Excellent hotel close to everything, service is outstanding.

We really loved the breakfast buffet with all the wonderful food. Service was excellent and the staff spoke excellent English. (And French of course! )

Stayed for a week in July over Bastille Day (and the soccer win). Staff was helpful and nice. Hotel was very clean and our room was quite spacious considering the location to Champs Elysées. Metro was close-by and the hotel was very accessible to many of the famous Paris locations on your “must-do” list. Would stay here again!

Location was perfect, just a couple of block away from the middle of the champs elysees convenient to so many places. staff was great, very warm and welcoming and most helpful. room was clean, comfortable and we had a view of the balconies in paris — so pretty! would stay there again in a heartbeat speaking of hearts, I loved paris and loved the hotel rochester.

This is my 3rd stay in your hotel. The renovation is a good update to your hotel. The air condition needs to be checked. I relied on an open window to cool the room at night. My daughters room was located in a corner & they had difficulty accessing the Wi-Fi. I hope that you will improve on that.

Great hotel. We loved the helpfulness at the desk. They were so nice. The breakfast was free daily. It was fresh and good. The rooms were great. Nice location. You can't lose staying here.

Great stay.
I was just shocked by the response from the front desk when I wanted to know stopping was free or not in the reception jars of the room.

Great location, excellent breakfast, lovely staff, comfortable bed. I was disappointed we did not receive water bottles after the first day when the rooms were cleaned. It would have been particularly nice if reusable glass bottles for water could have been in the room.

Great hotel, we stayed in a classic room which was a good sized room but bathroom was on the small size. The staff on the front desk where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great the crêpes & pancakes we had every day.

The most beautiful reviews, pleasant not intrusive service, tasty food, and everything is nearby.

Staff are wonderful helpful. Your renovations looks great and your breakfast in mornings are great. Small little matter to attend to is housekeeping the cleaning of rooms are not to quality of the hotel and also small little maintenance work in rooms. Otherwise your hotel is great to stay in.

Often Parisian hotels have prices that do not correspond at all to the quality of the service offered: this hotel is an exception.
Now my HQ when I am in Paris, the hotel Rochester offers not only a stay, but an experience: everything is perfect, everything is very Parisian, as seen in the movies. Impeccable service, rooms with neat and modern décor, spacious bathrooms, dream location 2 minutes from the Champs Élysées without yet having the nuisance of tourists.

We would like to thank you for the welcome and immense patience you had with us for not mastering the French language.
All employees must be commended, we love everything. The accommodations, the cleanliness, the food and especially the kindness.

I had a few encounters on the trip with the concierge service twice. Both times with the the tours of Versailles and the Lourve museum. They were closed both days. They quickly refunded the money. That's what we really wanted to see on the trip. They gave us a free ride to the airport to make up for the mishap. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I would choose the hotel again.

Great hotel, great location and great hospitality I booked it for second time and sure I will book it when ever I am in Paris. some of the rooms are great but some are a bit small. as I said I like it so much.

Very nice, quiet and modern hotel in a very central area near Metro and many interests.

Nice hotel, recently refurbished and smelt new. I was given a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and modern (unusual for Paris). The fitness center is out of service as it is being redone. The room service menu is not too bad for a vegetarian with a few options, but drinks have to be taken from the minibar. The internet is fast. The rooms did not come with an iron or ironing board, which is always a bit frustrating but they delivered one in good time.

Great location for my office. Decent rooms, poor breakfasts like almost every Parisian hotels… British hotels have better breakfasts. Really.

Very nice hotel with multilingual staff. Great value, at least when booked in advanced. We are staying in the Junior Suite and it's very roomy by normal standards, let alone Paris standards. Meto station with an escalator is literally steps away. Champs Elysees is a two block (450 m) walk. Just far enough off the main streets to not have traffic noise while being conveniently located. The breakfast buffet, while not free, is very good with a large selection, and it remains open until 1:30pm. No on-site restaurant, but they parter with one near by for lunch and dinner room service. Other options in walking distance as well. The bathroom floor is heated and there's a towel warmer. Very nice when visiting in December. The staff is very polite and helpful (even when you forget to follow Paris etiquette). They were able to accommodate my request for a partial view to the Eiffle Tower and my silly request for a picture of Johnny Depp for my wife since her dream of bumping into him on the street was likely nill. The only slightly critical things I have to say likely apply to most Parisian hotels. The walls are thin and you know you have neighbors. Even though the room was large, the closet space was a bit limited with only 10 hangers. You have to request an iron and ironing board. The iron we got was very calcified (Paris tends to have hard water) and we couldn't use the streamer on the iron without white flecs being blown out (spot check before ironing black clothes).

Large rooms, heated towel bar in the bathroom, concierge service and a delicious breakfast bar for guests.

This is a small hotel equipped with all amenities. It is located very close to the Champs Elysees, metro and thus to all the main attractions. The staff offers 5 star service and attention to their guests. It has a very elegant decor throughout. I would recommend this hotel to those wishing to go to Paris.

We had absolutely the most amazing stay at the Rochester Champs-Elysees Hotel! Our room was stunning and our bed was softer and more luxurious than our bed at home! We loved sleeping in every morning and even had our breakfast delivered to our room one more which was heavenly. As we were out exploring Paris during the day I was secretly dreaming about going back to the Rochester for rest, relaxation, and wine in the comfort of my spacious room! We had all of the amenities that we needed right in our room and the staff was so friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. We will most certainly be back again — hopefully sooner rather than later!

Very nice hotel of the group Frontenac at the Rue de la Boetie a few steps from the Champs Elysees in Paris (8th). Top Location. Very nice Lobby. Nice Bar. Very nice rooms renewed all Comfort. Beautiful interior Garden. Very good Breakfast. Staff very friendly and small care. No parking in the hotel but public parking in two steps and concierge very helpful.

A charming hotel, its spacious rooms, which is sooo good as in Paris the spaces of hotels and restaurants are usually too small.

Can not fault it in any way. Staff very friendly, and efficient. Room service food delicious. Breakfast served until after 13:00 with amazing variety.
The rooms are immaculate! One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. I would definitely recommend it. 10 min walk to the Arch de Triomphe.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rochester Champs Elysees. It is a small boutique type hotel that is conveniently located. Quiet and nicely done.

I wish that you could coordinate room availability for Viking better. Otherwise, we had a great experience staying there. On scale above, I assume that 10 is most positive score.

The hotel is beautifully finished with a lovely lobby, terrace, and common areas. Our room, a junior suite, was beautiful though inward facing and offered a modest view of the terrace and adjoining structures. Amenities were a plenty, however there were minor oversights, such as not providing ample towels for 4 — despite the front desk informing us that these rooms were popular among families.

Lovely old chateau out in the country. Views from the room are lovely. Clean rooms. Excellent meals, breakfast and dinner. Friendly servers.

Your location is ideal for tourists who would like to see as many sights as possible! Your staff was always helpful and efficient. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

I was impressed by the hotel, treated very nicely. Your barman is wonderful. I do think you could make an effort to respond to requests for changing bills and providing some coins (better for a tip for staff).

Room was very clean, modern and spacious. The breakfast was good but the room service was a bit disappointing. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The mini bar was not serviced daily. The hotel is located close to very nice shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the stay.

Good value for money, a couple of steps from the Arc de Triomphe, good standing, very nice.

It's a close walk to all the stores on the Champs Elysee, but far enough to be away from the noise and crowd. The rooms are marvelous for the price! My mom flew in from Egypt, exhausted, without a comfy bed… I was so proud and happy to see her jumping on the bed and squeal with delight! The bathroom+toilet is so modern and chic! I would recommend for future travelers.

Usually we stay in a 5 stars hotel near the champs elysees but this time it was too much expensive. So we chose the Rochester and we were not disappointed. This hotel sincerly deserves 5 stars. Particularly the concierge servivce.

Decent hotel but overpriced.

Well located, very nice interior, staff spoke English very well. We upgraded to a bigger room when we arrived (hint, it's cheaper to upgrade in person) and we found the room to be an ideal size for people who view their hotel as a place to sleep while in Paris for vacation and not as a resort destination.

Sono stata a meta dicembre 2012 consigliato come hotel di buon level, invece mi sono trovata in a local vetusto, antiquato, stantio: in una camera da 380euro a notte in ed 3 people (2 adults di corporatura ed una ragazzina di 11 years media) not here so could run practical, con bagno era worth muffe alle angolazioni e doccia perdeva che sifone e ovunque schizzava, colazione troppo cara per quanto was offerto e per finire trattenuti 75 euro per 1 ora di lasciare nel remember the camera (100 euro di caparra just arrivi per regular extra free time). Considered che ovviamente non era al completo e giusamente scarsamente occupied! SE if want a treatment "rapina" e he posto giusto!

I was in mid-2012 recommended as a good standard hotel, as I found myself in an old, dilapidated local population, locked in a room €380 per night and 3 (2 adults of average build and a 11 year old girl) you can not turn it was so small, bathroom with shower Pan corners and siphon leaking and squirts everywhere, breakfast too expensive for what was offered and finally detained 75 euros for 1 hour late to leave the room (they want €100 deposit upon arrival for all beverages extra). Reporting, of course, was not complete and badly giusamente busy! If you want a real treat "flight" is the perfect place.

A pleasant hotel, with friendly staff. The room was sometimes a little warm, and quite small although absolutely fine for a weekend our short business trip. Some of the communal facilities can be a little hard to find. All staff speak English. Otherwise our only point to note was a lack of tea making facilities in the room.

My mom and I had a superb stay at Hotel Rochester given the very discounted price we paid and the hotel's great location. Only a couple blocks from the Rue des Champs Elysees, we could walk around all the fancy clothing shops, boutiques, and cafes, and we could easily visit the Arc de Triumphe. Less than a hundred yards away is a convenient grocery store, which helped us avoid spending way too much money on restaurant food). As for the hotel, the concierge and staff were very welcoming. We had two twin beds in a decently sized room. We'd definitely come back again for our next stay in Paris.
