Lovely clean rooms view of the top of the Eiffel Tower friendly reception staff awesome.

Location in the midst of Paris fashion and shopping districts, One block to Metro. Rooms extremely small. But on the plus side, great air conditioning during Paris High heat weather.
Loved Andrea at reception. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast which was included in our room was very good. Fruit, yogurt, cereals, cold cuts and cheeses, hot eggs and breakfast meats. And a basket of bread.

We had a great stay at Hotel Madeleine Plaza! Although making the reservations late, the hotel staff did assist us in getting us a room early when we checked-in as we came in after a long flight. Hotel staff are always friendly and willing to assist us in our queries. The room (which we were lucky enough to be upgraded) had modern deco and was neat and tidy. Only criticism would be that English TV channels are limited. Then again, who would want to watch TV in Paris?! Wi-Fi could be spotty at times but generally was good. We had a brilliant view of the Madeleine Church right outside our room window which was extra special. Of course, the location of the hotel cannot be beaten. It is as central Paris as one can get. Literally, right next to a well connected subway station and walking distance to the Opera Garnier, the Lourve and other main attractions. Overall, a great little hotel in a great location. Would certainly stay here when we return.

Breakfast has a limited choice. Room was small and has musty smell upon arrival. No complementary water provided. Loud renovation along the road just beside the hotel was on going in the middle of the night around 2-4am. Bedside table was shaking due to that. Most importantly, I book through booking. Com 1 month ago before departure and had the intention to change to a new credit card later on. Thus I emailed the hotel if the bill will be charge when I check out from the hot…el or when I book. They replied it will only be charged when I depart from hotel. A few weeks later, there was a charge shown on my credit card statement and I email them again. They reply it was only a authorization and not charge. Thus when I arrived at the hotel I ask for the bill to be charge to my new credit card. When I return back to my country and I received the bill, the authorization turns out to be a charge and the refunded amount will not refund the foreign transaction charge and currency differences. I've lost an amount of 257 Euro and they could not be bothered with the mistake they have done after I email them. very bad service provided from a 4 star hotel.

Great location and wonderful and helpful staff. I spent a week there and the rooms were lovely, the breakfast delicious and the staff incredibly friendly and willing to always help. I would recommend to anyone and look forward to my next stay.

Great location, walking distance to many top sites, and within a block from both metro station and bus stop. Rooms were clean and comfortable, we could open the windows, and our view of l'église de la Madeleine was a treat! Hotel staff were all very helpful (must single out the gentleman that was at the front desk the nights of 6/24-26 for a great sense of humor in addition — we are so sorry we did not get his name). Very enjoyable stay!

Staff are friendly and fluent in English. No complaints about the services at all. Beds are comfortable. Good location and easy access to most of Paris attractions. However, room is tiny. Water from showers leak on floor everytime after used.

I really loved the hotel. The rooms were a little small, shower faculties could be an issue especially for taller guests, but It's central Paris! I found the room clean and my window looked out into the main road but there were no issues with noise. The staff were also excellent and accommodating. We needed a lot of things printed, which they were helpful and quick about. And location was perfect. The only downside was the breakfast, which was very limited. Hence only the 4-star rating!

In the summer of 2016, my wife and I traveled to Paris and this is where we stayed! Beautiful location next to La Madeleine church; we could actually see the church from our balcony (very small). The rooms are quaint (small) however quite sufficient for our needs. The hotel is in walking distance from all the major Paris landmarks and quite close to several of them. There were at least two subway entrances nearby. This was the best price we could find at the time. Pleasant staff and accommodations! Highly Recommend!

This hotel was lovely and I would highly recommend. The minibar prices are cheaper than the local restaurants — so good value for the area. Breakfast was very high quality with freshly squeezed fruit juices, meats cheeses, fresh pastries and bread. The breakfast staff were really lovely and attentive. Monica, at the concierge is a credit to the hotel. She is friendly and went to great lengths to help us with our tour tickets. Very professional lady with a lovely approachable demeanour. I will recommend this hotel to my family and anyone who visits Paris. We shall be returning next year. Thank you.

We stayed at the hotel for my daughter's first trip to Paris. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were very nice and helpful, the room was adorable and had everything we needed and the location was very convenient! Thank you for a nice visit — we hope to stay here again.

And if as we are fortunate to be in room 602… It's wonderful.

Breakfast has No fresh fruits and too little varieties in general. Housekeeping rushed in while I was napping, Frontdesk should know that we r inside the room since the policy required guest to leave room keys frontdesk before leaving the hotel.

Noisy rooms overlooking the place de la Madeleine (even on the 6th floor). Low bathroom ceiling. The room was very clean. Do not rely on the misleading name of "Plaza".

Not the greatest hotel I've ever stayed in but not the worst either. Room was really small and the window looked onto a brick wall which wasn't very inviting. Location was great however with easy access to most places of interest.

The rooms are too small for the price. I was promised a bigger room after one day but it did not work — which was fine as the staff are so nice, helpful, supportive and polite. Over all it was a lovely stay its just the rooms are very tiny.

We had been traveling for 3 weeks so were quite tired when we arrived. We were welcomed so warmly & were pleased to be upgraded. We loved our room… so comfortable, clean & such a great view!

I stayed at Madeleine Plaza Hotel for almost 10 days, we checked in on August 10th until August 19th, 2017. The hotel location was superb; it has access to the metro line as well as bus stop nearby. Gallery Lafayette, Opera district, other shopping centers were nearby; it could be accessed by walking from the hotel about 5-7 mins. Do not worry about finding any foods; there were tons of restaurants, cafes, and fast foods. I have pleasant about staffs, especially in receptionist team; they were very helpful both night and day. In conclusion, I had good experience to stay at Madeleine Plaza Hotel. I'll be looking forward to staying at the hotel next year for my upcoming trip to Paris. Best, Andrew Wiranata.

My friend and I loved our stay at Hotel Madeleine Plaza! The beds were the best we had for our three week trip in Europe, the staff was very helpful and the location was great. A little pricy but for what we got and considering it was Paris, it was great! Can't wait to visit again.

Room and bath way to small for a 4 star hotel, you can barely walk through your room with someone in at the same time, Good breakfast, good customer service, the hotel is pretty close to everything.

It is a place that is full of party-goers, people come to dance, but also to pick up! This box also organizes before for 16 to 18 years, which is rather funny. But it is a good idea.

The atmosphere is excellent, I attended the evening to schools in February. The box is very nice inside, but we waited 1 hour at the entrance because there were too many people. It is still fun and I'd be up for going back.
