Lovely hotel, amazing staff and great location.

Very good location, quiet, very good attention, rich breakfast and well served and of course the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.

Quaint little place. Old world charm but updated amenities. Very close to Louvre and Notre Dame. Lots of places nearby to eat; wide variety of food choices. Also a nice neighborhood market for fresh stuff.

Its the most absolutely most horrid hotel ever. My room is so small and the bathroom is ridiculous. You literally have to straddle the toilet to shut the bathroom door. When we asked for a different room we were told no. This has literally ruined my 1st trip to Paris.

Our stay 6 nights at Hotel De Buci was wonderful. The staff was great and very helpful with directions, event tickets and transportation. The location is great with many restaurants, eating spots near by. We plan on returning soon. Thank You Staff :)

Very nice hotel, clean, well run. Pleasant helpful staff. Showers very small with overhead rain showerhead. Rooms well appointed, but typically European small. Outside is lively st Germain district.

The very worst. Avoid. My husband and I splurged on this hotel room for the final night of our two week French honeymoon and it was an absolute mistake. We were dreaming of an AirBnB or even a competently run hostel. The rooms are microscopic. Even though the price is high, nothing is included. Breakfast of coffee and yogurt is an extra 20 euro and eggs are an additional 3 euro on top of that. Coffee in the lobby is even an extra 3, 50 euro. The sink did not drain in the first room we were put in. The concierge came up and tried plunge it and when I rejected that unacceptably disgusting option, we were switched to an identical room on another floor… in which the sink did not drain. The toilet seat was also up in the new room. When my husband took two bottles of water from the lobby because the hotel could not provide a functional sink, the concierge tried to charge him for it. There were stains all over the patterned fabric walls. The only plants in the planter were large weeds. The windows had to be closed at night because the street is loud but the fans do not work, which doesn't really matter because the vents are for show. There's a grate over a "vent" but if you look closely you can see that there is only a small space for air to flow through behind it so the room is very stuffy. The next morning, we found out that the concierge had attempted to apply a charge for the water to our room.

I’ve been to Paris with my girlfriend a few times now and we’ve stayed at this hotel every time. The rooms are clean, the staff is super friendly and the man working in the hotel restaurant during breakfast is one of the most well mannered waiters I have ever met. After one morning visit he even remembers how you like your coffee. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. The beds are super comfortable and clean. It could be considered a tad expensive, but I think you get a great value for money here. Even though it’s “only” a 4 star hotel, the service is without a doubt better than the service I’ve received at a few 5 star hotels around the world. I wish I was in Paris more so I had an excuse to stay at this hotel more often. Thank you!

Friendly staff, beautiful and quiet rooms, and a wonderful breakfast! We will definitely be coming back!

Clean but small room, great location.

Just around the holidays, I got three illegal operations where they used my card Credigo (which ask you to arrive as collateral, only place where they took photocopy of the card), in those operations of 30000 Japanese tenes, lost 292 U $ S. Do not leave credit card.

Located in the centre of attractions, restaurants, cafes and it's just 5 mins walk from Odeon Metro Station. The staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely going to stay here again for our next visit.

A small and friendly hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel de Buci in Paris November '16. In fact it may have been one of the highlights of our 3 night trip. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were cosy and beautifully decorated, and the location couldn't be better. When we encountered a minor issue with the hot water in one of our rooms, the manager very kindly upgraded our parents to a stunning suite. Thank you for such extraordinary hospitality — we hope to stay here on our future trips to Paris!

A mostly fine small hotel in Paris. The décor seems a bit tired and dated, but I guess that's not unusual. Found a fresh spot of someone else's blood on my pillowcase, though, and the plants in the window boxes were long dead. Got a deal online and still feel like we overpaid. Blackout shutters on the windows were nice, though!

Location is the best! This place is small, the staff is fantastic, breakfast is great on days that Christian is working… There is a very convenient laudrymat, produce market, bars, restaurants, transit, and everything else you may need nearby. Don't stay here if you are the type of person who likes to spend time in the hotel, or if you have younger kids. Rooms are simple, small, and comfortable. I will definitely be back.

We stayed here for a week at the time when my son was graduating from the American University of Paris. The hotel is lovely and the location could not be more convenient. Should I have the opportunity to visit Paris again, I would gladly stay here.

We stayed for ten days in June 2014. Service was over the top! Hospitality was warm and genuine.

We visited in September 2012 when the weather turned unusually warm necessitating air conditioning due to high humidity. And it does wear out one of our family members considerably. So it was nice to know that the hotel truly did have functioning A/C and not the promise of A/C that other hotels tell potential guests only to find that it's turned off by management. We booked the Mme. De Pompadour suite in order to fit three of us. Space was large for Paris, bathroom was modern and functional. The breakfast was included in our rate (B&B). And the breakfast attendant was quite nice and accommodating to us bringing up the breakfast tray quite late to accommodate the third family member who slept in late. All in all the hotel is a nice boutique type that has a prime location. I must say that my family and I were a bit put off by staff reaction when we arrived after being harassed by a crazy Taxi Parisien driver who pulled that old trick of telling the customer that the customer short changed him. It was such a blatant lie but in order to get rid of him my husband just paid even though he lost a good amount of euro doing that. We mentioned how upset we were upon entering the lobby and check in desk. We thought we'd get a bit of sympathy. But we were given the impression that perhaps we made a mistake about the amount we gave the driver. It was no mistake and we were also taken advantage of upon entering that same taxi at CDG but this time by an African scammer.

Stayed here April 2013. A perfect place to stay in a perfect location. You will not be disapointed. No negatives.
