He really enjoyed staying here rooms are a little small for a family but perfect for a couple. Easy walk to the Metro and two restaurants and Market. There's air conditioning in each room and some rooms are updated more than others. The best part about this place his Moe. He has a wealth of knowledge and can talk to you in length about any site you want to see. He will even give you the secret information about how to skip lines in the best way to go. He was probably the most helpful person in Paris. They have two little birds in the lobby. And an elevator if you need it. It's small but it works great.

Stayed there just this past week — only one night but it was quaint and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable — enjoyed it even if only for a night.

We stayed at this lovely little hotel for 5 nights in the junior suite. The room was quiet and comfortable with plenty of room for 3 of us. Staff are lovely, with the receptionist being extremely kind and getting eye drops for my daughter when she had a reaction to the tree pollen. The budgies in reception give you a lovely welcome too The breakfast in the cute little dining room downstairs has a good choice of pastries, cereals, cheeses and cold cuts, plus eggs which makes it worth the cost. The hotel location is excellent, just 5 minutes down the road from the Champs de Mars and another 5 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower itself. Next to the hotel is a street full of lovely local eateries. Perfect.

Friendly place in a great location. Patricia is over the top helpful and a joy to work with. Bus and Metro could not be closer, making the whole city easily accessible. Rue Cler (pedestrian street) is right there for shopping and dining. Eiffel Tower is a very short walk to see and ready to see at either sunrise or sunset.

Nice hotel with a good location. You can find a metro station nearby. You will get many options to eat at near places.

Helpful service, we arrived late and there was no fuss getting us into a room. Hotel happily stored our luggage the next day too. Room was older style but clean. Plenty nearby although not much was open late. Solid choice.

Spent four nights the first week of December and enjoyed our experience immensely. The staff is incredible and there to help in anyway possible. I was especially grateful for the free Wi-Fi device that we used everyday while exploring Paris.

Came here on recommendation from friends who enjoyed the "ambience" of the Hotel. Yes the rooms are cozy, and it's not the Ritz Carlton, but when you're right in the middle of Paris, where around the corner on Rue Cler is a visitor's dream, the Eiffel Tower is a few minutes walking distance (and I mean FEW) ; the Metro is literaly at the doorstep; restaurants are all over; I can live with the coziness of Hotel de La Motte. I'd highly recommend it, and would go back again!

This Is a small hotel located just steps from the Metro (École Militaire) and the rue Cler. The rooms are not fancy but have everything you need. The great feature of this hotel is the staff who are very friendly and helpful.

We stayed for six nights and loved this hotel! Our room had a beautiful view and it was nice to be so close to all the monuments and museums. Staff was very friendly and their advice on museum and subway passes set us up for a perfect week! Thank you!

LOVED this little hotel! Great location! Although the rooms are small, the entire facility was very charming and very clean. The service was fantastic! The "continental breakfast" was far better than we had expected with plenty of items to choose from including delicious pastries, fruit, cheeses, a nice charcuterie of meats, etc. Would definitely come back and stay!

My friends and I came here for 7 days. Only one staff member was nice and helpful the rest were very rude. We were on vacation if we came back to the hotel late it felt as if we were in trouble they lock the front door and the overnight staff was so rude asking how many people we had.? There was only 3 of us and we paid for 2 rooms. It felt as if we were at our moms house. The house keeping staff cleaned at different hours not a big deal but something to keep in mind. They left dirty towels and we had stained sheets one of the nights. The location was wonderful close to many things. The rooms are very very small. If the staff was friendlier or at least didn't act like we were guests it would have made our stay so much better. Thank goodness other French people were helpful and we had a wonderful trip. Will come back but stay at a different hotel.

Had a lovely 3 nights there with my husband and my 13 year old grandson. We stayed in the duplex apartment and it was perfect for the three of us. Very impressed with the sound insulation in the room facing the street. Would definitely recommend it.

The location of the hotel is very good, a few blocks around a lot of shops and restaurants, close to the Eiffel Tower. The subway is a block away and a good taxi. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Of course our room is small in Paris. Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi is the best I've ever used, and we'll come live later.

Having spent time in a number of hotels in Paris I can say that this one is definitely among the top in terms of value for money. The location is unbeatable, right off the Rue Cler dining district and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower and Les Invalides. The rooms are clean and comfortable with relatively freshly renovated bathrooms. Third floor rooms might get a little warm in the winter but cracking the window open a little quickly solves the problem. Extremely friendly staff are available to provide advice on how to navigate the Parisian attractions and schedule transportation to the local airports. This has quickly become my favorite hotel in Paris.

This hotel is a gem — perfect location next to the metro, 200 m of the Champ de Mars, 400 m of invalids, and the corner of a small pedestrian street full of charm. The rooms are really comfortable and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly.
With a good and plentiful breakfast bonus, it's a good place to keep.

It was our 25th wedding anniversary and our very first time in Paris. We were not disappointed by this hotel and their staff. It was amazing. The hotel is in a central location to nearly every touring spot. In addition, the Rue Cler is one of the best streets for strolling or eating! Two thumbs up.
