So what to say is a real headache because the place, the ambience and the décor are well above the quality of the service unfortunately. So certainly people are courteous and polite but you have the total impression of being the number of more to enter the hotel. The experience worsens at the restaurant where the dishes are driven without taste and served with a robotization that is cold in the back the cocktails remain very good but served dry. You have to ask to be served a few olives quite disconcerting for a 5 stars it's quite confusing because the place, the quality of the cocktails, the ambiance and the music makes one of my favorite hotels but do not expect to have the service of a Georges 5. We are light years from this.
A smile of rigor, almost military, sometimes plagues because we would like to be pampered become an important customer even if you only spend €100 at the bar.
Too bad because the adjustment this made at the staff level and it would be easy to change the habits and certain benefits to make it a pleasure to 100%

Very classy and great cocktails — don't forget to book!

Staff of color, office of vigil, at the entrance of tonight, aggressive, intimidating not welcoming. For dinner and a drink in a place that I love and I wanted to show to friends. This is not the most suitable for a reception especially one evening during the holidays.

Over priced and dirty, the plant wall is dying. Find a new place to eat!

Sunday Brunch with the family. Warm welcome from the hostess and the server team. The complete team is attentive and available throughout the service. The buffets are varied and tasty, especially those of omelettes and sushi/maki very well prepared and fresh. Nice setting in one of the most beautiful areas of Paris. I recommend the Pershing Hall.

An intimate chic place or elegance is at the rendezvous. This place is ideal for a romantic dinner. Fabulous and idyllic setting. Too bad it closes next.
We dine there well the dishes are neat tasty and the service to the small care.
The wine list is quite diversified.
The bar is nice. I like the beautiful tables in Paris and this address is essential.
The general atmosphere is subdued with a real beauty.
There is a valet service as it is difficult to park there. €20 the price remains correct for this place and address.

Service was too slow Food was ok but for the price I was expecting a lot better. Definitly not worth the price.

The bar provides a very nice and cosy atmosphere. The music was great and lively. It would be perfect if the cocktails were as good as the environment. Service got the wrong drinks at first and offered us the flavorless and toxic drink as to make up for the mistake. The ones following were as poisonous as the first one: worst Old Fashioned ever tried and Elder Flower Collins tasted like pure acid! Would not recommend to anyone looking for a good drinking experience!

We go back from time to time for the setting and the ambience. The kitchen is not the best … hoping that it has improved meanwhile because the menu is interesting.

The restaurant ambiance and food are truly amazing. The bar is well decorated and great atmosphere. Rooms are clean and wide, service is top notch, the only downside is the key which happen to be big.

What a disappointment …
Place that wants to be upscale by betting on its décor but which completely forgot the quality of its cuisine. Very expensive dishes for an absolutely mediocre quality. The waitress did nothing but advise us of the dishes different from those that we chose as the dinner, as if she knew what was not good. She will even admit that the chocolate dessert I selected was not a good choice once I gave her my opinion …
It's outrageous for such a famous place. It would be really time to invest in real products.
The vegetable wall does not do everything, especially for an addition to more than 250 euros for two.

They were very helpful and didn't make a fuss over trying to speak English to us.

I have tried the bar: an excellent experience. Magic and impressive atmosphere very, staff cozy and delightful, and a dj that warms the night. To try.

Visited in New Years. Had a very positive experience — great location, rooms are kinda small but the suites are amazingly specious, especially for Europe. Not top luxury, but perfect location and a very quaint boutique. Service was decent.

Great bar and can be place in Paris. But I don't like their decor with green wall.

Very disappointed by the reception, we had booked a table for 8 persons, at the time of our arrival have installed us on a table of 6, it was announced that a Chair would be installed at the end of table and should be used at 4 on a bench of 3 people… we asked a change table (the restaurant was far from full). Champagne and white wine was not fresh. The service was not worthy of the framework and the addition (table cleared in several episodes, bread that had claimed several times).
Framework and decoration super nice but I won't go back and do not advise.

The restaurant has the panache with its beautiful living wall, its curtain of pearls and the ceiling height. I recommend essentially for these 3 criteria. Come to dinner with friend (s) or couple.
The bar is the + of this place. Very intimate, perfect for a date or romantic. The colours (pink and purple) are captivating in the late evening. The Dj is discreet and elegant clientele. Ladies, be resplendent.
Ideally located rue Pierre Charron, 2 not the Champs-Elysées, the neighborhood is not short of places where to party for the rest of the evening.

I got the opportunity to eat at their restaurant.
The décor is beautiful and impressive. The green wall to a certain cachet, the room must be even more beautiful day. The menu offers fusion cuisine, drawing Asian inspirations. There are even some Kobe beef!
The place is very large and there are several atmospheres according to the rooms.
If one takes the time to ask someone of the staff, we can even have the history of the building, which is quite interesting.
Of course, the prices are really expensive. But it is the neighborhood and the range.

Very nice wall plant, impressive. One of the "older" wall plant of Paris and always well maintained. The setting is nice, food and cocktail / drink a trendy bar, go to celebrate an event. I don't know the hotel part. Present but unobtrusive staff.

Great place for a drink, beautiful place. Attention to prices!

The restaurant is a real anarque! The dishes are only warmed to the Picard sauce for an exorbitant price, the limit of the nice service and cocktails were nothing exceptional. A star for the framework…

I shall speak only of having not slept at the hotel restaurant. Place really very beautiful and very well decorated. There are several available atmospheres. The music playing is tasteful. The food is really good and different inspirations (French, American, Asian). And it's worth the trip! It is very well presented, very qualitative and it feeds you properly!
Negative point: the drinks are very expensive and the waitresses are a bit too deveties for my taste. But it's totally subjective.
I will only talk about the restaurant. The place is really nice and well decorated. You can have a drink in several atmospheres. There is good music. And food is very good, it worth it! Flat are well served, qualitative and there is enough food!
Drawbacks: drinks are too expensive years waitress are wearing shirts which are too short for me. My last goal point is totally subjective.

This hotel is actually owned by the US Govt. And since 1991 been under the control of the US Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). However, Pershing Hall does NOT give any discounts for veterans. Shame! This is nothing but a wasteful boondoggle for the executives of the DVA, and their family, relatives, friends and cronies. This should be a resort for the exclusive use of American military veterans who put their lives on the line to defend the spineless, cowardly French and their Govt. From the reviews I see here, the food is substandard and wait staff a bunch of arrogant, conceited French citizens who still think that France is the best of the world. Sorry, we'll take the American style any day over what the French prefer to think is the best they can offer. Out of respect for American veterans and the horrifying DVA scandals in the US, NO ONE should pay a dime into this snooty shack since it is a waste and abuse of American taxpayer monies and the DVA has no business running a hotel when they cannot even run the DVA without major scandals.

Amazing setting. Beautiful green wall. Brunch very class with fresh and very refined. Amazing desserts. Velvety Super pistachio.

Great location for champagne cocktaila.

Atmosphere cosi, perfect for a drink with friends. The cocktails are great but the prices are quite high. Allow € 60 for two drinks and a snack. But the quality is at the rendezvous.

Essential plant wall.

The sunday brunch of the Pershing Hall is served in the bar-restaurant in the courtyard which was covered with a canopy, lined carpeted and furnished with taste. The place is very beautiful, you feel outside especially thanks to the incredible green wall while being nice and warm inside. The balconies and windows of the first floor, large open on this patio is also a very special atmosphere. If you don't have the chance to be placed in the patio, you can sit in a nice quiet room resembles the seventies revisited. Very James Bond! This room overlooks the patio where brunch buffets.
Brunch is so served in the form of buffets but proves to be quite disappointing. The buffet of breads and pastries is frankly ridiculous (2 types of bread, 2 kinds of mini-viennoiseries). But where are the jams? A little honey, nutella and whipped cream but for such a tariff and one such place is right to ask an assortment of quality not jams?
Beside these breads and pastries, a frankly ridiculous cheese platter! Ditto, 2 choices (more white cheese) and cheeses that have everything (taste and Visual) of industrial cheeses.
The big point of this buffet is the sushi part. A sushi master realizes in front of us to the sushi and Maki ultra-fresh. Good point also to omelettes made minute. But one choice for eggs, little no? And if we don't like the omelet? If you prefer our scrambled eggs, shell see same benedicte?

Nobody opens and closes the door of the entered the restaurant, the waitress to put hair in it from my neighbor using, she gets support on the back of my ex for servire, suddenly my chair sags, coffee served sugar sense sense spoon after expected 40 minutes, my dish of ravioli with 3 ravioli with undercooked range low gluten flour taste the cocktail too sweet, I do not recommend this place to eat may be just for a drink and still.

Close to the Champs-Elysées is located a restaurant under a canopy with a green wall. This place served especially for the film "small handkerchiefs". The cocktails are original, quality dishes.

The ambiance of the restaurant with its vertical garden is top. The service was very poor (one wrong main dish, one wrong side, new side dish came after we had finished the rest of the meal, non-sparkling instead of the ordered sparkling water, to top everything all the wrong dishes were on the bill at the end) The food in average was just average: a delicious cod and a dry disappointing lamb. That I didn't like the wine recommendation didn't help, but I blame myself for ordering this wine. All in all the prices are definitely too high.

Beautiful setting for a drink. But you are close to the champs Elysées, so prices are felt.

Food ok but great place to see and to be.

The bar-restaurant is located in the courtyard of a mansion. The setting is simply sublime! Taste furniture, floor with smaller more intimate balconies, canopy and beautiful green wall. The cocktails are popular, delicious but expensive (€20). The dishes are good but not worth the prices. Good advice: come and have a drink on weekdays to take advantage of this extraordinary setting.

The best night at this hotel.

A stunning decor is staffed by the most snotty waiters and waitresses I have seen in a long time. Arrogance, disdain for the customer coupled with a lack of organization characterize the service here. The meal at 45€ consisted of a cold hamburger, lukewarm potatoes, one glass of Bordeaux wine and an expresso cup size cheesecake. If you are looking for value for money and a pleasant ambiance, avoid Pershing Hall.

Incredible venue. Two storey garden on the wall. Tuna was fantastic for main, as was the caramelised black cod (best I have tasted).

Super trendy and pretty. Great for a drink but typically overpriced and not that interesting when it comes to the food.
