This can happen only at fine boutique hotels with a professional level and uncompromising hospitality!
We arrived early in the morning, after a sleepless night, which we immediately forgot after we were welcomed with a big smile and outstanding spoiled breakfast!
Hotel rooms are very well maintained, clean and cozy. Our room was decorated with ribbons and many treats.
This hotel is located at the Latin Quarter, in the heart of Paris.
There is no doubt that the hotel staff are very professional, they know their work and go down to the small details that make the difference!

Have traveled extensively and second year in a row in Paris so here it is, great location to our favorite places and restaurants, rooms are great service impeccable getting massage today. We will be back oh great Japanese and steak restaurants across the street and cafes throughout.

For Saint-Germain is ok, but generally a strange place.

This is a lovely hotel located in the absolute best part of Paris! I would absolutely stay here anytime I come to Paris. The staff was very accomodating, and the smell in the hallways was amazing!

Loved this hotel — situated in a great location, staff was really nice and helpful, bar staff especially good to us. The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms are nice. Beds comfy, no noise in room, AC works very well. Breakfast included was very nice. Would definitely go back to this hotel when in Paris. And I am very picky, so this is saying something!

I loved it, both the facilities and the attention.
I especially highlight Guillermo, of reception, for his dedication and good work, made a great effort to speak with us in Spanish and the truth is that he made it 10.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed here as part of a work trip and couldnt have been any happier with our stay. Room was excellent and had all the amenities you would expect. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated to a very high standard. All of the staff that we came across during our stay were brilliant to us, and conversed in English very well which was great for me as my French is terrible!

Fabulous little boutique hotel right off the Rue St. Germaine. Walking distance to almost everything you want to see in Paris. The staff and concierge desk are wonderful. Clean, newly renovated and charming.

The hotel is conveniently located near tons of cafés, shops, and attractions. The staff is great. The rooms are up to date and nicely sized for Paris. I had no complaints.

I spent five wonderful and marvelous days in Paris. The Bel Ami was a first class experience. The hotel is modern and beautiful. The staff were all gracious and professional, ensuring my visit was always pleasant and enjoyable. The location was exceptional, a 15 minute walk to the Louvre in the center of the city. I would stay at the Bel Ami on all my future visits to Paris.

Excellent Hotel and I enjoyed my stay and customer service was amazing. Good location and amazing 5 star Hotel.

We went there twice for brunch.
Buffet very varied, and the oysters were particularly appreciated.
I give the score of 4/5 because I find that the price of €55 is quite high. At this price, elsewhere, there is the Champagne Cup and a prepared dish (excluding the egg versions proposed by the Bel ami).
The setting is however nice and the staff at the small care.

Great hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it very especially.

Despite being a platinum elite member. The front desk staff was not aware of the check in amenities. I was not offered bonus points of 500, breakfast or welcome gift. When ask of such amenities, the front desk staff mentioned that they did not participate in such an event. Also free suite upgrades were not honored at this hotel and they have not heard of such a perk. Front desk staff requires additional training especially in servicing their gold and platinum guests. The bathroom has a glass splash guard, however given the rain shower, it does not prevent the water from flooding the floor. Only way to prevent flood was to take a bath each time. The shower area needs to be redesigned.

Everyone at the Bel Ami was so amazing, hospitable and accommodating. The hotel was so clean, so well designed, and in the best location. I loved the energy there! I can’t wait to go back. My fav! Merci, Bel Ami! ❤️

I have stayed at the Hotel Bel Ami many times and have found the staff and its concierge services to be top notch. Unfortunately, on my last visit in Sept. 2017, the "Superior" room given us was so tiny that if you wanted to change your mind, you were obliged to step out into the hallway. There was no draw space to accommodate your clothes. The closet for hanging garments was nonexistent. We were obliged to live out of our suitcase which was dangerous walking to the bathroom in the dark. A guest at a four star hotel deserves better. Lou G.

Great boutique hotel with fantastic staff and nice rooms. While the rooms are somewhat small, it's what you would expect in Paris. A few coworkers had issues with the showers draining, but the staff fixed it that day. Overall the staff are friendly and very accommodating. The bartenders at the bar were extremely friendly, courteous, and made nice cocktails. The breakfast at the cafe was also quite nice. The hotel is in a great area as well, within walking distance to several good restaurants, bakeries and food vendors. I would definitely come back again, and highly recommended this hotel.

Fantastic hotel! Located on a quiet street in the St. Germain district. The staff were extremely welcoming an helpful. The hotel is very well-kept, everything looked new and clean. We utilized the concierge for several restaurant recommendations, all of which were fantastic. Definitley recommend staying here!

Good location to metro, Louvre and Notre Dame. Clean, friendly staff and has the looks of a 5 star hotel. From there, all downhill. First room had terrible AC and we were there for a couple of hot days. After 3 nights of trouble sleeping (They don't give you a sheet — just a down comforter! And the AC didn't work — it had to be 80-85 each night) we asked for a room change. It also looked like the maintenance staff was fixing the AC in the room next to us as he was bringing his ladder into the room as we were leaving ours. Room was also very small, but bathroom very nice. The staff was friendly and offered us an upgrade to the next size room to help with the AC. The next room was much nicer, bigger, and definitely colder… only problem was that our shower drain was clogged and when my wife showered,, it flooded the entire bathroom and a river of water ran all the way to our bed. We left for dinner and asked for them to take a look. They said they fixed it and we just kept the room, soaked floor and all. Next morning I shower, same problem — shower not draining. They did comp us for the final night, and they were very helpful each time, but for a 5 star experience, I was very unimpressed. We were on our honeymoon and stayed at 3 other 4 or 5 star hotels and a 3 star hotel and all other spots were better then our stay here. Unless they improve, I could never recommend staying here.

My favorite boutique 5 star hotel in the St. Germain. Their staff is wonderful and it's the best location to roll out of bed and be anywhere in minutes. Like my own little apartment to return to time and again but with housekeeping, and everyone knows my name. My love.

One of the best in Paris. It's a modern boutique hotel with great design. Extremely friendly staff. Situated in a nice neighborhood. Close to all major shops and best restaurants. Rooms are well designed. Small beds in my opinion but everything else is so chic, stylish and modern. Very affordable prices. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Bel Ami in March 2014 and LOVED it. The staff was super friendly and helpful; our rooms were very nice (although seemingly small based on US standards — — probably on the larger side based on Paris) ; and the location was ideal — Everything was great! Cannot recommend it highly enough.

Well located (the Jazz club nearby was great for new years) staff were friendly and helpful (some breakfast staff slightly less effective, have to say, not unusual! ) and all in all, a laid back and stylish lobby and bar area. Two (smallish) lifts meant that waiting times are short. Rooms are tight but could have been better planned with furniture and wall bracket of TV placed to make them easier to move around. Noise proofing is good with double windows. Bathroom was OK and reasonably new. Bed was firm but comfy, pillows flat (as they often are). Room service was good. If you will be spending much of your time out & about or in the bar (as you should! ) this is a good choice. St Germain de Pres is a great part of Paris, especially for a first time visit.

The staff would always come into your room without waiting for your response after they have knocked. Also they do that more than three times a day. It was very annoying how they would always do that. The break fest is very simple with only 5-6 main choices, not enough especially if you come after nine. The staff at the front desk are also very arrogant. Some staff are fine though. Rooms are too small. Bathrooms are okay. I will also never stay at this hotel after this very unpleasant experience.
