It’s a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Very clean and comfy. The staff is super friendly. They offer breakfast and it’s delicious.

The hotel was in a great location to a couple metro stops and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Everyone was so friendly and was more than willing to help out with any problems or give recommendations. We booked through travelocity so we had the smallest room. It was very small, however it was doable. Especially since most of your time should be out exploring instead of in the hotel room! Would definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Great location, very close to the Eiffel Tower. Hotel concierge very helpful and nice! Nice clean rooms, and great walk in shower. The breakfast buffet was too expensive for the variety that was offered. But overall a very nice hotel.

Yes I do Recommend anyone to this very friendly hotel in Paris, France. It is only a five minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Many restaurants close by also. The Hotel Staff were very friendly. Centrally located to many city attractions.

Location, location and did I forget to mention the location. Hotel is very chic right in the middle of everything with the Eiffel Tower a 10min stroll away. Very centrally located.

We are staying here right now and love it! Our room has a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower! The bathroom is really nice and cute. Great bath products too. The rooms are small but it’s exactly what I expected for the price in such an amazing location. It’s two blocks away from our favorite street with the best markets, bakeries, etc. I love this area. Staff were very friendly, spoke great English, and checking in was a breeze. 5 stars!

Hotel is a cozy place, staff has been friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the BEST part, to my surprise I looked out my cute window and saw the Eiffel Tower! So beautiful and convenient as it is walking distance. Area has been nice and quiet and there is cafés, markets and shops near by ❤️

Convenient location, fair proximity and easy walk to Eifel tower, property well maintained, friendly staff, rooms are very clean however they are small but clearly advertised so no issues for me. Walking late at night did not feel unsafe, lots of eateries close by open late. Would recommend this to others.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the Eiffel Tower, Esplanade des Invalides. The room is a bit small. Catching the Open Tour hop on hop off bus from the Esplanade des Invalides made it easy to explore Paris.

We absolutely loved Hotel Duquesne! So beautiful both outside and in! So quaint and cozy! The staff was very friendly and offered great tips on how to get around and where to eat. The beds were firm but comfy. The linens were high end and beautiful. It had a full tub (although definitely not for larger people). It was only about a 10 minute walk to eiffel tower with lots of restaurants nearby (although be warned, most places in the area are very expensive). My only negative I… could say was the noise. You could hear the street and your neighbours as I believe the walls are very thin and not soundproofed. However, I consider myself a light sleeper and with earplugs and white noise (download an app online), I slept like a rock. I would definitely stay here again! Tips:
Eat at 7eme vin. The waitress was so lively and fun! Food great and more reasonably priced. There is a grocery store called "City" that has non-tourist trap prices and premade meals. We took the metro and it took about an hour. We'd take that route again.

A bit on the small size. But the rooms were clean staff was super friendly and only 1/2 mile from the Eiffel tower. There is tons of transportation options right outside the hotel and they give you a complementary cellphone with unlimited internet so you can find your way around the city. And even get discounts on attractions.

Accommodations were great. A/c is not guaranteed at every hotel in Paris, so this was greatly appreciated. 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower Space was limited (although I had only booked a basic room and space in Paris is generally compact), but would definitely recommend others stay here!

This hotel is pretty average in terms of rooms size and amenities but it's in a great location.

Very small room… but from what I have seen around it's normal. But, location is perfect, you can see it from right outside. It's like a 5 or 10 min walk to it. And the beds are really comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

Terrible building maintenance condition with water in the bathroom running out from time to time and sink clogging up repeatedly. The size of the room was small, but the layout was worse so that the main door into the room would block the entry to the room and someone would have to maneuver through it to get a suitcase in. Nowhere in the room description it was stated that the toilet would be separately located from the bathroom which was a huge inconvenience with such a small room size. The housekeeping was lousy, didn’t bother to fill up our coffee supplies. The safety locker box was a joke with an antique small metal box with an antique key that could barely hold anything other than passports. The only plus is a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from the window — but given its pretty much visible from anywhere in this neighborhood I would not find that justifiable to pay the premium “Eiffel room” price for such a terrible hotel room. I have stayed in other hotels in the same neighborhood before and I can certainly tell the quality and condition of this hotel is far inferior. Absolutely won’t recommend to anyone else.

Wonderful Hotel. The room was small but we weren't in our room much. It's a great location centralized in Paris. You can walk to the Eiffel tower, Napoleon's tomb, with plenty of access to the metro and buses to get anywhere. Many restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel. Had a nice breakfast buffet.

Despite the proximity of the avenue and the other rooms the silence and calm are put. Excellent night and great view on the Eiffel Tower.

I love this Hotel in Paris, It’s my home away from home Always book premium rooms or upgrade when you get there and you will have the most glorious view of the Eiffel Tower. Great breakfast Amazing service from the staff just wonderful!

Lovely, welcoming small hotel, very well appointed and good value, especially considering excellent location for both work and tourism. (Note for US based travellers: Parisian rooms are notoriously on the small side, and the Dusquesne’s are actually bigger than most. )

Just returned from Paris and stay at this charming boutique hotel, just a 10 minute walk from Eiffel Tower. The English-speaking staff was cordial and very helpful. Located in a friendly, active neighborhood with many cafes and close to a Metro station. Highly recommend!

This Hotel is right in the heart of all the action of Paris! Close to the Eiffel tower, metro station only 3 minutes walk away.
The room we were in was room 50. Small room, small bathroom, Zero view of anything outside except a brick wall. Some of the desk staff were not interested in helping us when we arrived and for the price I expected to be at least offered help to our room.
It is still really chic and a great hotel I simply may be use to Australian size rooms, there was not enough room to place two medium sized suitcases anywhere… Yes Anywhere! They ended up the side of the bed standing up and my partner crawled across to the other side to get in and out of the bed.

Great location. You can see the Eiffel Tower along the street the hotel is on. Depending on the room, you may have a balcony or window view. The room itself is small and fairly clean, but the bed is comfortable and is pretty quiet.

Great hotel, great breakfast option on the bottom floor, and great hotel staff. I definitely recommend splurging on the premium rooms, it's worth it as compared to the regular rooms. The views are way better from the premium rooms too. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had at Hôtel Duquesne Eiffel. The hotel was located near a metro station, local grocery stores and of course the Eiffel Tower. The area felt safe and quiet. The staff at the hotel was incredibly attentive and eager to help us understand the city. Figuring out the metro map, recommending restaurants and sights and assistance booking tickets to museums and monuments were all details we received assistance with during our stay. As Georgia natives, the hospitality of the staff gave that of southerners a serious run for our money.  Our room was gorgeous, clean and perfect. We had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower and loved using the charming spiral staircase to get to our room each day (seriously, even the stairs were fun ya’ll). We will never stay at a different hotel in Paris. I highly recommend Hôtel Duquesne Eiffel to anyone looking to visit the city.

The pic below is what you pay for. Pictures are somewhat deceiving of the rooms. Now it does look like they are under some sort of construction inside so maybe rooms are being updated? Not sure. Regardless breakfast isn't included and the room is very small. Smaller than usual in my experience with city rooms. It is a clean hotel so you don't need to worry about that but if you want a little space this isn't the place. The staff was fine but difficult to communicate with in comparison to my other experiences around Paris. Something to note if you are a light sleeper or have kids… IT IS SO LOUD HERE. Road noise, doors slamming, conversations and tvs like your in the room that they are in. A guy on a scooter wrecked outside and it sounded like he wrecked into my bathroom 3 floors up. If you need a one night stay this place is fine but if you want somewhere to relax after walking the streets of beautiful Paris then this isn't the place.

A central location in the 7th Arrondissement, great service, comfortable rooms, close to restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, great croissants but for the rest choice a little limited. All of Paris's major attractions are within walking distance.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here and it was in a prime location. Upon check-in, the receptionist upgraded one of our rooms to accommodate my kids. It was the perfect end to our long drive in from London. Our hotel rooms had a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and we were lucky to watch the fireworks from our balconies for Bastille Day. They went above-and-beyond during our stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful view from our Premier room of the Eiffel Tower! Only stayed one night but enjoyed it very well. The staff was very helpful, specifically suggesting, then calling and booking a dinner for us. Expensive, but this is Paris and the view was great.

Amazing stay here. Make sure you ask for room 55. It is the top floor with a wrap around balcony and you can see the Eiffel Tower perfect.

14 April 2016 “Comfortable and a good view but a dangerous ending and not much of an apology” The bed was very comfortable. The view of the eiffel tower was lovely even though I had to pay about £100 more for this. The last day of my stay my partner opened the bathroom door and a massive ceiling panel fell on his head. We told the desk but they didn't seem very bothered, it would have seriously injured a young child as it was right over the toilet. Very dangerous. Not much of an apology.

The view, the view, THE VIEW! The hotel is conveniently located near many local attractions and near the subway. But, the view of the Eiffel Tower from the hotel balcony took my breath away! I'm already planning another trip with my parents and will definitely stay here again.

We just returned from a six night stay at Hotel Duquesne Eiffel, and we can't say enough good about the place. The concierges were so helpful about absolutely everything. When I came down with a stomach bug, Patrick directed my wife to the nearest Pharmacie (by the way, the French medical system has it all over the US — — pharmacists can prescribe and dispense antibiotics and other medications you can't get here without getting an M. D. 's prescription), and then sent up a glass of anisette — — his grandmother's remedy. Laeticia and especially Alex (aka "the Great") gave us all kinds of hints about restaurants, best times for museums, travel. Everything. Our room (#55) was small by American standards but lovely (come on — — you're not going to hang out in your room in Paris! ). The queen sized bed was terrific, with the absolutely best hotel pillows we've ever used. The bathroom was also small but lovely, and our window opened out on a small balcony from which we could see Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast is delicious and at 13 Euros not all that expensive, considering it's all you can eat. It's two blocks to the Ecole Militaire metro station; there's a bus stop across the street; easy walk to restaurants (including ones on Rue Cler), to Champs de Mars and the Tower, to Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum. They partner with a shuttle service to the airports. This is a terrific, lovely, exquisite place to stay.

Charming local hotel near the Eiffel Tower. Great location with some restaurants, and a Carrefour nearby. Dinner and drinks at Cafe Central in Rue Cler, and breakfast at Le Roussilon at Rue De Grenelle.

Been going to this hotel for years and wouldn't stay any other place in Paris. No hotel is perfect but this gets close to it. Great location, clean, great service, safe area, close to Metro, restaurants, close to Eiffel Tower and Invalids.

The spectacular hotel. Very tastefully decorated, clean and cosy. Excellent service, at reception extremely friendly and attentive to help and explain in several languages. The excellent location 5 mins walk from Tower Eiffel and a view from the incredible rooms. He will just come back and recommend it.

Stayed in 2009 and it was absolutely fantastic. Very good service, small lift and rooms (to be expected in Europe). Spotless rooms and I have recommended this place often.

Nice hotel very clean. Rooms a little small and no kettle in the room to make hot drinks with I missed my cuppa before bed time.
