Not the most attentive staff, and the bathroom smelt a bit (some issue with the pipes). However, it had an excellent location, was quiet, and had a very comfortable bed.

Hotel near the Pantheon, ideally located in a small street.

The most:
— Quiet location
— Clean room
— Welcoming and professional staff

The least:
— The room we were given was really small
— Basic breakfast
— The vibrations of the subway are felt in the room

Overall, the value for money remains correct and although it must be possible to have better for the same price, I recommend the Hotel Vendôme Saint-Germain.

Very good hotel, highly trained staff, very clean, very attentive and very available staff, schedule or very flexible the truth there is absolutely nothing bad that I can say. On top of that I stayed a document at the hotel and they contacted me to return it to me. Highly recommended.

Responsible and employees very welcoming and friendly. Very good reception. Room very clean and breakfast quite correct: the pastries are fresh (not frozen) and excellent. The small worry of parking at the finish was solved with efficiency. I'll be back.

Lobby got free Nespresso, shower place glass door got gap, when shower got leaking cause floor wet.

Cosy and quiet, great location, very friendly and helpful staff, modern, the room has everything you need, clean, could change towels more often though.

The Reception was really welcoming the rooms were clean and I didnot mind the breakfast too. Will definately be back. Oh and I never used the metro in my life and I got a really good tutorial just got lost once.

Now we come with great pleasure in this hotel for years, both in February and in March. The staff is really friendly and helpful and is attentive to the care of every aspect. It's a pleasure to have to deal with them. The rooms are comfortable, clean and equipped with every comfort, especially after the renovation work. The welcoming entrance. The breakfast is of a very good quality. The location is outstanding. I we never. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

We absolutely loved this place during our visit to Paris. The hotel staff was superb. Extremely accommodating and very good at speaking English. They even offered us the use of a portable Wi-Fi transmitter for our phones. The location is great, lots of eateries in the vicinity, down the street from the most happening bar area we came across and it's easy to get around and back on the metro. The rooms are TINY but clean and well cared for so we didn't mind that at all. Would stay again!

Nice rooms, but bathroom is a bit weird as there is no separation between shower and water closet, so paper is all wet…

The hotel is close to a subway station and my room was very clean and modern. The Wi-Fi is unusually strong for a hotel. Breakfast was OK, but nothing special. From my room I could hear the subway rumbling, so light sleepers should probably look for something else. I would definitely recommend though, if the subway is not a problem for you.

Very pleasant city hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in October 2013. For the price it is clean, safe and convenient 1/2 block distance to the metro (around town as well as to the airport. ) I stayed in the 1st floor (remember in the US the 1st floor is the ground floor. In Europe it is the 2nd floor. ) I had windows that opened to box of flowers that I loved. The bathroom is very modern and the bed was comfortable. You also have strong free internet access. This was the perfect room for someone who spent the day out and about in Paris and wanted a decent place to shower and sleep. If you need numerous amenities and are used to 5 star hotels, this isnt for you. But if you want a clean, safe, affordable cute little place to stay — I would recommend this hotel. It does have an elevator. In case that is needed. The 1 negative is that on my floor, you can vaguely hear the subway rumble underneath. This is a minor detail to me but its something to note. Other than that it was exactly what I wanted for the price and would stay here again.

The room was (just barely) serviceable. Shower curtain did everything but keep the water off the floor. The staff were terrible. My wife called from the States and they couldn't manage to connect her to my room. My son even commented on how lame they were. Set your expectations low enough and this would be a fine place to stay.

Great hotel to visit Paris: good position, central but not in the middle of the jumble. Clean, the double room is large for Parisian standard, the bathroom is very clean.
Bad: noise from the aisle and from other rooms.
