What a delightful little place! We were only able to stay one night but I wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent location and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here if I come to Paris again.

Incredibly helpful staff, 10 minute walk to the Louvre or Notre Dame, 5 minute walk to fabulous dining options. Cozy rooms, neatly decorated, rainfall shower heads, comfortable beds. Only lacking amenity was a coffee pot in the room.

Wonderful stay! Henri who greeted us couldn't do enough to help us. Room (suite) was fabulous! An ancient place thoroughly updated without losing ANY charm! Home of the beat generation… with pix of Alan Ginsburg and company on the walls. The upholstered walls (! ) were amazing making the rooms cozy and warm on winter rainy days. The bathroom was very modern and spotless! The bed was a wonderful King! The location was spectacular, steps from the Seine on the Left Bank near Notre Dame, Ste. Chappelle, Rue St. Germain, Louvre, Lux Gardens, Place St. Michel… and walkable (45 min) to Eiffel! We loved the windy little streets in the neighborhood, packed with one little restaurant/cafe after another! We will go back on our next visit!

Great hotel at an awesome location. You can walk to several places in the historic area of Paris and left Bank of the river. The staff is helpful and friendly. If you need to reserve a show or tour ask for Henry; he provides excellent service to the guests. Morning breakfast is very cozy and nice. Our shower was pretty small, which might not be the most comfortable for folks with bigger or taller bodies.

Go here for an amazing location and a super-cute boutique hotel. Don't go here if you are expecting a 4-star hotel, impeccable rooms or a massive staff.

Traditionally, great location, tiny room. If you love these three points go to it. Simple breakfast. The hotel built before hundreds years ago.

Except one exception for the evening receptionist, smiling, amiable, kind.
We ask for a Jacuzzi, we end up with a bath in remout, when we take the bath the pipes to remove the saleter to detach itself which makes that we have them to the saleter around us!
Then we ask for an extra bed (€110 anyway) the bed was not comfortable I had to put my mattress to the floor to sleep (which was really better)
The paint paper was yellowish, the view from the room overlooks the windows of the hotel rooms, the elevator is really small (not suitable for a wheelchair) we were three and we did not go in, arrive in the hallways to reach the Rooms It's exactly the same (too small), to arrive we must have a welcome basket, there was nothing except candy from Lidle, no parking which means we pay the hotel + parking a €50.
Here I am finished for this hotel, personally I would not go back.

A real find. Excellent location — near the Louvre and Musee d'Orsay. The rooms were charming, as was Henri in Reception. Good value for money in central Paris. We will definitely stay there again.

I stayed for a week in December. This is truly one of the most charming hotels in Paris, and its location could hardly be more central and convenient. Henri, on the front desk, was beyond patient and helpful with my many questions. I absolutely recommend.

My mother and I had the loveliest stay at Relais Hotel du Vieux Paris in mid-October. We would go back in a heartbeat — and we will! Our suite was spacious, warm and beautifully appointed. We were pleased with the modern bath (great water pressure), reliable Wi-Fi and very comfortable beds. The updated 500-year-old hotel is located on a tiny, quiet street yet is only 2 blocks from the Seine and well located for access to good restaurants, popular sites and the Metro. Henri, the concierge during our stay, was beyond charming — we miss him! He spoke excellent English (a relief to two women struggling through the city with rudimentary French) and he was friendly, helpful and offered many good suggestions for dining, sightseeing and getting around Paris. He worked hard to get us a table at a difficult-to-book restaurant and always ensured we knew our way by printing directions/maps for us. Henri truly made our visit extra-special with his delightful personality and warmth. The housekeeping staff was also friendly and trustworthy, and the night concierge was kind and helpful. Breakfasts were good with excellent coffee. The hotel has a long, interesting history but certainly doesn't feel "old-fashioned" in any way. Our stay at Relais Hotel du Vieux Paris was perfect and we look forward to staying there again soon! Thank you to Relais Hotel du Vieux Paris for making my 50th birthday celebration and rare mother-daughter time deeply special and memorable.

Great hotel. Clean and in a super part of town. Almost everything is within walking distance. Friendly staff. Our room was on the top floor with skylights. Great find ands value. Highly recommended.

Worst hotel of 4star. It's nearly 2starhotel. Small room. All minibar beverage is not for free. Too expansive to use this hotel. Nothing is prepared for breakfast. Just few bread is all.

Owned by the very lovely mrs Odillard, the place is full of charm. Le Vieux Paris carries well its name : a boutique hotel with a very unique style. Tip : the street where it is located is kinda small, check a map before :).
