We loved this hotel. The modern Decor was posh and made you feel like you were stepping into a fashion magazine. The staff is very confident and quick to respond to your needs. And our room was just gorgeous with a beautiful view. We really love the location because we could get to so many attractions by just walking.

Coffee/bread absolutely overpriced for a deplorable service… €33 bread with a small piece of butter for 3… not at all at the height of the prices and the place, even if the frame is what it is.

Beautiful Parisian palace, the interior Patio is very nice, the cocktails are excellent. Perfect for having a drink in a cosy setting. The service is at the height of the establishment.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. The service is absolutely phenomenal! We got engaged in Paris while staying at the hotel. They provided us with flowers, champagne and a framed photograph of the proposal. The experience here was unforgettable!

One excellent palace in Paris. Few know that you can go there to take a coffee and spend a moment in luxurious comfort for a few euros only. The restaurant offers an interesting mix of classic and modern French food. On the expensive side. There is a very convenient subterranean parking lot nearby.

This is a nice hotel, l would definitely stay here again. Some European cities a 5 star hotel would be an American 3 star but this hotel is what one would expect from a 5 star hotel in the US. The only issue I had was with the door guys, arriving and departing, no help or offer with our bags. Not something you would expect to happen at a 5 star.

Amazing hotel. Honestly the best I've ever stayed. We booked through Costco Travel for our Honeymoon and was treated like Kings and Queens. Staff was extremely accommodating, you can ask for anything and they will provide. They'll book all your activities, just ask. Rooms are clean and decor is chic. Housekeeping is amazing. They clean well. For our honeymoon we got complimentary bottle of champagne and strawberries covered in really good chocolate. It's right in the middle of Champs Elysees shopping district. Truly 5 star.

Fantastic, old-school service in an art-deco hotel. The public areas are beautiful but the real surprise here are the bedrooms. They're furnished with custom made pieces and the suites have incredibly plush baths, dressing rooms and some even have balconies. Very good bar that serves food in case you're not in the mood for an evening at the hotel's restaurant. Breakfast is outstanding, as was room service. If you can, get an exterior facing suite.

Great location with lots and lots of staff, but some staff were somewhat rude and dismissive. Rooms are nice and bathroom nice. Room service was decent.

I give 5 stars for this 5 stars hotel, excellent service from welcoming to departure. The room is furnished with everything you need: towels, robe, flip flaps, bath salts, shower products, water, fruits, … Meeting room Chaillot: Wi-Fi connection battery charger, projection perfect, space of the room good and service (water, coffee, the, cakes, …) always ready. Restaurant La Scene: very tasteful and beautiful, also like everyone people are very professional and nice. We enjoyed a lot our stay, thank you.

From a huge number of hotels in Paris chose Prince de Gal and did not regret it. A lovely Art Deco hotel in an ideal location-within walking distance of all the main attractions of Paris. Great suite with huge view terrace, comfortable bed and pillows. A cozy breakfast patio. And most importantly-excellent professional concierges, excellent knowledge of non-tourist attractions in Paris. Recommend.

I loved hotel in nearby Champs-Elysées, very welcoming. Great for meetings.

We've been at the Prince de Galles for two days. It could easily be a 5 star hotel if they attended to some of the basic things you would expect from a Starwood luxury property. For example, the rooms are quite nice but showing their age. Our suite has gouges on the door, scuffed base boards and scratches on the bathroom counters and tables. I could get past all of that if the service were 5 star. Some of the staff try hard, but I've grown tired of hearing it's not possible for small requests like taking a drink from the bar to our room, getting a table for lunch in a restaurant that is obviously not crowded, etc. When you do get a table for a meal, the service is hit or miss. We ordered waffles for breakfast this morning that never arrived, and we heard other guests discussing similar issues. As a Starwood Platinum member, I've come to expect more than mediocre service — especially at one of their luxury properties.

Uh… How to say… The luxury within a few steps of the star in Paris facing the Georges V. Excellent meals, very smiling staff, idyllic setting, French luxury.

The brunch is divine and chef Adam Benthala is present by his presence and kindness in this kitchen open to the room where guests enjoy admiring the chef and his team. The service is also very welcoming and smiling.

The Bar Les Heures is a beautiful, cozy place off of the hotel lobby and bustling street outside. The seating is excellent and ambiance is great, as is the service (very nice and welcoming). I went there for afternoon tea, and the tea itself was just OK — but the scones and savory sandwiches we're delicious. That wasy favorite part, but tasting the unique flavors in the special pastries was also fun, and there was indeed a pile of pastries to select from for the third course. It's a huge meal, with plenty of space and time to sit, relax and chat.

Nice place for an event. Welcoming staff and delicious food. Some technical trouble with the video projection.

The entire staff at the hotel was helpful, friendly and gave 5 star service. My room had great amenities and they were happy to bring anything else we needed such as travel adapters for our electronics and buckets of ice for our own champagne. We had great directions from the concierge for finding delicious restaurants and specific shops in the area. The hotel is very quiet and luxurious. It is next door to the Four Seasons. I would definitely stay at the Prince de Galles again! We enjoyed the breakfast option (that came with our room) but usually upgraded to the full breakfast for an additional 11 euros a day so we could have more selection.

Maybe a little expensive but is in a superb location, two minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Small rooms but enough to sleep. The treatment is not very friendly.

Stayed two days, small room, but washroom is so small one can nott even sit on pot. Do not go by the pictures. Hotel arranged aTaxi for Airport, which charged 40 euro more that what I paid airport to hotel BE CAREFULL.

Location is unbeatable. The single room and bathroom are well maintained, but a little bit small.

Comfortable small hotel, the room was much cleaner and nicer than we expected) tiny lift, free Wi-Fi in the room. Across the street cafe, metro station, grocery store. Eiffel tower around the corner.

Cute, cozy, clean, helpful staff (lack of bedbugs than sin, many hotels of this level) and in the Centre (10 min. Walk to the Eiffel Tower). Breakfast in Café, better next them totally.
