Room for 4 people are big! Good situation.

For young, single people. It is an excellent alternative to stay in Paris, clean, cosy, good breakfast, and above all with an unbeatable for its type of hotel location. It takes not more than 10 minutes to get to the louvre Museum, 5 min to the opera garnier and fields Elysees.
Highly recommended.
