Booked at last minute for good price. The lady at reception was also very nice and spoke multiple languages which is what you want in a hotel receptionist and you have to leave you key card at reception when leaving which is very comforting ... I didn't have to be afraid of losing it like usual. Very nice hotel

Great hotel. Engaged, helpful staff. Nice rooms. Perfect location.

Lovely little hotel in a great spot. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were really clean and fresh. I'm not going to lie and say this hotel has all mod cons decorated beautiful etc.. it doesn't. But for £74 a night in the centre of Paris I don't think you can argue. Paris isn't somewhere that you sit in the hotel all day and night anyway...

Great hotel in a central location. Our room was quiet and very clean, we loved it. Would definitely stay there again. The staff were polite & friendly.

Nice staff, and a great area — close to Notre Dame. Really nice atmosphere in the narrow streets surrounding the hotel.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to the metro and RER to get to the airport. Considering the standard of Paris (very small rooms) This is a great quality/price option. The breakfast is a bit poor. I gave five stars for the helpfulness and kindness of the Italian girl at the front desk.

My opinion is that staying at this place will help to understand the spirit of Paris. Picturesque streets, a lot of cafes and restaurants. The Metro and the Seine Quay are 2 minutes away by leisurely steps. Very close to Notre Dame. On Reception always smiling administrators. There is a lift. We had a spacious, by Parisian standards, room with a wonderful balcony. Wi-Fi works well. Good breakfast. A little disappointed two points: suddenly started the repair of the corridor on the floor and very poor cleaning of the room. But I want to think that it was an annoying misunderstanding. Because the overall experience of the hotel is wonderful. Recommend.

Room small. Very good location and attention

Very good location — everything within walking distance. Great views when you have a balcony apartment. Can be noisy from streets — but personally enjoyed hearing the chattering and clinging of serve ware on the terrace below the window of my room. Elevator. Water kettle with instant coffee pouches and tea in room. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom and especially flooring could use an update. Overall a nice experience. Should also mention I received an upgrade to a room on a higher (5th) floor, which offered better views. Very helpful & friendly staff.

Hotel with classic decór, great location in Paris and a breakfast buffet (extra). In short, 5 Stars for great location, best hotel staff, good breakfast, fantastic views and recommendations for the surrounding areas. We stayed here for 3 nights and we couldbt have enjoyed it more. The staff are class abd always had a smile on and were very accomodating. Everyone from the cleaning staff ti the receptionist were very friendly and professional. Tye breakfast pancakes were great and the ham they serve was even better. The location was right by the Metro so perfect to get to and from the city.

Location is in the somewhat touristy and less "real" part of Paris however the hotel is situated very close to some fantastic Paris sights and some exciting and vibrant districts. The hotel staff are very friendly and go out their way to help. The rooms are well maintained and I was lucky enough to have a large room since my stay was for 5 nights. There are rooms over the street and rooms into the courtyard, courtyard rooms have less privacy.

Hotel in a strategic position, a stone's throw from Notre Dame, and nn far from all the best Parisian attractions. In any case well connected with Metro and RER train. Immersed in the Latin quarter, the city is alive and rich in places where you can eat at low prices. The 6-floor room has exceptional views and you can enjoy the Parisian atmosphere with its windows and sloping roofs. Very friendly, clean and helpful staff. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, it may look expensive but it will save considerably if you consider the comfort and the prices of the surrounding rooms. What else to add? Paris is a wonderful city and fully satisfied with this choice. To redo. Carla.

We loved this hotel! The staff (hello Pierre! ) was very helpful and friendly. They do speak English very well, but encouraged me to try my mediocre French and tolerated my attempts with grace and wit. The breakfast buffet was good, definitely Continental style, but get there early for the best selection.

The staff is phenomenal. The location is fantastic in the middle of the Latin Quarter and 2 steps from Notre Dame. The room was puccolina but clean well. The only drawback is the very tiny bathroom.

We stayed at this property during the New Year's bridge.
Pros: — We have chosen it for its central location, that is a short walk from the beautiful Cathedral of Notre Dame and the proximity to public transport — possibility of choosing half board and not having to turn for locals, especially on December 31st (with the risk of eating but Le and Peck a bleeder).
— friendly and very helpful staff and also speaks Italian — hotel clean — the restaurant serves international cuisine, with many first Italians (pasta) against: — the room was really small, in my opinion was a single not for 2 people, the spaces were Really cramped.
— On the evening of the 31st because we had half board we thought we had a "fast lane", and instead we had to wait… — as I said the kitchen is international, but I would suggest the restaurant to add a few second dishes to the menu

Good location Good location and nice rooms

Nice rooms, friendly service, great location, good prices. Get a room with a balcony for the best value.

After several stays here I'll be visiting again soon. The location is great. Just steps from RER B and metro 4, and a short stroll to Notre Dame. It's on the edge of the Latin Quarter and a nice walk along the Seine to the Louvre. The lobby and rooms are comfortable, cozy, and clean; while the staff is tentative and kind. A few rooms have small balconies with table and chairs for a nice snack with a view. Always an enjoyable stay.

Centrally located in the Latin Quarter Near Notre Dame and metro. The staff was very professional and helpful. Great place to stay.

Gabriela G.

The best location, close to everything. If you like walking, you have to deal with perfect and ahead of Paris walking. Super quiet, lots of places for a drink or dinner. The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms lindismas and excellent care.

Victoria H.

Excellent location, the rooms are very comfortable (in mine the bathroom was very small, but that does not change my opinion), comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it without Hesitation.

Rodrigo D.

Excellent customer service. They even borrowed us outlet adapter :) Room is good, no the best, and location cannot better, close to metro station, quiet and lot of food options. Recommend

Anthony B.

Great place to stay. We thoroughly recommend this hotel. The staff are very helpful. The Latin Quarter is very vibrant part of town.

Everything you need for your stay in Paris, room somewhat small but very complete. In a fabulous location in the Latin quarter and a good price.

Fares B.

Great hotel, lovely room, friendly staff, only happiness

Nick L.

Clean rooms, average size for central Paris. Well stocked and reasonably priced minibar. Great location near tons of restaurants and attractions. Friendly front desk staff. Be aware that even though they use rfid key cards they still want you to leave it at the front desk when heading out, not keep it with you.

Zac S.

The area is very good and the price we got was great too! We could walk around the corner and literally be at Notre Dame Cathedral! Plus with our hotel being so close to the Latin Quarter there was always a plethora of delicious food nearby! Lastly the hotel service was great they were very kind and they spoke multiple languages! If we ever return we plan to definitely come back here!

Fernando I.

The location is spectacular, six blocks from Notre Dame… the only issue is what do many hotels: if it happens it happens, … Of entry give you a mini room, which is not the one shown on Booking. If you do not protest: it was. After protest we changed to the room that if we had booked. From there, all good. In the restaurant you can eat very well but don't ever order drinks, they will kill you. All the world asks for cold water in the house. The attention of the only woman waitress great. You advised very well the dishes!

Lorena D.

Reasonable price-quality ratio. 2 minutes from Norte Dame. In the barrio Latino. Next to the Senna. I have already repeated 3 times

Fabrice R.

Excellent reception. Room Beautiful neighborhood.

Riccardo C.

Exceptional location, in the heart of the Latin Quarter, 3-minute walk to Notre Dame. At least 3 stations to rent municipal bikes within 200 MT and 2min metro station. RER Station 10 min. Nice structure, rooms that recall the old constructive character of old Paris, Council rooms Saint Severin if nn disturb you the noises (facing beautiful) those on the inside if you want to sleep heavily (facing the inner courtyard). Worth it. Back

Axel T.

Very nice hotel, very clean room (maybe small but very well appointed). Very good breakfast with sweet and salty and dinner half board very nice, frankly!

Francesco S.

In the center of 2 minutes from notre-dame! Recommended!
Staff friendly, very good Italian cuisine restaurant

Zaixin C.

Great service, great location. Everything was perfect, from the reception, clean and comfortable rooms. Hotels in the city center, from Notre Dame de Paris is 270 meters. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Alberto D.

Very well located and good value for money.
The room is small.
Very attentive staff.

Fabrice D.

An excellent quality / price
Friendly, courteous and all smile.
From arrival to departure seamless service.

Federico B.

Centrally located just a few minutes walk from notre-dame is well maintained and clean, breakfast not included but at 12 euros and Wi-Fi a bit slow though.

Dani I.

Great hotel with great price in an awesome location. Room 602 is perfect, will be back for sure.

We booked this hotel 48 hours prior to our trip but we still got a good deal by Booking,
The hotel has a great location, it is the best of all: direct train from the airport, metro, right next to Notre Dame in the Latino neighborhood near bars to exit… It is probably what I liked most.
The hotel is very clean, there are things that are already old but okay, the beds and linens are new, TV flat, hair dryer, minibar, etc… If it is true that we had a room with bathroom, but we know that if there are others that are not so comfortable and has a shower tray in the room with sink and separate WC. To take into account if you book. What I liked most of the room was the small terrace overlooking Paris rooftops, with our small table and chairs… perfect.
The hotel staff is very, very attentive, comply with their work to perfection.
He would not mind returning to this hotel if I go back when I return to Paris.

I loved this hotel — right in the heart of the restaurant area in the 5th arr. Lots to see and do, close to Metro stops, lots of great places to eat. The breakfast served in the hotel is more than enough to start the day. All the staff members of the hotel went out of their way to be charming and hospitable, including the hotel cat, who greeted me from his perch in the lobby. One caveat — we were there over a weekend, and the restaurant and foot traffic noise (a real live marching band came through the streets! ) didn't stop on Friday and Saturday nights until the wee hours of the morning, only to be replaced a short while later with the noise of the trash and recycling collectors. If you intend to be one of the revelers, this is not a problem! Otherwise, ask for a room that faces the courtyard.

Juancho D. L. F.

Okay, although they put on the web and in own reception who speak Spanish and it is not so.
When we discussed that the shower was broken and have not fixed it.

Scruffy N.

Very nice. Clean and great service. Great ambience.

Bruce B.

I stayed there in May of 2013 and had a wonderful time. The staff were very nice, the room clean and well appointed. The breakfast is typical for continental hotels in both fare and price. The hotel is in a very convenient location with close access to the metro and RER which is great for those travelling through CDG airport. I hope Isis the cat is still there next time I visit Paris because this is the hotel where I hope to stay.

Anne B.

We arrived in Paris to find out our reserved room (higher floor with bathtub) had been assigned to someone else. Nothing was left in our price range but a double twin on the first floor with shower but we were quickly upgraded to a suite which had been reserved by travellers who never showed up. Add to this the fact the front staff was always cheerful and courteous, going out of their way to provide restaurant recommendations, look locations up and print out maps and you have the perfect hotel! Special mention should be made of Pierre who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel is located in the lively Latin quarter but as it is not on its busiest street we found the street noise to be quite manageable. Most nights, it was quiet after 10:30pm. The 6th floor did get a little stuffy on very humid days with a rather anemic AC but overall, room 603 was the loveliest of places to spend a few days in Paris! Great location with everything within walking distance, a block away from the RER to CDG! It was exactly what we were hoping for!
