Very nice hotel with a modern recent décor with a special mention for the very original fixtures. It is ideally located close to the beautiful neighborhoods.
The room we occupied (with an upgrade) was very clean and perfectly soundproof although on the street. Excellent bedding. Breakfast buffet varied and full.
The front desk staff are welcoming, caring and very kind. We will keep a great memory of Julien and Alex.
We will be back with great pleasure.

It was very clean close to place de la concorde and many thanks to the krystalia (I felt so nice to hear greek in paris) for the hospitality and the advices for the town. We will visit you again!

This hotel is in very good location just few minutes walking to Louvre and places for shopping. The hotel is surrounded by ART GALLERYS The room which I had was nice in perfect condition and silent. The windows facing the street but I had a great sleep. I can recommend that hotel.

Friendly receptionist, comfortable stay, decent room rates. Room is a bit small, but expected for similarly rated hotels in Paris.

I really do believe that there's injustice in the reviews left here and TripAdvisor. It is an amazing hotel with amazing, friendly and helpful staff — especially the gentleman with a black suit and a smile. The hotels location is good, 5 euros on uber to get to places 10 minutes from you. Very modern bedrooms, nice designs and well air conditioned as well as containing safes. I guess the only recommendations I can give for this hotel is to have a mini fridge and rooms with balcony's. Other than that, please don't listen to the bad reviews, it doesn't reflect the hotel at all. The bad reviews were left during a time of rennovation, we all have to start somewhere to get to the top. Very glad I stayed in this hotel. The only thing that I would agree on with the bad reviews is the thin walls, you can hear people from other rooms or from above etc.

Staff allowed me to check in early after a nightmare trip in. Was very helpful and spoke English fluently. Would stay again.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon. Upon checking into our room, we noticed loose electrical outlets, paint missing on walls, and a television that did not work. Despite these flaws, we did not complain. We stayed this way for 2 nights. Then on the day before we left, the air conditioning in our room stopped working. This made the temperature in the room very uncomfortable for us. I called the front desk, and the girl told me it would be taken care of. We then went out for the day, and returned in the evening. When we got back to our room, the heat and humidity in the room was intolerable. We went back downstairs and the front desk girl told us that the air conditioning could not be fixed until the day after we left. We did not complain about the poor condition of the room, the TV that didn't work, and the malfunctioning outlets. However, there was no comfort in the room without air conditioning. The girl then called the manager, Benjamin. Our experience with Benjamin was terrible. I have never been treated more poorly and disrespectfully. He was rude and confrontational. When I told him the room was too hot, he laughed in our face. I could not believe this. I requested to be moved into a different room and he instead offered us free breakfast. This was not acceptable because it did not fix our problem of the hot room. After we rejected his offer, he said 'okay get out of here'. Is this how paying customers should be treated at a 4 star hotel?
