A hotel I unfortunately don't recommend. Everything is dated, dilapidated and poorly maintained. It is not worth the asking price or its stars. Only positives: the staff and the situation, near the Champs Elysees.

The hotel is good but the Manager Mrs. Rio Colette is incompetent and not very dynamic. A little vivacity wouldn't hurt him.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel a few steps from the center and the front desk always available for anything.

The hotel is way too expensive for what it actually is. We pay only the location and again!
The hotel is very nice and the décor is very nice. The rooms are small and poorly soundproof but the bedding is good. That is the only positive point to be reported.
The "full" breakfast is a big farce. The reception promises fresh, homemade products. What a disappointment to discover half-pancakes of supermarket barely heated, in the same radius of supermarket a four-quart ker Cadelac, mini pastries are not good. The selection of Wedding Brothers tea announced on the breakfast menu has only one and only choice. The selection is therefore rather restricted.
Poultry or pork sausages are to be claimed as they are not served with eggs.
Do not look for the plate of cured meats and cheeses because it exists only on written.

Very nice and cosy hotel, competent and professional staff.

Bring your shower cap and sleepers with you, they don’t provide any. Also, I didn’t like the smell of the shampoo, body wash and soap so bring your own. Otherwise, the location is great and the service is good too.

Decent hotel. However, the manager, Meryl Rio should take English courses. It is not professional to work in the hotel business and not to master foreign languages.

Really overrated noisy rooms on the Street. Blind bathroom without shower. Overflowing Service… to avoid.

It's an alright hotel, not worth the price, I had stains on my sheets…

I love the Hotel Chateaubriand! Located in the 8th Arrondissement, 1 1/2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, off the famous Champs-Elysées, it makes for the perfect location. Surrounded by every famous French Shoppe and Restaurant, I cannot see being anywhere else. And the very Professional staff added to my overall experience. Pictures speak a thousand words…

Excellent very good hotel and more than family hotel. Very clean even you can have breakfast till 12 noon at your room. People now a day they do not even tip and they want every thing for free. This hotel is supper class and for 3 year I come and go and stay weeks. Very close to champsElysees.

French classic hotel. For a Mexican breakfast is rather austere, continental type, but is perfect for the customs of the country.

Fantastic hotel just around the corner from Arc de Triomphe. One can't get any closer to Champs-Élysées than this. Stayed there for four wonderful nights, with my wife in 2014.

I stayed only for professional reasons 1 July 2013
The only advantage, is that this Hotel is close to my late appointment, and it is located at 2 not the champs Elysées and the arc de Triomphe.
Booked through BOOKING: comments and notes ring true that in no way reflects reality, I suspect the hotel to be in charge of positive comments.
Home cold and impersonal
Rococo responsible kitsch décor, you feel very uncomfortable.
The door of my room gives directly in the lobby of the hotel! I've never seen something like that, it strengthens my bad be.
The room she even is not bad, but definitely too kitsch, SDB badly maintained, not worth a 4 *.
I have to iron my shirt, it happens often, and in a 4 * I thought you should be fine! still a malaise, the receptionist tells me like we're going to struggle to find an iron, and does not offer me no alternative (bravo! )
Finally the receptionist calls me and asks me to pick him (we could bring it to me especially since I'm at 2 meters from the reception! ). It gives me an iron that they have of the find in a "pif gadget" and who fled as a basket, with an ironing board for Barbie that has the feet completely exploded! (what a shame for a supposedly 4 *)
In short, breakfast: 08:45 no a cat in the room lunch which is pretty nice, I wait 15minutes: person!

Finally, a hotel in Paris where the service is up to par.

Not too fan, but good coffee.

Impossible has described, it must be just experienced. Hotel incredible and unlikely to find in a city like Paris.
