If BEDBUGS are a deal-breaker you might want to stop reading here. One doesn’t usually expect to find bedbugs in a Western hotel. However, what I find much worse is the way we were treated once we complained. To make a long story short, we spent a day and a half on the phone with the property staff and third party we booked through, after which they “let” us leave, without any compensation (They did waive the fee for the remaining nights). In addition: the hot water didn’t work, the floor was filthy, staff absent and when we asked for the number of the supervisor we were given a weird number which turned out to be in Turkey!
