I recommend, well placed in the heart of St germain des près.

It’s dirty, most of the employees are not trained to accommodate. Will never stay here again. Most disappointed experience ever.

Very nice hotel close to main attractions. We had courtyard view. Bought pastries for breakfast in nearby balery. For other stuff kitchen is in apartmant. AC stopped working in the morning of check out (on purpose? ). Convenient 24/7 coffee machines in lobby (water, hot chocolate & tea also). Would definitely stay again.

If I could give Citadines a 3.5 stars that would be ideal. The price point was excellent for a late June stay in an ideal location in Paris. I was staying at Citadines Saint Germain des Pres for work and extended my stay into my vacation. Caroline was very helpful in arranging my stay since it was complicated by a work reservation and a personal reservation. She even made sure I was able to check in early after a red eye flight from California. The rooms are simple but spacious and quite comfortable for Paris. I very much appreciated the AC since a heatwave hit Paris when I was visiting. I think the kitchens need to be updated or given a deep clean because the stench from the garbage and the refrigerator were bothersome. I bought air freshener and baking soda so the smell was dissipated while I stayed. It was inconvenient but not an issue. I recommend bringing a hairdryer because they only have the old ones that are attached to the wall and they don't work after a few minutes. I also hope both elevators are working by now! My final suggestion involves communication. I was surprised when I was charged 70Euro for breakfast because when I had asked the front desk if breakfast was included they told me it was but upon checking out, I was told it was not.

A sensational location easy access to metro and bus lines, cafes and bars all around and a short walk to Paris City Vision where lots of day trips leave from. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room neat and tidy. Only disappointment we booked an apartment and we assumed we would have access to a washing machine as you normally do in apartments. Instead €5 per load to wash and €35to garage car a night.

Excellent desk service. Room are clean. Location of this place is awesome. Very close to The Louvre and the Seine. I highly recommend this for your trip in Paris.

A fabulous hotel in the heart of Paris! We didn’t use the breakfast facilities (we used the kitchen in our hotel room) but this is a fabulous hotel and I would recommend with all heart and soul.

This very well, but they should take care of some details.

Fantastic location. Very easy walk to Notre Dame, Saint-Chappelle, Luxembourg, and more. Wonderful staff, complimentary coffee, and very comfortable rooms. Very close to metro station.

The breakfast buffet is also very good and quality appealing.
Sorry, no color printer available and only Apple Computer to print the airline tickets. Since you have to have the Kofferrickets colored, this is not possible, even at the reception, because you do not have access to the one color printer there. In France rich black out, well Air France has not accepted it black. Is not enough. The staff is very friendly and Servce with coffee and water, which you can always get for free.

The place is gorgeous, very well located! It has a magnificent view of Notre-Dame. Also there were very good restaurants five minutes away, staff was helpful too. Recommended!

The place is very nice, all very well. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good and the bathroom was very nice.
If I go back to Paris I would take the service of Citadines Saint-Germain Whenever I had the bidet.

Decent hotel but the breakfast is not free, €16 per person per day and they are not upfront about it.

Good size rooms for Paris, good customer service but if your English speaking wait for staff who can explain amenities to you. Rooms could be cleaner (carpet felt old and dirty, we wore the provided slippers at all times in the room). Interior amenities could be in better repair, Ours had a broken sink mirror, poor caulking throughout the shower. Most definitely not the same as a 4 star in the US. Great location easy access all or Paris via transit, bus or taxi. Within walking distance to Louve, Notre Dame, and other notable exhibits.

I absolutely loved this hotel. In my opinion its in the best location. My room was wonderful. All of the staff were helpful and fantastic. I cant wait until I can come back.

E S P e c T A C U L a R very well located, close to everything and the room has everything as it is a Apart, advisable.

Comfortable apartments. Details of the bathroom is not as high as the height of the roof is less than 1.90mm and Diagonal. Difficult entrance to the shower and opening of glass screen.
The views from the sixth floor are very nice to Notre dame and the Eiffel tower. Excellent beds and pillows.
They do not give out amenities if they are not requested through a form. (Inadequate strategy).
Correct and attentive employees. They have had the deference of giving away chocolates and greetings in New Year's.
I stayed in five opportunities in the Citadines chain apartments and I have not received any "priority".
It would be missing to install a small minimarket because the vending machines are not well stocked.
Good incorporation of disposable vessels in coffee machines. In 2016 I had to use the cups in the room.
They need to incorporate Spanish speaking personnel.
Highly recommended, even with somewhat high prices.

Very good address of appart-hotel. Well placed in the District St Germain/Pont Neuf. A little old residence needs to be renovated by 2019.

In the heart of Paris, ideally located in Saint Germain. Perfect for sightseeing, walking.

Check in was such a breeze and everyone spoke English. There are laundry facilities (5eur to wash and 4eur to dry). The kitchenettes are well equipped qns rooms are large. Location is excellent, it is within 10 minutes walk to musee de louvre, musee d'orsay, Notre Dame, saint Chapelle etc and is well located near metro stations. Also super close to the Latin quarter and all that St Germaine's has to offer.

It is an old hotel, the cleaning service is not good, besides having to pay the service aside by day many people do not hire. With the consequence that the rooms are dirty and fragrant.
The reception staff is not very sociable. Except for a few exceptions. The only thing that is good is the location.

Loved staying here! We arrived early and we were given a room right away. Spacious (for Paris) great view, very friendly staff. Loved having a small kitchen for simple meals. Loved the coffee in the lobby. Can't say enough good things. Great location. Would go back in a heart beat!

We had a FABULOUS stay at the Citadines Saint Germain location. We arrived travel-weary from an overnight flight, and they had a room ready for us 6 hours before check-in. The area was quiet and relaxing. The hotel is in close proximity to many attractions (Notre Dame, Louvre, Pont Neuf, etc). There was a small market down the street which we frequented, and we made dinners in our room with the kitchen amenities. Oh, and free (GOOD) coffee in the lobby all day long! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff were unpleasant. We waited 2 hours to get into a room even though we booked in at a certain time because it was 'being cleaned'. When we finally got into the room it was not the one we ordered as it only had one bed and not two. The staff made it seem as if it was our fault and not theirs! The beds are uncomfortable and you get limited sleep as the curtains block out no sunlight. The only good factor about this horrible hotel is its location. Never coming back here!

The rooms are small compared to other Citadines. I was told cause it's Paris. The only best thing was location as most of the sightseeing are at walking distance n for the same u pay double the price of other Citadine hotels at Paris. The staff were nice.

A long time to choose a hotel, read a lot of reviews. Finally, it came to the conclusion that it was important to have a kitchen, because supermarket food is not very expensive, and eating in restaurants is not even cheap. And cooking is what we love.
It was a great place to walk and not to reach the areas where the riots occurred.
After reading the feedback on this Appart hotel, they decided to stop his choice.
Great location. The price/quality ratio is the same. The first price was not much higher than the prices of other hotels in the same area.
Location: Left Bank, Area 6, on Main road opposite the river, 5 minutes foot to Louvre, 5 minutes to Notre Dame de Paris
There's a lot of coffee shops, Carrefour shop, works up to 23:30.
The location of the hotel is very close to Notre Dame, and there is a Metro and an RER train, directly to the airport (branch C) and straight to Versailles.
There's a map of the city and a map of the neighborhood, and they explain where the shops, where the confectionery and the baguette are.
We requested an early race, as we arrived at the hotel 10 a. M. And we were given the answer, if possible. And provided =) The registration went fast, the price + the tax. I was told at the hotel.
Your number is opened with a card, the same card opens the entrance door to the hotel (swipe the card and the door opens automatically), she needs to be in the elevator and then click the floor.

The staff was great, room was very clean and tighty, and your located right across the street to the canal. Lots of choices for breakfast if you wanted to pay for it. We walked pretty much everywhere we wanted to go to from the hotel. Which was one reason we picked this hotel. Go one block west and head south & a plethora of restaurants to choose from. Room cleaning service only comes to your room if you stay longer than 5 nights fyi. Our view was just in between buildings. Expect that though the way Paris is jammed together. Overall very nice hotel.

The stairs are very dirty, Wi-Fi not working, no shampoo, no air conditioning, no cleaning service, the staff said, This is not a hotel, it's just a rental house? it? We scheduled and paid for is a four-star hotel price! The money was raised before, and without our consent, according to the staff said, This is promotion price? In three days, also did not have clean bedding. The towels were child size, but Slippers, like a giant wearing. This is our first and last stay in this home…
