Nice hotel in the Marais district of Paris. Bright and very clean small rooms. Hotel rooms are typically small in Paris the same as other big cities. Friends of mine stayed here 2 years ago, while my husband and I stayed in an apartment with another couple. So when we returned to Paris it was a no brainier to stay at Grand Hotel Malher. I definitely recommend this hotel and will return.

Can’t beat the location, just a stone’s throw away from Saint-Paul Paris metro station on a quiet street in the heart of Le Marais. The room is clean and up to date. Back room overlooking the inner courtyard is very quiet and bed is comfortable. Felt secure with the nightwatchman in the lobby who opens the door for guests after hours. Got overcharged but was quick to receive an email from Lucas to remedy the situation. Highly recommended affordable accommodation in Paris. Merci beaucoup!

Very nice small hotel in the Marais. The rooms are very confortable and it’s very well located in a relatively quite street. Breakfast is very frugal and could be improved, but the staff is attentive. Price to quality ratio is high for Paris hotels, so it’s highly recommended for a short stay in Paris.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at your hotel. It was perfectly situated, just steps away from the Saint Paul Metro and great shopping + dining in the Marais. Your breakfasts were tremendous. The room itself, as well as the bathroom, were very clean and provided ample space. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. If I get back to Paris in the near future, I will certainly reserve a room again. (My friend plans to return with her daughters and intends to stay there again as well. )

A really good straight forward and well run hotel. It's our second time there and is recommmend it to any and everyone.

Great location, the room is always nice and clean, the staff was wonderful and very helpful! The daily breakfast was delightful and what a great way to start our day! The only reason I took 1 star off is the bathroom shower is very slow to drain water so we had to space out our showers and it's not as quiet as it could be.

Good hotel, well located, with welcoming personnel. Rooms aren't that large but its's not a big deal, bathrooms instead are quite comfortable. If you're on a budget and want to stay in Marais, this is a smart choice.

We LOVED the location. Very clean room and was nicely set up for us and our teenage daughter having the hide-a-bed already in the room. I thought the separate toilet area was nice when everyone was showering in the morning. We passed on the breakfast service after the first day discovering the huge variety of eateries including two grocery stores right across the street. The rail system was mere steps from the front door, and you couldn't ask for a better hub within the city to explore. We highly recommend you give this cute little hotel a go when staying in Paris!

I was very happy with my experience the Grand Hotel Malher. The room, though small, was nicely set up and furnished. It had lots of natural light and was always very clean with all vital amenities. It even had a balcony with a view of the Parisian street below. Its in a great neighborhood (le marais) and a metro stop is a stones throw away. Many great attractions are walking distance from the hotel too. It had everything I look for in a hotel and some. While I wouldn't say it was cheap, it certainly seemed like it was by Paris standards for its location and quality. I would definitely recommend the place and stay there again.

We love staying in the Marais district and this hotel is in a perfect place. We stayed in room 57 and loved it! Realizing that rooms in Paris are small (get over it! ), it was designed in a way to make use of all the space. We even had windows that opened onto a rooftop so we could view the street. The hotel staff were kind and helpful! I would highly recommend staying here!

After we got used to the small size of the room, little space for our belongings and lack of a bathtub, we really liked this hotel. This is Paris! (and expect small rooms). The bedroom and bathroom were updated including having very good reading lights near the bed, a great shower and good quality toiletries. The location was perfect for our goals, to walk the Marais and all of its museums, parks and restaurants and a minute walk to the metro to get everywhere else. The staff were very helpful and went out of thier way to help us find vegetarian restaurants. They also printed our tickets to the D'Orsay and of course our boarding passes. Overall a very nice place to stay in Paris!

Clean functional rooms with modern bathrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location. My only complaint was that the rooms were overheated. The temperature was set at 31C when we arrived for some reason. We lowered the thermostat to 16C and opened the windows when we were in the room, but the room remained very warm to the point that my wife and I found it uncomfortable to sleep.

Great location, good price, great bed, nicely updated bathrooms, basic breakfast for a decent price. Nice personnel, the guy at the reception actually waived the breakfasts we had, so thanks for that. :o)

I love this hotel. Stayed there with my daughter almost 30 years ago when it was a little 1 star hotel and loved it then. But it is lovely the way it has been renovated. The front desk was always kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the breakfast each morning in the basement. My room was small but quiet and comfortable. The location is simply perfect, right in the best area of The Marais.

Beautiful Hotel, very well located, close to the metro station. The room was comfortable, a little small but very well decorated and with everything needed to rest comfortably. The bathroom is the best, very comfortable, and with heated towel rail. The only thing I would change is the decoration of the corridors is outdated. We don't have breakfast in the hotel. Would return without a doubt!

Excellent location in the heart of Les Marais, with good options of Restaurants around. The care was exceptional, they gave us kindly useful information for our tourist stay. The room very clean and cozy. Would I stay at the Grand Hotel Malher without hesitation.

Nice, quiet room in a great location. Our room was very clean and very nice, and the location cannot be beat. Lots of great places to walk to nearby — Place de Vosges, Musee Carnavalet, etc. We even walked to the center of town and avoided taking the Metro most days. Service was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and quite. 5 minutes to St. Paul Station.
