Friendly staff and great service.

Typical European hotel (small elevator, twin beds, small room) but very clean. I accidentally booked rooms for 2019 not 2018 and after a long flight the front desk was more than helpful. They went above and beyond to help us remedy this telling us even if they were full they would find us a nearby hotel to stay at. Luckily there was a cancellation so we were able to stay all 4 nights. Great location. Would definitely reccomend and would stay again.

This place is super run down. The rooms are clean but the AC doesn't work well. They did comp breakfast because our AC didn't work the night we checked in. I don't think this is a 3 star hotel, maybe a 2 star.

This is the worst hotel that i’ve ever had in my life. The hotel crews were very unkind. And more, there’s no hot water, so all the guests have to take shower with cold water, which happens in Paris. I complained it to them but they never seemed to be sorry for the guests. This kind of thing makes Paris arrogantly greedy city. I really doubt French system how they could evaluate this humble hotel with 3 stars.

Nice Hotel. Habit expands and completes! We Had Electric Kettle and infuciones for breakfast. For Those who do not choose the breakfast included in the price that is a very good complement. It Was inside everything well located.

A good welcome, the rooms are clean but the breakfast is uninteresting.

Awesome hotel just make sure you get a normal European room (With two beds, for my American friends and no don’t go to the counter asking for European room lol) Also many tourist sights are really close like Norte-Dame.

Nice room at reasonable price. In a quiet street but close to metro, about 5 to 7 minutes walk. Within walking distance to famous places in Latin quarter.

The hotel is very well located just 10mm walk to the Pantheon and to 15mm from Notre Dame. We had taken a family room located on the top floor. Unfortunately the period was still on heating (so no air conditioning in a room at 31 °. The attic bathroom would have deserved a nice shower instead of a small bathtub. Bedding side nothing to complain about. I would rather recommend the lower floors. Rather mixed opinion.

The location is very good. You have bus stop at the same door and in nothing you get to the cathedral. The employees know a little Spanish but you understand with them without problem. On the third night we got a leak and got it fixed as quickly as possible. I'll be staying with them again.

Great location for sightseeing.

First off, this is superbly situated for the Latin quarter, Sorbonne, Pantheon etc. On arrival, booked in with no hassle, and the gentleman at reception was friendly. The double room we had was small, and it has to be said the place is showing its age. Tatty round the edges but basically clean. We asked to be moved from our first room because of an incessant noise from the air conditioning unit even when switched off. A change of room didn't actually help so it must be an issue with the system. I slept the remaining nights with ear plugs. Our new room was actually worse, as the refrigerators only function was to shine a light on the items it was keeping warm for us. It's often said that it's the little things that make a difference. Our booking was for a double room for two people. Why then is only one cup supplied with the very poor stock of beverage facilities? See photo. This is basic and really careless. Yes the lift is tiny, I prefer to call it quirky. Have fun fitting the recommended maximum of three people in there though! This is described as a three star hotel, the staff are five star, but the hotel is two star at best. Well situated but that's the best I can say about it.

Discreet and cheap hotel in the beautiful Latin quarter.

The area is nice, the entrance too. We had a small problem with leaks in the bathroom but the next day we got another room. The rooms were a bit old The staff speaks Spanish and they are very friendly.

No hot water for shower for 2 nights in winter time. Rooms are fully booked, so no other room to change. Check with staff this morning, the staff said the whole vuilding has no hot water… and Wi-Fi is very slow~~

It is a very modern hotel, good location close to Metro and Notre Dame. The room very clean, the only thing the elevator very small but with climb twice enough.

A hotel with what it takes to spend a good stay in Paris. My room was simple but practical: I had a kettle to be able to have tea, warm and comfortable room, reception service very attentive and friendly. Especially the latter, thanks to the receptionist my stay was much more enjoyable; In addition to providing me with information about where I could eat (which they were more successful), they recommended places to Visit. It is a somewhat old hotel but I think in Paris most Are. I insist: thank you for making my stay in Paris Enjoyable. Since Paris is very large and there is always a lot to see, I don't know if I would go back to that area, but if for some reason I go back to that same part of town, I repeat Sure.

My go-to hotel for all my Paris trips! Conveniently located, plus that in-room refrigerator is a big plus. Bises pour Paul et Mamoun.

Location was perfect for a weekend in Paris. Room was a bit small but comfortable and clean. Lift incredibly small so beware of you have a room on the higher floors. Only complaint was the loud person in the room next door which we could understand perfectly so the walls are not particularly thick. Would stay here again.

'Family' rooms very good size. Good location, close to Latin Quarter and walkable to both the Louvre and Subway. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed there for 4 days; my room was at the 6th floor with an incredible view of Paris roofs and Notre Dame cathedrale. The room was very clean and the staff very kind! The location is perfect, near the metro and 200 metres far from the Pantheon. Absolutely recommended!

Brilliant location and the family room was a proper family sized room! Sure, it was a bit threadbare in places, and the breakfasts are not thrilling. But, the place is clean and the staff friendly and accommodating.

I stayed here for a week long class trip. Broken toilet in my first room, leaking ceiling and bathtub that won't drain in the second room. Rooms are dirty, outdated, and unreasonably small. Staff is rude, Wi-Fi is pitiful, not even worth the 70 some euros advertised online. Stay anywhere else.

Loved the staff… very clean rooms and excellent breakfast! Close to everything! I miss Paris so bad… more so after the terrorists attacks of yesterday! May the victims rest in peace!

A small and cute boutique hotel located in Sorbonne area and near to subway stops. Good for the ones who prefer such places rather than 5 star hotels. It also has an interesting elevator that is large as only for two people. Nice place.

We just got back. Loved the location and the staff. Wi-Fi worked fine. We were on street side so heard some late night street noise, but if you are in Paris and next to the Sorbonne, expect this. We will be back! We will stay at the Claude Bernard.

Stayed there for four nights: rooms were 'OK', staff was rude, they advertised Wi-Fi on their website but it is INEXISTENT! You have to go to the lobby for the Internet and you can't stay there for too long because the receptionist gets angry saying "this is not a bar, you can't stay here for too long". Anyways, very bad experience! Do not recommend!

I was with my family (husband and daughter — 13 years) in the week of Christmas. Hotel mui well located, close to the main tourist points. The most can be hacier to foot. There are good bistros with lunch and dinner at good prices for Paris (about 15 euros per person a meal with main dish, drink and dessert or first dish). The staff are gracious mui. Spoken Spanish. Definitely recommend to host me. Only the breakfast could be more varied, but with the high costs of power in Paris, the inclusion of that item (free) for hospedes them is an attraction.
