No elevator. Narrow stairwell. Tiny rooms with minimal appointments. Small, but updated bathroom. Expensive for the accommodations.

A small and very cozy hotel in one of the areas that I like most about Paris. I love coming back whenever I can. Don't expect luxuries except the place I find very advantageous. No elevator is warned.

Rooms are small (standard for Paris) and pretty simple, but the location is great. It's a fun neighborhood to explore.

The location is Top. Eiffel Tower can be reached in a few minutes. Cafes, bars and supermarkets in the immediate Vicinity.
So now to the Hotel. The hotel looks better on the site than Real. The first picture of what is shown here from the hotel is no longer current. The room and bathroom in itself very nice only I felt through the stripper wall wallpaper and suggestive drawing (very ugly) of a, as in a cheap pornographic relegate. I would have expected more but unfortunately we had bad luck with the choice of rooms.

Charming hotel, decorated with originality and taste. Within an old building the owners have created a nice little Cocoon. Staff very friendly… we share the breakfast room with other people and this invites to exchange, opening to Others. Well appointed room with nice shower cubicles, good bedding, outlets where needed, very clean room. I would recommend this hotel. (personal NOTE: No there is no elevator… but frankly when we discover this nice hotel we find that it is inherent in the building, not at all to a failure of the owner — as the other says: "a good listener… ")

One of the WORST places to stay in Paris. The entire BOUTIQUE "hotel" — more like a townhouse turned into the shittiest, most suffocating place (literally, there was no space in the entire room to put a checked in luggage). There also is no elevator and very narrow stairs. There is no way for guests to lodge complaints as the actual owners are never present and theres no contact info. My booking was compromised numerous times with staff who had no training and this was okay with the man in charge. They charge your credit card security fees and don't reimburse you after your stay so please double check! otherwise, AVOID THIS PLACE — there are so many beautiful hotel rooms in this price range that actually have good customer service and a great location. This is definitely THE worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life.

Location was perfect. Bed sucked. Pillows were awful. Worst sleep in a hotel I've ever had.

Hotel incerviable and very dirty and ugly that could very much I do not recommend it.

The staff (a gentleman) was very nice to help us with luggage. Our rooms were in the top floor and we had huge luggage. Thank you so much. The beds are not comfortable actually. But if you are tired enough then still can sleep :). Location is very good. We walked and took cab. Didn't take subway.

So extraordinarily kitschy, you get everything you need in a perfect location to enjoy Paris. I walked pretty well everywhere from here, 40 minutes to le Marais for example. The breakfast buffet was really nice. It was a little noisy to be honest, but then again it was only noisy when I was trying to sleep in late. Super nice staff, and the quality of the room was better than expected. It had little scuffs but nothing was bad. The worst thing was the kitsch actually got a bit over my taste, but I'd still probably stay here again.

Very nice small hotel, 5 min walk to the Eiffel Tower, you can actually catch a beautiful view of the nightly Eiffel Tower light show in one of the many bakeries near by. Rooms kept clean, nice and friendly staff. Simple, small rooms. Great for those coming to explore the city and not spend time in the hotel.

Room small but charming, bathroom suitable, I had however small problems with the shower for hot water, indeed I had to wait 2-3 minutes before receiving it, and I had to direct the jet to the blue indicator (the one that Indicates that it is normally cold water that should circulate! )
Breakfast OK but a bit expensive for what is proposed, and while the price in room is indicated 11th I was asked 12 at the reception.
