DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! BED BUGS! After a long day of exploring, we came back to the hotel and lounged on the bed. After a few hours, to my HORROR I saw a bug scurry across the bed. I lifted up the pillows only to find 5-6 more bugs which then started crawling around. After lifting up the sheets there were many more bugs. Although we only laid on the bed for a few hours, a few days later after we checked out we both developed a RASH. The only part worse than the bed bugs, was the hotel's response. At 3AM the hotel responded by downgrading us to a smaller room. We packed up all of our stuff and moved (the new room smelled very weird, but we were exhausted). After returning home from our trip, the hotel refused to offer a refund and instead offered us free breakfast & an upgraded room next time we visit paris if we stay at their hotel. Why would I ever book this hotel again?!?!? absolutely absurd.

The hotel is located on a quiet street close to the metro and St Lazare Station. This hotel is located in a very good area.

I liked the staff at the front desk. They were helpful and speak English. Breakfast is very good, excellent. The lady who cooks the breakfast is very good and nice. The bed room had poor light. Arrived and there was a duvet on bed. The room was hot. Paris is hot. Asked for single sheet at front desk and was given it no problem. The air conditioning needs to be on all day and curtains kept closed and then you could come back to a reasonably comfortable room. Felt cool compared to outside that is hot, hot and more hot. The maids don’t clean the rooms. Dirty bathtub. Inconsistent cleaning. Had to leave a note to maid to request to leave the hotel card in so the air conditioning would stay on and to leave the curtain closed to keep out the heat. The room is small but could be typical for Paris because Paris is crowded and expensive and noisy. The area is realitively quiet compared to the the centre and touristy parts of Paris. The doors slam even to hold it to slowly shut. The water pressure went very low and then became scorching hot and then cold. Can’t hear neighbors from above. Still enjoyed our stay there. It was okay.

Horrible horrible experience. Do not stay here. We had a flight canceled, then delayed and the hotel was completely unaccommodating. They would not change our arrival date, like they promised to on the phone when we called to tell them what happened. We finally arrived to the hotel a day and a half later, and were charged MORE when we got there. I have been emailing the hotel manager and they will not help us out. It was one of the WORST customer service experiences we have ever had. We travel a LOT and will no longer be staying at this chain of hotels. Clearly, they care more about money and less about their customer service.

We arrived late at night after a long flight (around 2am). The reception gave us room 601 in the sixth floor. The room is extremely small, in an attic (walls are not straight), and the elevator only climbs to the 4 and an half floor. The staircase to reach the elevator is challenging and not recommended for elderly or disabled people. We requested to change the room or move to a different hotel in the network and were given a more suitable room only in the mooring. Breakfast is standard, but with no vegetables at all. Close to Metro. There is a supermarket near the hotel. Make sure they reserve for you a suitable room before ordering and only up to the fifth floor.

My point to this hotel it's 3.5. The good things are: the hotel is renovate and is like new. I love very much the interior design. The the breakfast is very good. Eggs, cheese, pastrami, pastry. The bed thing are: small room, and stairs to get the room with elevator. Its not comfortable at all. This hotel is not for handicapped or eldery person.

I really liked the hotel, is easy acces to the tourist attractions. It's very clean, loved the style, very nice & helpfully staff. I will definitely go back at this hotel next time.

For what comes to be sleeping and showering serves, but if you are looking for a spacious, lighted and easy access for the handicapped, this is not your hotel.
Breakfast is very good.

Extremely small room with an impossibly small toilet/bathroom. Definitely not recommended for humans as the rooms were clearly designed for thin dwarves.

Under no circumstances would I recommend this hotel. Both in terms of reception and service.
We arrived on Sunday 22 April for a training.
Surprises when coming back to our room… Big leak from the air conditioning, soaking.
We also soon called the reception, which did not want us to change rooms (i. E. Full).
The only solution that has brought us to this day is to mop up with towels and stop it because we were Sunday and no repairman would be available.
I'm not even talking about the night we spent, a heat suffocating and obviously noises that were given on the street as we were forced to open the window. White night it's done!
Not to mention that the flush did not work, as well as the electrical outlets, the non-existent shower pressure and the space in the room that was either said intended for two people…
Here we are the next morning, the smell of moisture from the stagnant water on the carpet that came from the air conditioning. Nice! But let's go…
The reception informs us that we change rooms, OUFF! And that we will get the card back to our return, at the end of the day.
When we leave for the training, we are told that we have to prepare our suitcases so that they can transfer them to the other room, we told them that we were pressed and as agreed it had to be done at the end of the day, but they did not want Know.
Between noon and two we went back, they didn't even know what room our business was in.

We did not have a very good experience for our part. Very bad soundproofing on the street and in the hallway, the air conditioning was not working and not good bedding.
The staff are very friendly on the other hand.
But we will not return.

The hotel is in a decent area, near the metro, grocery store, café with pastries. The room is tiny, no wardrobe, shower with a curtain, there is a kettle, but there are no sockets nearby, wore a kettle to bask in the bath. The elevator is on two floors, i. E. Is between floors, suitcases will carry or upwards or downwards. The four star is not pulling.

Hotel good range, but room and especially bathroom too small. On the other hand very good reception and breakfast excellent and complete. Soundproofing poor, with the rooms on the same floor.

Lovely hotel, perfect for couples on a short break! Close to a Metro station so everything was very easy to get to. Cute and cosy rooms, loved the breakfast room! Walid on reception was fantastic, he went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, always more than happy to help us with directions bless him. Thank you Walid and all at this wonderful hotel!

Very clean room, friendly staff but no double glazing.

Disappointed… was expecting a much more glamorous and romantic hotel. Breakfast room really small and with no natural light (-1) and breafast options somehow reduced. For the price we paid I was expecting more. If I had stayed in a Ibis I think I would have been more satisfied. My expectations were not at all met.

Then what about being a 4 star hotel I was expecting more the room was small but comfortable from my window you could see the other hotel in front. Breakfast was OK there was a bit of everything good the sausages, professional staff but nothing special cute for the candies.

Nice and close to the underground station, we arrived very early so they kept our bags whilst we explored paris, when we returned our bags etc had been taken to the room, room was cosy and more than enough, breakfast was good, the breakfast good is very cute and cosy. Excellent value for money.

This hotel is perfect at all levels. Clean room in every nook and cranny. The staff I met, whether at the reception or at breakfast are very polite and smiling. I really liked the decoration both modern and old. And the bed, no but the bed what! I miss him already. I think I've never slept as well as in this bed. (It changes from my clacking click with the hole in the middle). I who never lunch usually, I must confess that I have no difficulties cracked. There were many choices, several hot or cold drinks, fruits, pastries, different types of breads, cereals and the top of the top of the salted with ham, bacon, sausage cheese, eggs short of which well content all the world, and so well Start the day. I say it again. Really everything was perfect. Thanks to the hard working people, for this wonderful stay:-)

The door closure system is disastrously noisy and the return of people late at night awakens everyone.

Small but clean and cozy room. Nice quiet neighborhood, convenient to metro bus line and many nice cafes & local restaurants. We are impressed with the front desk's courtesy and helpfulness. Breakfast is okay but not free. No big deal… why would you eat hotel breakfast when there are so many local options?

Hello. I recently stayed at this hotel from June 25 — July 2 2017. Upon trying to check — in the desk person could not find my reservation even with a confirmation number. After 15 minutes she found it… no clue. Not even a mention of being a status member. I checked out and left a few cables in the room in a hidden shelf in the closet. I sent an email to them for help, NO RESPONSE. Useless. I went back to Paris the following weekend and approached the same person. She did not even know there was an email from me. I am Diamond Select with Best Western. I guess status means nothing to his hotel. Painfully I asked it we could look for the cables or even go into the room to check for the cables… she refused. Complete lack of customer service. It was like a was bothering her in my request. She pulled out a box of cables and which made no sense. If the management of this hotel reads this review… please reach out to me directly as your email was USELESS. I did interact with the front desk during the week and they were much better. It's the woman who is @ the desk during the weekend. I have stayed in several Best Western Hotels in Paris and this one is the worst of the worst.

Nice hotel, good breakfast — the room is small but cosy.

The elevator is on the second floor and it's super narrow to get around inside the hotel. Pretty dangerous to climb the stairs. Elevator fits 2 people and the breakfast is pretty bad.

Very central place. Not a good place to stay if you're a big guy like me. It's tiny. AC is pretty good though. Some staff is friendly others are not. Check-in is at 3:00pm!

The single room is tiny. It's okay to have small rooms, but here it is impossible to move around in the bathroom. Only positive notes are breakfast, and cleanliness of rooms.

In short, find another hotel in the same price range and location value. The staff are friendly enough, but the rooms are small and over priced for what they are. We booked a room with a Queen size bed and found that they had provided us with 2 singles pushed together in the middle of the room. Their internet service (Noodoo) only allows you to connect to the internet on one device per user account, disconnects frequently, and forces you to reconnect each and every time you turn your device off/on. The location worked very well for us, and their in-room safe was pretty self-explanatory; cleaner did a good job tidying the room when requested.

We are very disappointed… There is an elevator… but that goes from the first to the fourth and we sixth… at age 65 I have found it very difficult… the room is tiny. Not going to take a bath. It is rather a small tank for the water of the shower… people slam the doors of room… very noisy… never again is western me who trusted me a lot to the trade mark… and say that I already paid for my room for 4 days… so I'm trapped here… really, really very very very disappointed.

The rooms are clean and quiet.
The location of the hotel is just perfect (great restaurant all around the hotel).

It doesn't worth the rate for small room, no fridge, no complementary water bottles for tea.

Staff simpati, but too much noise in the rooms one hears any revival by negative point big noise, has by its OK we're close to everything.

I had a very nice stay with my husband and two kids. The rooms are nice and spacious and the hotel is decorated with great taste. Besides the subway is close, ideal for a small tour of the Eiffel Tower! I would highly recommend.

A hotel that deserves to be known. Small warm and peaceful hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Recommend.

Located a few steps from the Monceau Park, this hotel is nice, very cozy. The receptionists were very welcoming.
It feels almost like home.
