A superficial atmosphere whose lack of natural is impressive. Servers and other employees are pedantic and unsympathetic. The environment is extremely "bling bling" and leaves little room for relaxation. The prices are expensive both for the entrance, as for the changing rooms obligatory obviously, as for the consumptions. I recommend to any good partier to avoid it…

The breakfast were absolutaly terrible. A bowl of mandarines and couple croisants — this is all they suggest for breakfast menu and for this you pay 15€ per person. This is not acceptable, for 15€ you could at least get some scrambled egg? No quality, but the price very high. Do not recommend this hotel.

Horrible! Very poorly attended (dirty money…)! Very small with only tables, no dance floor! The prices horribly expensive: €20 The entrance, €20 the Conso, €3 the changing rooms for a coat and €6 for bags! To avoid, really!

A unique and indispensable place of the capital with one of the best hip/hop atmosphere present, a staff pleasant and attentive, smiling and small care for these customers.

A very good place with a very correct welcome I strongly advise you if you want to spend a good evening in a Parisian club.

An indispensable place for Parisian evenings. A beautiful setting, an atmosphere of madness, constantly imitated by the competition but never equalled, moreover the competition does not exist. An opportunist has launched a counterfeit in Thailand, but the Lady boy evenings do not interest us.

Staff very haughty and incorrect so that people come only with an intention to have fun bad atmosphere.

We stayed here 1994 after a recommendation and it is an awesome spot. It's small but great value and a TOP location. Glad to see you still around!

Mm concept that all the nightclub around. Illustration universe rhinestones and glitter. Illusion that it's armored while it's empty. Except when there are guests. Illusion that it is inaccessible but in fact yes. The audience is young … very young! The DJs are oriented rap music US//dance hall.
Nice frame. Nice if you have money especially for guys. The hyper-haughty personal locker room.

Have been staying at the Crystal since 2002 and it's where I stay whenever I'm in Paris. It's in a perfect location in walking distance of Musee D'Orsay, Louvre, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, Tuileries. Café de Flore is right on the corner along with numerous other excellent restaurants. The staff is outstanding! Looking forward to my next visit.

Loved every minute of my Crystal overnights in 1984 as a high school graduate and again in 2014 with my husband and our two kids. Another visit is on my wishlist — very clean, inviting, and comfortable accommodations, a location that can't be beat for charm and convenience, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. A great value!

I've been going to the Crystal Hotel since 1984. It's my favorite hotel in Paris and is in the best possible location — walking distance to the sights of the Quartier Latin, Orsay Museum, Louvre Museum, Place de la Concorde, Jardin des Tuileries, and Notre-Dame. Plus, the city's two most famous cafes are less than 100 feet from the hotel. What could be better? Perhaps the staff of the hotel. Of course, I've been going there since before some of them were born!

Picked this hotel at random — was hoping for a clean, cheap place in a nice neighborhood for our 24 hours in Paris (first time we had ever been there). It was smaller than expected, and the decoration was eclectic — but the staff was unbelievably kind to us. We were very pleasantly surprised at how willing they were to help us find places to go and give us tips on how to get there. It is located right next to this amazing restaurant that serves steak with sauce and fries — I highly recommend it. It is also within walking distance of 2 very famous cafes and many land marks. We walked everywhere. The only down side was the smallness of the rooms — but when you're in Paris are you really planning on staying inside all day? -Rebecca.

Great hotel, good price (especially for the location) and very friendly staff. Only gripe was that the bathroom was a bit chilly (cold air flowing into it), but that actually helped getting up faster. :).

A friend had privatized this place in order to celebrate a birthday, it was perfect. The atmosphere was good, the servers very friendly and the place was very pretty. On the other hand I went back with some friends and the atmosphere was null, there was no one, and it was overpriced.

I stayed at this hotel last month. The hotel's website showed it as being luxurious. The room was very shabby with paper peeling off the walls, and very small too. The cleaners left the hoover trailing down the narrow staircase long after they had finished cleaning. The decor was 'tired' and the room very dusty. The wardrobe was propped up with cardboard under one of the feet. We didn't risk the breakfast, although we had paid for it. The magnificent cafe on the corner, 20 metres from the hotel was expensive (£40 for breakfast for two) but very enjoyable. I would never stay at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Would definitely stay here again. The room was great — double with adjoining BR for child. Staff were helpful and friendly, and to a tourist speaking little French. Cafes everywhere nearby and only a short walk to Luxembourg Gardens! Paris at its best.
