Comfortable and quiet. Friendly staff. Can't comment on breakfast as I used Pauls next door.

Hallways need paint. Only one member of staff was personable and engaging (and he was from Sri Lanka) and 15 euro for croissants and coffee is a little heavy even for Paris.

Great place but eat out their breakfast isn't worth the price.

The real plus of this hotel is the position. Not far from cultural experiences, shopping experiences, food courts, restaurants. A Monoprix supermarket is around the corner. And you easily access to metro stations on 4 different Lines. Room are “Paris standard sizes” (actually medium small). I would not include breakfast in the reservation, due to the limited choice. Kind personnel at reception desk (concierge available 24h).

Clean, contemporary, nice staff. Small hotel feel. Good value when paying 150-200 Euros. Needs a bit of attention in the details. King size bed was a pleasure for A Paris hotel.

Very good, comfortable bedding, good reception, well soundproofed rooms. No special problems to report. Good location Whatever the subway is a bit far.

I stayed in hotel "Lavoisier" in December 2017. It was a wonderful experience! Great location, nice room, kind, professional people, who made my stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Ludovic Peressini. Thank you very much again. I will definitely recommend this nice hotel to my friends.

Always like coming home to old friends at this hotel. Terrific staff & unbeatable location make it a great value for anyone visiting Paris.

The bed is horrible. I asked for a new room with another bed, but it's the same beds in every room even if we upgraded. The duvet consists of two sheets wrapped around a blanket which the folder say is not washed due to environmental stuff. But this blanket keeps falling out from the sheets and in your face if you don't lay completely still, which again is out of the question in that bed. The maid kept opening our door and talked to us even if we put the "do not disturb" sign up. And even though we were clearly asleep. The two stars is for a ok functional, pretty big room, and for letting us have free late check out after new years eve.

Not impressed. Standard is good, but the bed not very comfortable. Great location, close to a lot of tourist sites, but still not worth the steep price.

Small inexpensively procedure boutique hotel in a great location. Service especially good.

Very nice place. Central. The only thing that was missing is that they don't have a safe in the rooms. They only have a safe in the lobby.

It is very well located and is nice and is very clean, the breakfast is very good. The reception leaves a lot to be desired.

Great hotel in the heart of Paris. The hotel people are very nice and most do speak English. I do wish the would provide some water to the rooms. Breakfast is nice, you get coffee or tea and a basket of assorted breads. There is also some cheese, jam and butter. If you want eggs and or bacon, that woulk be up to 4 euro charge. I was there on business, and if I will travel to Paris with my wife, I will stay at this hotel for sure.

Location is great. People are very friendly, and the guy that does breakfast and room service is what makes this place truly inviting. I don't know his name but he was a badass. But, the night auditor was an obnoxious turd. A french cliche.
