The staff here is incredible — they go out of heir way to help, learn your name, and make you feel welcome. The restaurants are also just absurd; I’ve probably never eaten as well as I did there (the breakfast! )

Dated, old, and shut doors for late check-ins. Rooms small, no view, noisy. Not the standard expected for a hotel of that name. Staff not impolite but not friendly either.

What a fabulous hotel. The staff are amazing and I have never met anybody as attentive and customer service oriented as Jean-Marie. An extraordinary experience and one I would heartily recommend.

I can honestly say this was the best hotel stay we have ever had. The property is ridiculously attractive looking both internally and externally. The staff are the most genuinely friendly and accommodating people I have ever experienced with knowledge of the hotel history and the surrounding area. The rooms were understated but of the utmost luxury and the dining / relaxing facilities out-did the photos by a considerable measure. The dog facilities totally exceeded our expectations as well (pic attached). On top of that, we were treated so specially even when surrounded by celebrities, designers and models during Paris Fashion week. Thank you so much to all the staff that made our stay so special, especially the hotel manager and the front desk. We are very excited to come back at some point in the future for a longer visit

The hotel gives its letters of nobility to the name Palace — one is greeted by a smile and a staff to the small care as soon as one approaches 2 meters from the entrance door.
The sequel, on a visit to the bar as ours today, is in the same vein: a welcome cocktail, simple (for local criteria, but the bar is high) but with a perfect taste agreement, some appetizers that amaze and delight. Then switch to cocktails, when one is accustomed to Parisian bars the number of ingredients in a cocktail always surprises, but the chords work beautifully, alcohol hardly feels. Splendid staff there again.
Finally the only ungrateful being of the place turns out to be Fa-Raon, which we searched for a while — white cat on white marble, he had the perfect camouflage, but we ended up finding him.
Short to recommend in any occasion!

I can't say enough about this property. It is situated in the heart of the Opera district. There are stores upon stores upon stores. It is centrally located near all of the hot spots and happenings.

Tasting Menu to celebrate my 60 years. Exquisite flavors and adapted to suit your personal tastes. The service is at the smallest care. Very bright and quiet room on indoor garden. Very good meal and price justified.

I just had a snack at the Antonia Café.
I tasted chocolate and lemon tarts and a cocktail. Nothing to say if not succulent.
Thomas was excellent, he perfectly represented the establishment making sure of my well-being from start to finish.
I enjoyed his little attention during the service but above all, the fact that he offered me to visit the French garden, the Bar and the gourmet restaurant of the establishment before my departure.
I would come back because I was sensitive to the excellent service and for the pleasure of the taste buds.

We had a drink at the bar at the beautiful Bristol Hotel on December 23rd, 2017 in pre-Christmas mode. What a sumptuous welcome! From the entrance a pianist played remarkably well, then at the bar we were installed on one of the corner benches (very comfortable). We were pleasantly surprised to have a welcome cocktail. My husband ordered a cocktail and I asked to have a custom-made and that's where we understand the magic of these Parisian palaces, a treat! We would have liked to see a little more of the chimney fire and be more "fed" by the staff (= More flames). A table being positioned right in front with customers it is not easy for the staff to feed it. In short: a beautiful moment that makes you want to come back and discover one or two gourmet restaurants in this beautiful place.

This luxury hotel is just a short walk from the Champs Elysées. My room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Unfortunately the view was not beautiful, but the bathroom was just gorgeous: big, all white marble, with both the bathtub and the shower. The costs are high, it is true, but it is an unforgettable experience. It is the ideal place for those who want to be served and revered, and also a little pampered, why not.
It eats very well and is suitable for families.

Exceptional hotel: elegant space, timeless decor, very large rooms and bathrooms especially for Paris, a concierge staff that gives 100% effort and make everything right (especially if it wasn't perfect at first), and the best chambre housekeeping staff that keeps your room and property spotless! You don't even see or hear from the chambre staff; they appear magically! I'm a neat freak and they impressed me!

Great location, very nice facilities. Breakfast options were very limited, but good. Lobby bar is cool. Room was a nice size but not intended for 2 people at all. Their 'twin' rooms are 2 tiny twin size beds. Don't try to turn over. Turning on the bathroom light turned on the lights in the whole room waking up your roommate. No locks on any doors, bathroom toilet room. Very poorly designed room.

The place and restaurant is simply gorgeous. Food was very good and the combination of ingredients and tastes was superb. As a main dish, I had duck with a side of pineapple tortellini (it was so delicious I didn't get to take a picture of it… sorry…) The rest of the meal was also very nice, specially the desert with raspberries and a light mousse of coconut

Definitely my favorite hotel in Paris. The rooms are excellent the staff is very friendly and attentive. The must in old school Parisian luxury. The location is great very close to Champs Élysée and Place de la Concorde. Breakfast in the mornings was great as well; and really try afternoon tea. However while the service and quality is amazing expect the prices to be eye watering as well.

There's so much to love about this hotel, all the positive reviews speak for themselves. Large rooms, friendly staff & the best power breakfast in Paris. The dining room is pretty magical for special meals.

Service was Absolutely Stunning! They had a bread trolley (over 20 different fresh baked choices), they brought a two foot stool for my girlfriends Chanel purse, if you touched your coffee cup or wone glasd they ran towards you… the two waiters eyes never left our table.

Amazing hotel! Beautiful atmosphere and absolutely charming! Very well trained staff, they all very caring. My treatment in a Spa was incredible, after 80 minute of facial caring ritual, it feels to me like I did not only facial, but had whole body procedure, I was absolutely relaxed and happy! I truly recommend stay there even once! A lot of history you can feel inside that bring to this place something unforgettable. Ohhh and of course famous white cats: Princess and Pharaoh!
