I stayed on March 14 through the 20th. My first time in Paris and they exceeded all my expectations! It was my birthday trip and the manager Alexander treated me like family! Anything I needed or wanted he went above and beyond to help. I will be staying again this November! Thank you Hotel Cadran for the wonderful stay! 5 stars all the way!

Absolutely our favorite hotel and neighborhood in Paris! We have stayed here 4 times and will be back again. Simple hotel but very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood very close to stores, restaurants, attractions, and public transportation.

Fantastic little hotel on Rue Cler. Within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, plus there's an amazing street market on Rue Cler with tons of delicious food and produce.

Rooms were nice and clean. They were small, but normal sized for Paris. The dailying cleaning was rather inconsistent. Sometimes we would get all new towels, but often we would get a subset of new towels. On the last day, we only got new hand towels and the shower towels disappeared. Otherwise, a nice place, good for a stay in Paris. Convenient dinner options right outside that serve good food, not great.

This hotel was such a wonderful place to stay! The staff were so helpful and kind. The location is on a beautiful, cobble stone paved, relatively quiet street with cafes, stores, and open air produce markets. We were within walking distance of many great attractions in Paris. The room was small for what we're used to but comfortable with a really comfortable bed! The only drawback was the Wi-Fi access. It's free, but you can only get a workable signal in the lobby.

Great place. Price was right and just remodeled. Very clean. Has American style plug in each room with the normal French AC outlets. Not sure if the are all 240V or the American ones are actually 120v, all the stuff I had was dual voltage compatible. The rooms are small, but modern and very useable. Also has fold out desk for laptop. Tv has Bluetooth and room has espresso machine and Bluetooth speaker.

Near public transit, restaurants, pharmacy (my sister got bitten by spider from a previous trip, this comes in handy), and groceries store. Room and bathroom are small, but it's okay. Not very clean, we found some grey spots on the sheet. Quiet room as we are facing the court yard instead of the streets, but the area is very quiet in general. Staffs are professional and friendly. We were allowed to store our baggage before check in.

New, functional and close to the Eiffeil tower. It has all the features that are essential: new, clean, close to the center and well connected with the means. Recommended.

The hotel is only after renovation, everything is new!

I visited Paris a few months ago and stayed at the Candran. I absolutely loved it. The service was impeccable. We were provided great service by Yan and Nasir. They were very helpful in assisting us with transportation accommodations as well as information regarding Paris' most popular attractions. Speaking of most popular attractions, this hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower, making our trip even more magnificent as we visited it several times during our stay. We found our room to be very stylish and the breakfast options to be absolutely divine. Also, the housekeeping supervisor took extra care to make sure our rooms were tidy and we were provided with towels etc. I would highly recommend a stay here.

A solid 3 star hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We picked this place due to its location. The Wi-Fi was spotty and I didn't quite find the bed comfy, but the room served it's purpose.

Excellent location, close to the Eiffel Tower and Cler Street (full of restaurants and food stalls). Friendly. Good value for money.

Hotel itself is okay. Good location but there was a ton of street/construction/trash pickup noise. Small rooms but we've come to expect that from all of our European trips. Bathroom had a window into the room (!? ) So the person you're with can watch you shower. I don't know why they didn't just glaze the glass. Heat/AC/fan doesn't work. Mostly clean place. Breakfast was fine but the service as mentioned by others is very rude. We got yelled at for taking one extra jam container for our toast. So unprofessional! We prepaid for breakfast but we still had to sign off on it every day. One day they didn't come around to get our signature so we just started heading for the elevator and got yelled at AGAIN. I mean she just lost her mind over it. We sat and waited but we did have plans for the day. Really unbelievable how they treat their own guests. Front desk just as rude. Start to wonder why they work in the hospitality industry if they're so unhappy. We didn't let that kind of rediculous behavior ruin our trip, but just something to be aware of with this hotel.

The rooms are comfortable and very modern. The hotel is not far from the Eiffel Tower and the nighttime view of the tower from our room window was incredible.

. We also walked to the Louvre and back which only took around 30 mins each way! So a very central location.
Reception is clean, well decorated and very friendly staff.
Our room is very stylish, good sized and very clean!
Breakfast wasn't overly impressive but the lower ground restaurant in which we ate in was lovely!
Only negative thing I will say is the room doesn't have a kettle, plus we were in a room at the front of the hotel and there was a lot of noise from outside, deliveries to the local restaurants very early in the morning etc! (So maybe request a room to the back of the hotel! )
Overall a very clean and stylish hotel, with lovely staff.
Checking out tomorrow and I'll be sad to go!

Lovely place, in a great area. Lots of things to do and see close by. Wi fi was next to useless though even after talking to reception about it.

Never have I ever dealt with such an immoral, cold — hearted business establishment, with zero regard for fellow human life — if I could rate 0 stars I would. After reading Rick Steve's reviews of Hotel du Cadran, my husband and I had planned to spend our anniversary at this hotel and had to leave Paris early to collect our family, pets and evacuate our home before hurricane Irma made land fall in our home state of Florida. Wednesday morning we realized we would have to end our vacation, that same morning I emailed the hotel to explain our circumstances and they responded saying we were outside of their 72-hour cancellation period (6 hours out of their cancellation period to be exact) and we would still be charged for the Friday night stay. We called the hotel and explained the circumstances again and spoke with the Assistant Manager Ilenia Panico who proceeded to say that the only thing she would do for us is reimburse the card 50Euro and that she 'really didn't even have to do that' — disgusting. Also, they never even reimbursed the 50Euro. My card has the entire charge and the charge is being disputed by my credit card company. I hope Ileania and the staff at Hotel du Cadran are never faced with the possiblity of losing everything to an Act of God and find themselves being taken advantage of by greedy, heartless 'business owners' like we were here.

Beautiful room, with glimpses of the Eiffel tower! A huge bath, comfortable bed, friendly staff — this hotel had it all. Room was absolutely beautiful, far better than the eight 4 star hotels I stayed at for the rest of my France trip. We had a bit of a problem with our original booking (all my fault — wrong dates) which meant it needed to be adjusted. Staff managed this perfectly with no hassle at all. If you're going to Paris, DEFINITELY stay here.

Rather enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are small but when you are travelling alone, this is not an issue. Staff was friend during my stay. It was a peaceful place and close enough to walk where you want to go if you feel the need.

The Cadran Hotel is located a short walking distance from the Eiffel Tower in a very nice neighborhood. There were many restaurants nearby to choose from, and a street with an outdoor market, which was very lovely. The hotel was very small. The reception area was very small with half of it being a chocolate shop which no one attended, and chocolates that were probably past their fresh date. There was one tiny elevator for the entire hotel. The rooms were very, very small. Two people could not pass each other because there was barely enough room to turn around. However, the bathroom was a nice size with a huge bath tub. The television was placed at an odd place on the wall and difficult to view. Space was very limited however the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were excellent, very friendly and accomadating and really made our stay enjoyable. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast in their unique lower level which looked like you were inside a cave. The breakfast was an array of croissants and pastries, eggs, juice, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal and coffee. A very nice assortment and also very tasty. The restaurant staff were very attentive. I probably would not go back for the accomadations, but definately would go back for the great staff.

Very good! Right size room and a comfortable bed. Shower water pressure very well and were very helpful at the front desk. It is very close to the Eiffel Tower and many restaurants. In particular, I recommend! The breakfast is also very good, chocolate shop is the extra places!

The hotel is excellent. The staff are amazing. The night crew guys are helpful and curtuios. You are a walking distance from the Effile Tower and everything else. If you don't like the hotel's food then cross the street (few feet away) you will find a convient store that has everything you imagin. Enjoy your trip.

On a friend's recommendation, my mother and staying at Hotel Cadelem Eiffel Tower, really is great! Hotel location is located in crail Street. Facilities stylish, but because of its special location, there are history. Staff was very warm and friendly, no matter the size is very willing to help. All in all, this is a good place!

The location and staff are wonderful. We thought the breakfast was OK. The bathroom in our room was a little odd. The door was a slider and didn't fit snugly, plus there was a window in the wall between the bed area and the bathroom. So not a lot of privacy for using the bathroom. No door on the shower so water splashed out onto the floor. We were given a bottle of sparking rose on our last full day so that was a nice touch. Having a chocolate shop in the lobby was also fun.

Excellent reception, excellent services, excellent breakfast, prefer reservations on the Internet (much cheaper), delicious chocolate bar and saleswoman very smiling and professional.

My wife and I spent 10 days here in the heart of Paris and absolutely loved the hotel and location. Just around the corner Rue Cler is one of the most charming areas of Paris and in a very short walk you can make it to many of the popular tourist attractions. At night we would leave our windows open to the night air. The neighborhood was so quiet at night after the local restaurants closed and in the morning we would wake up to the sound of the cafe tables and chairs being set up. The breakfast at the hotel was a great way to start the day and offered many Parisian specialties! We will definitely return.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during December and we absolutely loved it! It is only a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and there are cafes and restaurants on the doorstep and a metro 2 minutes walk away. The area is not as busy as near the Notre Dame and Champ Elysees but it is nice to get away from the crowd and bustle to relax near your hotel. You could see the Eiffel Tower from the room and the three windows all opened and gave us a lovely view over the Parisian streets. Though the room is n't huge it does have everything you need and it very clean and modern. Would definitely do again.

I'm not still there, but I had cousins who spent a week in this hotel. They liked and when I went to see them in the hotel he was friendly. Staff on everything is very welcoming and Nice rooms.

Great place to stay if you don't mind the tiny space (there was only barely enough space for us to put 1 small and 1 medium size luggages). Close to everything and only 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. There are grocery stores/bakery right across the street and a few restaurants just around the corner, 5 min walk from Metro station. The breakfast was just so-so, too little selections. Staff are friendly and helpful too.

A great place to base your experience in the Romantic Capital of the World. Our room was compact, yet extremely new and clean. There was even a tiny view of the top of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were all top notch and the location was optimal — close to restaurants and markets and only ten minutes stroll to the Eiffel. A honeymoon retreat which my partner and I would definitely repeat.

Small rooms are well designed for efficient travelers. High quality finishes and fixtures. Great location near shopping and the ET. Easy access from Metro.
