Attention, comfort, toilet, excellent location in the heart of PARIS, easy transport METRO, restaurants, bars and shopping center nearby.

We stayed for a week. The staff were accommodating and courteous. Our room was kept to a high standard. A good choice for our interests in visiting Paris. Would recommend.

Very unfriendly hotel, after 10pm guests cannot not have visitors. Receptionist are very unfriendly. I won’t recommend this hotel. It was a mistake, I won’t go there anymore.

This is an amazing hotel. The Madame d'hotel — from the unknown old family for the guests. It's equal. The Baron — authoritative Director of Tunisia. Also the Prince of another poster in London. A mileau of people of natural nobility. It's going to follow. They are nice and modern. Have fun! Thank you.

Excellent location. Bed clean and comfortable. Unfortunately no tea or coffee making anywhere even in downstairs lounge. Somewhat drab rooms but good value for money.

Very nice and charming hotel, very well located (Marais district), permanent receptionist and friendly and dedicated staff. Clean room, nice bathroom with small bathtub. Room cleaned daily, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, safe. Only one snag, a little noisy at night and the. Night during my stay (I am with my daughter of 18 months) but this is quite random and probably variable from one period to another. I am very happy with my stay, 5 nights.

The location of this hotel is amazing! If you want to visit Paris and get around easily, this place is close to almost every metro line and will make any destination easy to reach. The rooms are not very big but have a ton of storage space to keep your stuff organized.

This hotel is tucked in the street nearby the busy area, not far from Centre Pompidou and Hotel de Ville. Despite of the bars and the busy street nearby, this place is away from the noise. The staff are very friendly, the room looks quaint but the service is good.

Perfect location and next to the Pompidou center of Art (one of my favorite places).

The location is excellent. The staff of the hotel is like 1 person. They don't clean the room well. In one night I lost my sock while sleeping between the sheets (it happens to me often… LOL). The next day, after they "made the room" I went to sleep and found my sock at the bottom of the sheets. So the cleaning person just resettled the sheets. Not cool.

Friendly staff, well located in the marsh district, a few hundred meters from the Pompidou Centre.

Good overly clean room (maid always wants in) staff are very helpful (even when shouting at you for having food in your room) that's the only downside.

Very well placed, quiet, room clean and modern, reception 24/24. In short nothing to complain about for my one night stay. Only negative point : no breakfast room.

Our room was so cozy and quiet. The proximity to food and bars was great and the staff was so welcoming they made us feel at home.

The owner is very disrespecful. We kindly asked her to see the room first prior booking and she just blew off on us saying that we weren't loyalty to be demanding such request and that she was the owner for 40 years and didnt spend money on decorating her hotel just to show it off. She called us names and "poor educated people" without even knowing our backgrounds. I really dont recommend this hotel, especially when they insult people as they please, just because they are the owners. Please consider other options before looking at this one, there are better places to stay in in that area where they really take care of customers and know how to treat people in a respectful manner.

Lots of tourist attractions to can be found on foot. Basic rooms but clean and a great wet room in the ensuite. Well worth a stay.

Nice entry, gentle and helpfull staff. Our room (nr. 21) at 120 euro per night however was not a room. It was like a box: very small, we could even not pass one another! The bed was short too, my feet were far out! Too little for too much money!

The staff are very nice. The clean room. The bathroom is very pretty. Only downside the price: a little expensive if you pay full pot.

We reserved one week in advance goal no. Cancellation term was mentioned. We had to cancel the trip the same day. The hotel charged 160 cancellation fee. No. Good service at all Rather crooks. BE AWARE
you reserved one week in advance without that the hotel would have told us that there is no possibility of cancellation. We had to change the trip the same day. They charged US 160 euros of penalty: ATTENTION: thieves, no customer service.

We had read on trip Advisor reviews of other customers who were complaining that he found work in progress for restructuring in this hotel. After much perplexity we settled thanks to the hotel's assurances that jobs were over.
Our stay was perfect, the staff at reception was extremely helpful and friendly especially Mr. Zied who speaks a little Italian.
The hotel is located 500 m from Hotel de Ville (M-1) and at 400 m from the nearest Rambuteau (M-11) and a few steps from the Pompidou Centre and Notre Dame.
The Marais is, in my opinion, one of the most ' beautiful and comfortable in Paris and the night is a safe and pleasant area.
The room we were allocated (3° floor with elevator), spacious and recently renovated, was flawless as far as cleanliness and comfort of the bed.
The bathroom is spacious and brand new, minus the shower without box or curtain.
What about when I felt it was definitely disappointing (seen on cramped courtyard) actually was later revealed an advantage, in fact the room enjoys a pleasant silence.
Money well worth the stay.
