My husband and I were supposed to be staying at this hotel in May, but Le Narcisse Blanc has been closed during the pandemic, so clearly we couldn’t go on our trip. They are still closed but would only give us a voucher for use by next May. We are not even allowed to travel to France and won’t be able to use the voucher before it expires, so we’re out over $1200. Horrible policy and I’m really disappointed in customer service.

Perfect deco is sober the spa is fine.

A hotel, which from the outside, cache 1 stamp. It starts with the welcome from the valet and responsiveness, as well as the reception desk that warmly greet every customer who enters the hotel. The restaurant, which offers a formula dish of the day+coffee very accessible (29€). With cooking, service, and taste impeccable. And finally, SPECIAL mention to the Spa Manager, Clemency and his team, which gives the impression of being privileged, access to the spa "VIP", very caring, a good listener, and a support customer worthy of a 5*. The infrastructure of the spa is sober, class, with noble materials. And the massages in the cabin, the ultimate in relaxation, it is necessary to receive it to believe it! Congratulations to the Team from the Spa, and Mercy for his management centered around the client. And for all this, one has only one desire, to return to this haven of peace in full heart of Paris.

Stayed here last week for my birthday, the hotel was beautiful in an amazing location, the staff were so wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay here again. Thank you for looking after us so well x.

Le Narcisse Blanc — Hotel & Spa has been home for 8 days now and feels like I can stay here longer. The tastefully decorated rooms are surprisingly spacious, with 12 ft ceilings and tall windows giving you that French living experience.
The service is impeccable and responsive!
The staff is always courteous, greetings with genuine smile on their faces. The concierge is extremely helpful and his follow up is very thorough!

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel with all the design, character and service you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Friendly staff and wonderful rooms.

Fantastic room, great location and top notch staff. Appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi hotspot since my phone was pretty spotty around Paris. Short walk to Metro stations, Eiffel Tower and several great cafes and bistros. Nice market around the corner too for picking up snacks and drinks.

I had 4 nights booked in July 2018, but due to an accident which required surgery, I am not able to travel. I had to cancel the trip. Unfortunately, I booked non-refundable hotels for my vacation. Out of the 6 hotels, I contacted, all of them being top 10 Tripadvisor listing, Le Narcisse was the only hotel willing to change my reservation to a future date to help me when they didn't have to. It will be a while before I can stay at their hotel, but if their customer service is any indication, I will be staying there every time I am in Paris.

Nice hotel in a quiet area of Paris. Unfortunately spa was not in service which is why I originally booked this hotel. People friendly and the do their best to make you feel comfortable.

This hotel is a hidden gem and my new favorite Parisian Hotel. The staff is very friendly and well trained. Customer service is a clear priority and we felt very well cared for. Mr. Hakim the Chef Concierge was the very picture of professionalism and kindness. Sadly the pool was under repair, but the room was sumptuous and the beds very comfortable. I will be back and hope to the the spa facilities and restaurant.

Superb hotel — I loved the decor, the quiet and the spa!

Located at the 19 Boulevard de la Tour-Maubourg, 75007 Paris "Le Cléo" restaurant of the hotel "Le Narcisse Blanc" offers a paradisiac isle of tranquility at the center of Paris, it's very clean, refine and the canopy lined with vegetation adds a touch of charm to the place. You can come at launch for a professional purpose or the evening with your loved one. The waiter is perfect and very serious in his job and make you feel comfortable during all the dinner. The food combines Asian, French and Italian perfectly thanks to the Canadian chef Zachary, the wine menu is carefully selected by the Wine-Waiter. It's a must have adress!

Staying at this amazing hotel, which is perfectly located, helped make our week in Paris better than we could have imagined! Great staff, accommodations, amenities and food! Would recommend to anyone!

Le Narcisse Blanc is everything I hoped it would be and more. Located in the 7th arr. It is conveniently located to a number of sights and fabulous restaurants. You can literally walk around the corner for a great view of the Eiffel Tower! The hotel itself is stunning, from the lobby with its pale pink velvet chairs to the rooms with the most comfortable bed and plush robes. Cléo, the onsite restaurant, is delicious with a variety of food, wine and champagne offerings. The pool and jacuzzi are delightful amenities after a day of touring the city. The staff brings customer service to a whole new level. I cannot say enough great things about the Concierge team — Hakim, Clement and Julien. Thank you for making our first visit to Paris the absolute best! Highly recommend Le Narcisse Blanc and cannot wait to return one day.

After months of researching the best hotel options in Paris, we decided to book with Le Narcisse Blanc. From the moment we called to discuss our travel, to check-out, the hotel provided exemplary service. Their attention to detail, prompt response to all inquiries, and willingness to make every part of our stay memorable, was the foundation for an amazing weekend in Paris. My wife and I stayed here August 2017 for a weekend. The place is wonderful and the staff are extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed here on our final night of our honeymoon. It was the perfect place to end our wonderful trip through France. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment you approach the hotel to the time you leave. They took care of all of our needs, showed us to our room, took care of our bags, and offered us free champagne in the restaurant lounge. Our room was large with high ceilings, grand yet tasteful decor, and a spectacular shower. The view from the 4th floor was also very nice. We took advantage of the spa which includes an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. They also offer every massage and beauty treatment imaginable. Finally we ended our stay with the continental breakfast (petit dejuener) and it was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had with delicious cured meats, smoked salmon, Corsican jelly, and delicious pastries. We will definitely stay again on a future trip to Paris.

If you like a quiet central location this is the place to be. Very friendly and attentive staff. Wonderful dinner menu. Although small an excellent spa. Stayed with my two teenagers in a suite. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Will go back.

Le Narcisse Blanc is certainly the best recently-opened hotels of the French capital. This has to do with the fact that it boasts a fantastic spa and pool and an impeccable service. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are amazing, spacious, very chic, the attention to details is stunning. We felt at home at the beautiful Narcisse Blanc. Very easy to access, in one of the safest and luxurious areas of Paris.

Amazing hotel and staff. The concierge service (hakim and clement) went completely out of there way to help with reservation and dinners. Room was clean and spacious (for France). Food was fantastic and everyone was curtious and helpful… spoke English very well. I will be back.

The rooms are decorated with taste and care and the staff is pleasant. The breakfast and food are of good quality. However, we have less appreciated the bedding and the bathroom.

We were told from Expedia it was a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel tower, well it would have been, if we have gone the easy way but we got a bit lost and took us a lot longer, but on arrival the welcome was so warm and welcoming, The concierge team were brilliant, like old friends and so was everyone else in the hotel.
There is a metro station very close to the hotel which is accessible from all the main metro lines.
The rooms are luxurious, wet room showers, beds so comfy it was like home and TV with enough channels for all over the world, although we didn't have much time to watch, however the swimming pool is the secret in the hotel, what a way to end the days exploring, a dip in the pool, amazing.
We left our do not disturb sign on one day and the staff insisted we got our room serviced we went for a swim and returned to it being perfect.
The hotel is a perfect base for a long weekend or even longer, the hotel has a fantastic restaurant and the surrounding street have 7 Michelin stars between about 5 restaurants but for more down to earth, the concierge will happily recommend but just look around, everywhere is busy, everyone is friendly.
We have just returned and anybody worried about security and safety, don't as Paris is so prepared and welcomes you with open arms, yes they will look in your bag every time you go into any shop or building but you know you are safe.
